果感豐富的酒。每方面表現也在中上的水平，但真的只是中上，即是說如果60分合格的話，它便樣樣70分，別期望80分。酒的口感很好，05年酒的單寧真的很軟熟，令人飲得很舒服的。餘韻亦令人回味，好味，只是複雜性少了點，但村酒來說是很好的。

2008 Vosne-Romanee 1er Aux Reignots, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

Deep ruby coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of black plum, rose jam, smoke, earth, licorice and cherry, this dry red wine has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. 酒整體其實是不錯的，但是酒味仍不開放，要吮好耐才可感覺到，否則味道會寡一些，所以在飲用角度便會覺得酒味複雜性不足了。酒香強但仍須時間發展似的，餘韻算長。這酒不太像這酒莊給我一貫的感覺，但酒的質素不錯的。

2005 Echezeaux, Domaine Jayer-Gilles

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives pronounced aromas of black plum, black cherry, rose jam, licorice, dark earth, vanilla and touch of forest floor. 好味。酒香強而複雜，單寧強但成熟，複雜性在口中雖不及酒香，但仍有一定程度，再加上頗長 的餘韻，佐餐剩飲佳可。以牙擦蘇來說這酒的結構工整平衡，難得。

2013 Savigny les Beaune les Narbantons, Domaine Leroy

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose, red plum, menthol, red cherry, and touch of funnel, and vinyl-chloride. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with fine grained tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavour of red cherry, plum, vanilla and spice box. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish, (91?) A bit off condition, touch of cork taint too. Can I have another bottle?

 這酒有點點問題，有點點CORK，但不太影響佐餐。酒的香氣很濃，仍很年輕的。花果味很重。餘韻算長，只是酒味在口中下跌了些。所以評價仍是一個問號，有待觀察。

2004 Nuit St. Georges, Domaine Leroy

Deep ruby with touch of haziness. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of mushroom, red plum jam, rose jam, toasted vanilla and touch of anise. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium soft tannin but a touch of greenness is detected at the back. Higher than medium flavour intensity with flavours of red cherry, plum, rose jam, licorice and redberry jam. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (91) Jammy but a bit masking on its character.

酒的風格有點晦暗的，但不是不好飲。04年酒這樣濃真的令人難以想像。酒香又強。酒味濃郁，又有一定複雜性。餘韻亦算長，好好味。但有樣始終唔明的問題是：點解這莊04年的酒顏色是有點混濁的呢?

2004 Pierre Moncuit Brut Millesime Blanc de Blancs Champagne

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry champagne with pronounced noses of lime, green apple, bread, mineral, and wet stone. Quit high in acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lime, green apple and bread. Fairly long length with lime finish. (90) Fresh, clean and crisp.

如果朝朝起身飲一啖這酒會幾醒神。清爽，直接，香氣強而表現出香檳應有的氣味，真的會把沉睡的人叫醒。酒在口中複雜性及強度下降了不少，餘韻算長，是一枝儘量保留果味的酒，不錯。

1998 Donnhoff Oberhauser Brucke Riesling Eiswein

Medium gold colour with quite intense noses of honey, apricot, dried peach, steel, mineral, raisin, dates, quite concentrated. Sweet with high acidity, full bodied and barely feel of alcohol. The flavour intensity is quite high too, with flavours of honey, lemon, apricot, dried peach and touch of steel. Fairly long length with raisin finish. (94)

 甜酸平衡很吸引。酒香複雜，香氣較重乾果感，酒體厚重，但酸度令口感提升，不會覺膩，酒味也不錯，果味足，但礦物感消散了點，餘韻亦算長，好飲的，如果餘韻再長些會更好。

2002 Romanee Conti, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of black plum, black cherry, rose perfume, foreset floor, licorice, anise, spice box and touch of mint tea at the back. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied too. The tannin is qutie high but ripe and fine. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of rose, black cherry, plum, licorice, tea, and touch of mint. Long length with rose and cherry finish. (97)

