It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy and fruity. On palate it gives slightly over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, plum, red apple and lemon. 很少見到粉紅香檳的顏色那麼深,可能這已預告了這酒的紅果性格是何等鮮明。酒的紅色果實味很重,重得已接近有氣紅酒的感覺。果味很足,新鮮爽朗,大啖大啖飲之選,直接簡單飲得很開心的酒,不錯。

Medium lemon coloured with quite high intensity aromas of lemon candy, stewed apple, honey, bread and touch of caramel and mineral, it is dry with over medium intensity zesty acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel with quite high intensity flavours of red apple, mineral, honey, yeast, and lemon candy. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (93)

貫徹著 KRUG 那種豐厚感,酒香及酒味都有中上的表現,酒味融合調和,酸度算高但一點也不削,醇厚的香檳。餘韻亦算長,好飲,這品牌始終是我的最愛。

2007 Louis Roederer Cristal


A pale lemon green coloured dry champagne with pronounced aromas of green apple, bread, lemon, mineral and touch of Peking pear. It is dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, creamy mousse. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of green apple, lemon juice, pear, mineral and touch of bread. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (92) Crisp, sharp and fresh.

 一直覺得這品牌的風格是清爽、直接 、集中的,所以一點也沒有令我失望。酒的酸度亦是一貫的銳利,酒香強,香氣偏向清爽醒神的果味,只有一點點二次發酵的特色,餘韻算長,很不錯。如果要飲香檳做早餐的話,這酒是一個好選擇。

1998 Donnhoff Oberhauser Brucke Riesling Eiswein

This sweet ice wine has medium intensity onion skin colour. On nose it gives medium intensity honey, orange marmalade, dried peach, apricot, raisin and touch of mineral. High acidity and full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of honey, citrus, pineapple, mineral and touch of lemon tea. Longer than medium length with peachy finish. (94)

這酒最讚的是口感,酒的甜 度其實很高,酒體重而酒精度低,可是一點也不漿口,因為這酒的酸度巧妙地平衡了。酒香雖然不強,但在口中酒味的強度反而更好,複雜性亦算不錯,乾果及水果味十足,本身已是一道甜品似的,餘韻的長。如果複雜性再提升的話會是一枝佳釀。

Quite high intensity ruby colour with pronounced noses of rose garden, musk, smoke, anise, wild berry and touch of cabbage and meat, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a bit of greenness is detected. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red wild cherry, smoke, rose pedal, cabbage and licorice. Fairly long length with green plum finish. (93)

較弱年份的酒通常都是聞好過飲,這枝亦不例外。酒的香氣非常出色,又強又複雜,會把人引入一片想像中。酒入口後仍有一定的複雜性及強度,但已經比香氣差了,單寧有點點青澀,餘韻亦算長,整體是一枝不錯的酒,好飲的。

A dry champagne with medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of citrus, red apple, yeast, bread and mineral. It has quite high acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel.  Over medium intensity flavours of lime, lemon peel, green apple cider and touch of bread. Fairly long length with lime finish. (92)

酒香的成熟感比酒味高,但仍貫徹著酒的清爽風格,沒有太大的二次發酵感。酒的酸度高,清爽醒胃,但仍令人有滿滿的口感,綿細的泡沫功不可沒,複雜性不太強,餘韻長,幾好飲。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with fairly high intensity noses of red cherry, tea leaves, earth, stewed cherry and touch of eucalyptus. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red cherry, tea leaves, earth and touch of licorice. Medium length with red cherry finish. (90)

如果不是香氣較強,這酒跟一枝普通的 CHIANTI  差不了多少。除酒香外,所有的表現都是一般,中中等等的,亦有著品種特性,簡簡單單的,可口的酒品。

1996 Salvioni Cerbaiola Brunello di Montalcino

Having deep ruby colour and quite high intensity aromas of black cherry, red plum, earth, black tea and touch of mint leave and licorice, this dry red wine has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium tannin but a bit green. The flavours has red cherry, tea leaves, licorice and earth, all at over medium intensity with longer than medium length and red cherry finish. (92) Just because of length, bit simple palate.

 不錯的香氣,算強亦複雜,酒的品種特性不錯,口感亦然,只是單寧有點青。酒味在口中簡單了點,可喜的是餘韻算長,加番D分,幾好飲的一枝BDM。

2001 Gunderloch Nackenheim Rothenberg Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon coloured with pronounced intensity aromas of honey, apricot, chrysanthemum, mineral, orange marmalade and touch of petroleum. It is quite sweet with fairly high acidity. Full bodied with rather lower alcohol. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of orange peel, lemon, chrysanthemum, wet stone and touch of petrol. Medium length with honey citrus finish. 這甜酒幾好飲,如果餘韻長些會很好。酒的香氣很強,複雜之餘亦有著品種特色。酒的甜酸平衡不錯,甜而不膩。入口後酒味一路下降,酒味複雜性仍算維持,但強度弱了,餘韻更散得快。作為一枝配甜品的酒真的不錯,合格有餘。

2005 Cote Rotie La Turque, Domaine E. Guigal

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced level intensity aromas of blackberry, black plum, violet, mineral, earth, sweet spice and menthol, complex and deep. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Fairly high soft and ripe tannin as well. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of blueberry, black plum, mineral, earth and touch of spice box. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (94)

此酒的酒香有一種扯你入深淵的感覺,複雜、強烈又集中。味重、單寧成熟、 配合複雜的酒味和足夠長的餘韻,即使盲飲也可確定這是一枝佳釀,只是酒仍須多一點時間發展,酒味如再強會是一枝令人回味的酒。有貨的不妨陳多幾年至飲。

Deep ruby coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of rose, redberry, licorice, toast, tea, earth and mint, precise and concentrated, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with quite high fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum jam, licorice, tea, earth and mint. Fairly long length with redberry finish. (93)

濃烈而集中,酒香及酒味有強度,有點點穿透性的感覺。酒的複雜性不錯,但不算十分出色,強度足,餘韻亦長,好飲,是一枝與友暢談時品嚐的酒。

2004 Morey Saint Denis 1er Cru Clos de la Bussiere, Domaine G. Roumier

A deep ruby dry red wine with medium noses of rose, earth, graphite, mushroom, dried red plum and touch of licorice and tea, quite deep. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of black plum, dried rose, earth, mushroom and touch of mint and licorice. Barely over medium length with red plum finish. (91)

 試過這酒幾個不同年份,整體水準算穩定。以這年份來說這酒造得不錯。有一定複雜性,只是強度不太強,餘韻亦合格,也不太覺得有著04年的青澀單寧,幾好飲。