這酒有點令人無語。因為在各方面都紮實地展示給你看這酒的級數，強烈複雜的香氣一層層的展示出來，說明了他的深度。酒還年輕，單寧未完全變柔滑，但是會感到其成熟的。酒味強而複雜再加上長長的餘韻，在品飲方面沒有得挑剔。這酒不是有一些如 LEROY 或 LIGER BELAIR 般的濃艷，但來得優雅，平衡工整，酒體結實，難得一遇的好酒。只是在我的評分中，如酒味有轉變的話會再加分，但這酒是一直連貫的好味到尾，所以不能再比更多分，但這酒的評分我應該是比到最高的了。

2010 La Grande Rue, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of fresh black cherry, black plum, rose perfume, strawberry, licorice spice, cedar, touch of musky, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is ripe and fine grained at medium level. On palate, it has quite high intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, rose perfume, cedar and vanilla. Long length with black plum finish. 出奇的好味。可能是我之前喝過一些較舊年份的而感覺一般，但這酒令我改觀了。足證近幾年這酒莊越做越好。酒香強而複雜，餘韻長，酒味高度平衡 ，口感濃郁，陳年能力仍有一段時間，好好味。

1995 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Clos St. Jacques, Domaine Armand Rousseau

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour with touch of haziness. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, damp earth, anise and wild rose. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with quite high fine grained tannin. Quite intense flavours too, with flavours of black cherry, rose, earth, licorice and vegetal.  四平八穩的好酒，各方表現也在中上水平，餘韻更是錦上添花的，好飲。酒的單寧仍很強，酒味多一些複雜性的酒將會更出色，但現在飲已經很好了。這酒還有頗長的適飲期。

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of meat, black plum, black cherry, smoke, dark earth with rose jam attack, this dry wine has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium stalky tannin. 酒香令人驚喜的，特別是迎面襲來的花香。 酒有點青，可能是年份問題吧，餘韻算長，酒在口中的表現下跌了些。看得出酒莊在這年份想做出濃郁的酒的苦心。酒整體還是不錯的，幾好飲。

用古巨基的口吻說：我真係好鍾意飲孖雞的 Chevalier Montrachet，強而複雜的香氣和酒味，綿長的礦物感，再加上木桶所產生出優雅而又有點刺沷激的香料味，引人入勝，好好飲，令人回味。有些酒莊的 Chevalier Montrachet 較有鮮爽的礦物感，但這枝較柔順一些，亦是一絕。

2008 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet, Leroy

Medium lemon colour with over medium intensity noses of lemon, ripe pear, peach, mineral, white flower and touch of vanilla, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, ripe pear and hints of vanilla and walnut. Medium citrus length. (90)

公整可口的，酒香比酒味表現好，強度及複 雜性皆是，中度平衡，餘韻比想像中短，佐餐很好的白酒，也不用太須陳年了，大啖喝吧.......

1994 Weingut Robert Weil Kiedricher Grafenberg Trockenberrenauslese

It looks like maple syrup in colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of dried apricot, honey, orange, dates, prune and raisin, very fruity. It is sweet with high acidity, full bodied and less alcohol bite. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of apricot, honey, prune, and raisin. Longer than medium length with prune finish. (92) good balance but needs complexity.

以TBA來說香氣不算強，酒香複雜性很好，只是在口中時複雜性不及酒香，餘韻很長，酒質是不錯的，更值得讚的是甜酸平衡很好。整體不錯，一枝合格的TBA，多點複雜性，特別是品種的礦物感會更好。

2002 Clos De La Roche, Domaine Ponsot

Deep ruby colour with intense noses of black plum, black cherry, licorice, mint, dark earth and rose jam, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied. The tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, rose garden, black tea, earth, licorice, and cedar wood. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94)

哈哈，再證明我品評的一致性，原來我今年2月亦試過這酒一次。評分也是一樣。但這次酒的轉變跟之前的分別不大，只是比半年前那枝更開放，香氣及酒味的複雜性更明顯地展示。好好飲的一枝酒，尚有一些發展，但現在飲已經好好味了。

2013 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine Leroy

A deep ruby colour dry red wine with intense aromas of meat and blood, black plum, damp earth, strawberry jam, dried rose, licorice and touch of mint. It has medium acid, medium alcohol and body, with medium level of fine grained tannin. The black plum finish is quite long with intense flavours on palate, the flavours contain black plum, black cherry, dried rose, licorice, damped wood and touch of sandalwood (94)

翻查紀錄，原來約半年前試過這酒，發現我也是比相同評分，證明我的品評水評幾一致呢(刷下自己鞋先)。雖然同分，今次酒的印象比較重口了一點，這枝的表現較重味，果味轉了點黑果，也發展了點較重身的黑皮諾特色。其他品質參數變化不大，依然好酒一枝，再陳多十年多會是一枝今人回味的酒。

2013 Clos de la Roche, Domaine Leroy

會令人有點驚嘆的複雜香氣，雖然不算太強，隱隱約約的滲透出來，幾誘人。酒體豐厚，酒力在口中強度比酒香強，但複雜性又不及酒香，餘韻算長，好飲，放多十年還可以的，慢慢陳年才品嚐吧。

2013 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Le Clos des Corvees, Domaine Prieure Roch

Deep ruby colour with barely over medium intensity noses of red plum, rose perfume, red cherry, Coca Cola, nutmeg and licorice. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium body. Tannin is a bit stalky at medium level. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red cherry, licorice, rose pedal and cabbage. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) round but green.

酒的強度幾好，又有一定複雜性和生氣，加上較鮮的花果香，整枝酒的鮮活性很好，不太像此村的酒。也許是年份問題，單寧有點枝梗的感覺。餘韻尚算合格，酒味也有一點複雜，幾好飲，相信陳年一下更好。

2013 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Suchots, Domaine Prieure Roch

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of red plum jam, rosejam, strawberry jam, licorice ad toast, very jammy. Medium acidity, alcohol and body, medium tannin too but touch of greenness is detected. On palate it has quite intense flavours of jammy red fruits and rose jam, licorice together with hints of damp wood. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (93) good fruit.

可口濃郁的果味，很醬果，貫徹著這莊的風格。單寧有點點青，味道的複雜性尚待時間發展，但酒力強而餘韻長，有潛力的，比多幾年會有更好表現。

這酒莊能夠在較差年份造出出色的酒品，這枝也是。酒的濃厚度很強，香氣強而複雜，更有深度。餘韻長而濃郁。酒味複雜性不及酒香，但仍有一定強度。好豐厚的一枝酒，只是單寧有點點枝梗味，否則評價可以再提高。好酒。

2006 Chapelle Chambertin, Nicolas Potel

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of red cherry, rose, dried herbs, toast and smoke. Medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied and fine grained tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red plum, redberry, rose tea and touch of licorice. Slightly over medium length with red plum. (90)

這酒莊的酒很多時要在口中才見真章。酒香不錯，算強而複雜，口感也可以，單寧硬了點點，酒味在口中強度和複雜性不及酒香，餘韻尚算不錯，幾好飲。

1990 Bollinger R. D.

Medium lemon colour champagne with few tiny bubbles. The nose is at medium level with lemon, honey, caramel and hazelnut notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. A bit flat on mouth with slightly over medium level flavours of honey, stewed lemon, caramel and nutty notes. Medium length with stewed lemon. (90) Bit flat and show some tiredness. Is it just a problem of condition?

 90年是一個好好的香檳年份是一個人所共知的事實。試過不少90年的也不錯。這酒有著發展成熟的香氣，酒味也是，只是複雜性有點欠缺，酒的酸度也有些不足，令酒的鮮活性少了。我估可能是存放問題，令酒的發展行快了，期望有另一枝再試。

1999 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

Deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense noses of rose perfume, redberry jam, red plum, strawberry jam, mint and anise spice. 酒香及酒味都強而複雜的一枝好酒，貫徹著DRC RSV 的香氣及酒味，由聞至吞下也表現著一致的高水平，餘韻亦長而濃郁，好酒，是一枝清楚明朗，簡單直接表達品質的酒。

好飲啊。酒香及酒味強，香氣複雜度很好。酒體平衡柔順，餘韻長。酒的發展好，步入大熟大勇的感覺。要說一下的是酒在口中的味道少了點香料等的味道，以花果主導，好不好便見人見智了。好味.......

Medium lemon green colour with medium intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, almond, and touch of amber. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The flavours contain lime, pear, almond, flroal and touch of honey, Slightly over medium length with lemonade finish. (89)

 以這莊的能力來說，這酒可以造得好一些。可能是年份問題，這酒的酒味偏淡了點。花果木桶各部份的成份都在酒中，平衡不錯，只是沒有正常的濃厚度，餘韻算長，不錯的餐酒。

酒香有點層次，較重的田土礦物味再帶出花果香，頗誘人。酒是會說給你知2003年是一個熱的年份，醬果味感覺重，單寧軟熟，可是餘韻有點比想像中短。好飲，但這酒莊的酒還要再作探索才可定斷。

中上水平的巴洛洛。香氣及酒味的強度和複雜性頗一致，亦充份反映出田土特色，發展平衡成熟，可飲可陳，幾好味的。

Caol Ila 30 years Limited Release Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky

Medium gold colour. The nose has quite high intensity aromas of peat, smoke, honey, road tar, lemon jam. Water enhances honey and brings out malty notes. Dry with medium acidity, quite high alcohol and warming, quite full bodied too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, peat, smoke, seaweed, cinnamon spice. Fairly long length with spicy finish, (93)

這酒廠的酒是可以感受由滿口煤泥味轉至蜜糖味的那種味覺旅程。酒是較烈的，可能是原桶關係，酒力強，有一定複雜性，餘韻長，好飲的，但我相信並不適合初飲者。

1990 Mackillop's Choice Macallan Signle Cask Whisky

Medium gold coloured single malt whisky with quite intense aromas of honey, toasted malt, cinnamon, dried hay, peat smoke, and touch of citrus peel. Water brings out touch of floral notes. Dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol, medium bodied and some wood tannin. Smooth mouthfeel. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, licorice and ginger. Fairly long length with honey and malty finish. (92)

像一些舊一點的麥卡倫，果味不及木桶的強，較猛較烈的感覺。酒香複雜性不錯，餘韻算長，幾好飲，但喜歡較多果味的可能失望。

Fine grained but touch of greenness tannin at medium level. The flavours contain red fruit and rose pedal, cabbage and touch of tea leaf and cinnamon. Close to long length with rose pedal finish.  這酒的香料味及果味平衡得很好。酒力算強，餘韻亦長，品質很高的。口感有點點青，在這年份來說有點點怪，但07年這年份的酒真的較能理解。酒好飲的，只是口感覺得有點怪。

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has barely over medium intensity aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, violet, licorice, smoke and touch of pine. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite high fine and ripe tannin. Quite high intensity flavours of blue berry, black plum, licorice, pine wood, smoke and earth. 瑪高的可口感真的很好，很複雜的香氣及酒味，給你一套工整的波爾多佳釀感。酒的味道表現比香氣好，餘韻亦長，好好味。只是酒香的強度差了點。

2000 Chateauneuf de Pape Cuvee Da Capo, Domaine Pegau

Deep purple with pronounced noses of red plum blackberry mint licorice lavender smoke and earth, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied, touch of alcohol note. The tannin is quite high but ripe and fine grained. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of redberry, plum, mint and licorice. Close to long length with red plum finish. (94) I think this one has some condition problem.Wonderful nose still.

 可能是酒的狀態有點點問題，酒的香氣很好，令人感覺有一定深度。餘韻長亦表現其質素，酒精感稍稍重了點點。問題在於口中，複雜度及深度跌得很快，甚至有點散。但整體仍是好飲的。我保留對這酒的評價，直至下次試枝狀態好些的。

2009 Ch. Grillet

Medium lemon green coloured with medium noses of peach lemon candy, vanilla, stone, white flower and fresh apricot. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, peach, honey, almond and mineral. Slightly longer than medium length with lemon curd finish. 這酒如果聞完之後因為酒香不強而放棄的話便是一個損失。酒香不強是事實，但複雜性很好。酒在口中味道平衡豐富，亦有一定鮮活性，礦物味亦足，餘韻算長，是一枝在口中表現比酒香還好的酒。讚。

2001 Ch. Palmer

This dry Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, mint, violet, blueberry jam and touch of licorice and earth. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium fing-grained tannin, touch of stalky. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of black berry, bell pepper, mint, and touch of licorice. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (91)

PALMER 永遠都可以造到一股誘人的香氣，雖則細心再聞之下會發覺沒有什麼驚喜。酒香好，口感不算太柔頫，酒在口中複雜性不及香氣，餘韻算長，幾好飲，以這冷冷的年份來說已很不錯了。

2011 Charmes Chambertin, Leflaive & Associate

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose, red plum, wild red berry, mint leaves, toast and touch of spice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium tannin as well with fine grained nature, a bit of greenness tho. On palate it has over medium intensity flavour of red plum, rose, licorice and cabbage. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (91) Good berry fruit flavour.

 估不到這牌子的紅酒也有這表現。果香很好，但以這特級葡萄園來說複雜性欠了點，餘韻亦算不錯。酒很可口，莓類果香令人飲得很開心的。

2014 Bourgogne Aligote, Domaine Arnaud Ente

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of hazelnut, toast, mineral, green apple, lime and touch of grass. Medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lime, mineral and touch of wet stone and almond. Fairly long length with nutty finish. (90)

這酒開始的酒香說明了酒的木桶工作不錯，提升了酒香的強度及複雜性，這好處一直延至餘韻，可見造得不錯。酒的味道偏花草味多一點，口感有一點點寡，整體很不錯的餐酒。

2000 Ch. Clinet

This dry red wine has deep purple colour, with intense noses of berries fruits, plum, earth, vanilla and touch of mint and herbs. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite high ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it has medium flavour of red berry, plum, tea and touch of licorice and earth. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (93)

 四正、強勁、穩定水準的酒。發展成熟，口感亦豐富，餘韻長，酒從入口至吞下延續著一致的複雜性，好飲。這酒不至於有攝魄勾魂的吸引力，但會簡單直接說出這酒的質素。

2003 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses, Domaine Robert Groffier

Deep ruby coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of dried red plum, candied redberry, rose jam touch of vanilla and earth, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Tannin is soft and ripe at medium level, together with a fairly long length. On palate it has over medium intensity flavour of red plum, tea leaves and rose pedal. (93). Maybe storage problem, weirdly a bit dull.

 這酒有點奇。聞時會感受到此酒厚重濃郁的果感，但就是只有果感加一點點香草味。酒在口中的鮮活性有點不足，即使是03年的也不應這樣。餘韻長，只是複雜性簡單了，以這葡萄園的酒不應如此的。希望是儲存問題吧。

2002 Salon

This champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of lime, stone, mineral, cream soda and touch of bread. Quite acidic, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mousse. The flavour intensity is quite high too, with flavours of lime, green apple, wet stone, mineral and touch of yeast. Long length with citrus and mineral finish. (93)

礦物味很豐富，清香爽朗的。酒力強勁，亦有著白中白的綿綿口感，長長的餘韻。現在飲可以感受到酒的功架，但再多放一下相信會有更成熟複雜的口感。

2000 Krug Clos de Mesnil

Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, red apple, honey, wet stone, mineral and cream. It is dry, quite high acidity and quite full bodied. Medium alcohol with creamy and mellow mouthfeel. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon, ripe apple, hazelnut, mineral and touch of caramel spice. Long length with nutty finish. (94) Precise and delicate. Good craftsmanship.

 酒造得好，白中白的特色清楚直接，展現出釀造者的功力。酒質也很好，酒力很強，餘韻亦長，好好飲，應該慢慢品嚐的一枝酒。

1990 Bruichladdich Black Art Unpeated Single Malt Whisky

Medium intensity copper coloured dry single malt whisky with quite high intensity aromas of malt, honey, dried apricot, caramel and touch of citrus. Water enhances malty notes. Medium acidity and integrated alcohol, quite full bodied too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of honey, ginger, malt and touch of caramel. Fairly long length with honey ginger finish. 這個廠而沒有煤泥的威士忌真的很少試到。酒香不錯，麥味重了點，口感亦豐滿，餘韻長。酒味似 SPEYSIDE 酒但口感似 HIGHLAND ，很有趣的，但亦幾好飲。

1998 Ch. La Mission Haut Brion

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, dusty earth, plum, licorice, violet and dried blueberry. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied and quite high ripe and fine grain tannin. The flavours contain blueberry, plum, warm brick, licorice and black tea, all about medium level. Fairly long length with blue berry finish. (94) Good fruit.

近二十年酒，但果味感覺仍然很濃厚，難得。酒香撲鼻，餘韻亦長，酒味亦有一定田土特色，好飲。酒的單寧仍強，但不算鞋口，相信還有發展空間。好酒來的。

1990 Ch. La Conseillante

Barely deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, damp earth, mineral, lavender and sweet spice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The tannin is ripe and soft. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, earth, licorice and mineral. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (94)

酒香複雜強烈，口感柔滑豐厚，餘韻長，大熟大勇，好好飲。即使對酒認識不深的也會喝出這酒的質素。酒亦展現到一些田土特色。這酒莊的好處是會令人易於品飲，有陳年能力之餘亦可以早飲，好味。

1988 Max Ferd Richter Mulheimer Helenenkloster Riesling Eiswein

Medium copper coloured with quite intense nose of maple syrup, honey, dried apricot, mineral, candied peach and orange. Quite sweet but not too luscious, high acidity and lower than medium alcohol, quite full bodied tho. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon tea, dried apricot, honey, orange and peach. Fairly long length with lemon tea finish. (91)

 甜酸平衡有點走向酸的感覺。酒的強度不錯，酒香表現比酒味較好。餘韻亦長。由於有一定酸度，所以酒不算太膩。幾好飲，不錯的冰酒。

1974 Ladyburn Single Malt Whisky (Bottled in 2015)

This whisky has medium intensity gold colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of citrus, peat, malt, honey and touch of caramel. Water brings out some floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quit full bodied. Some wood tannin too. On palate it has quite intense flavours of honey, citrus, peat, floral and vanilla. Fairly long length with honey malty finish. (93)

風格較輕柔一點，但不失香氣的強度和複雜性。整體酒力算強，餘韻亦長，幾好飲，但不太像有近 40 年的陳年。

Bunnahabhain 25 years old Single Malt Whisky

Medium copper coloured single malt whisky with quite intense noses of honey, caramel, toasted malt, asphalt and boiled lemon. You can feel the heat of the whisky. Water dilutes the aromas but brings out notes of road tar. Dry with medium acidity, quite high warming alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of coal, peat, honey, malt and citrus peel Fairly long length with sweet malt finish. (91) Powerful.

可以用猛烈來形容。酒香已經令人感到有點熱力，香氣算強而有一定複雜性。酒在口中味道較簡單了些。酒精感強，有點烈。餘韻長。好 MAN 的。不錯。

1999 Chambertin Clos de Beze, Louis Jadot

Quite deep ruby colour with intense noses of black plum, meat, earth cherry jam, rose perfume and touch of blood. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Soft and fine grained tannin, quite high level too. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, cabbage, licorice and rose. Long length with black plum finish. (93)

 介乎花果與田土的平衡味道中，這酒頗誘人。強勁的香氣和酒味，長長的餘韻，再加上重的單寧，這酒似乎還有一段長時間發展。現在飲已經很不錯，好味道。陳多幾年會更好。

1990 Castello di Ama Vigneto Bellavista Chianti Classico

Deep ruby dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red cherry, plum, licorice, vanilla and touch of earth and black tea. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is quite high but ripe and fine grained. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum, black tea, and touch of vegetal and licorice. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (92)

 比想像中好飲多了。酒經過了廿七年仍很濃郁。單寧仍強，餘韻長，如果複雜性高些會更好。另一方面要注意的是它強勁的單寧，酒可以多放一段時間，等待單寧馴化，但到時又要希望枝酒的味道不致散掉。現飲不錯，七年後相信仍可以。

2009 Ruchottes Chambertin Clos des Ruchottes, Domaine Armand Rousseau

Quite deep ruby colour and quite intense noses of strawberry, rose pedal, earth, smoke and rosemary type fresh herb. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Soft and ripe tannin at medium level with quite high flavour intensity. Fairly long length with rose and red cherry finish. (93) Beautiful

被這酒的花果味引致我感到有點驚艷。很香，但仍有點新的，就像一籃剛採下的花果香草的，帶著點點泥土一樣。酒力亦強，餘韻算長，好好飲，放多幾年應該更好。
