2003 Cote Rotie La Mouline, E. Guigal

A deep ruby purple coloured dry red wine with quite pronounced level aromas of prune, black plum, dried black cherry, raisin, and trace of smoke and toast. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied with quite high soft and ripe tannin. The flavours intensity is quite high with flavours of black plum, prune, dried black cherry, raisin and touch of smoke and pepper. Fairly long length with black cherry finish.(93) Still young.

即使15年，仍然很後生，雖不至於殺嬰，但也是太早飲了。酒的強度不容致疑，酒香的複雜性像是剛剛展露，酒味強度亦高，只是複雜性仍須時發展，餘韻亦長，酒現時仍以乾果為主，假以時日會更好。

2005 Cote Rotie La Turque, Domaine E. Guigal

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced level intensity aromas of blackberry, black plum, violet, mineral, earth, sweet spice and menthol, complex and deep. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Fairly high soft and ripe tannin as well. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of blueberry, black plum, mineral, earth and touch of spice box. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (94)

此酒的酒香有一種扯你入深淵的感覺，複雜、強烈又集中。味重、單寧成熟、 配合複雜的酒味和足夠長的餘韻，即使盲飲也可確定這是一枝佳釀，只是酒仍須多一點時間發展，酒味如再強會是一枝令人回味的酒。有貨的不妨陳多幾年至飲。

2002 Cote Rotie La Mouline, E. Guigal

Deep purple colour with pronounced intensity aromas of black cherry, black plum, vanilla, licorice, white pepper, smoke and touch of dried mint leaf and clove, pretty spicy. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium tannin as well with a touch of stalky in nature. On palate, it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, red plum, vanilla, licorice and dried herbs. Longer than medium length with blackberry finish. (93)

即使年份不太好，也可以做出好酒呢! 這酒的香氣香料味十足，強而複雜，聞著有點不想飲的感覺。酒味延續一致，只是強度與複雜性下降了點，餘韻也長。COTE ROTIE酒的餘韻常給我一種若即若離的感覺，令人想一飲再飲，好酒。

2003 Cote Rotie Chateau d'Ampuis, E. Guigal

Deep purple with slightly over medium nose of blackcurrant, blueberry, smoke, lavender, candied black berry and touch of pepper. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and soft ripe tannin. Over medium bodied and flavour intensity. The flavours contain black berry, herbaceous, pepper and clove. Longer than medium length with black berry finish. (92)

果味強烈濃厚，複雜性尚算合格。餘韻長但酒味較簡單，單寧亦柔順。我頗喜歡它的餘韻，隱隱弱弱的，好像不斷提醒你它的存在。

2003 Cote Rotie La Turque, E. Guigal

A deep purple dry red wine with pronounced nose of black cherry jam, violet, black plum, white pepper, mint, smoke and toast. Medium acidity and alcohol with quite full bodied. Tannin is ripe and soft at medium level. On palate it gives fairly high intensity of black cherry, licorice, tea, floral, and espresso type bitter note. Long length with black cherry finish. (97) Good nose attack with pepper aromas. Nice complexity and intensity.

口感和香氣複雜出眾，餘韻長，酒在口中柔順，酒味亦豐富，非常出色的一枝酒，好好飲。

1997 Cote Rotie La Landonne, E. Guigal

A deep purple dry red wine with pronounced aromas of black plum, blackberries, smoke, pepper, rosted herb, licorice evolving to game and meaty. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium fine-grained tannin. On palate it gives higher than medium flavours of pepper, black cherry, licorice smoke. Long length with blackberries and spicy finish. (92) Good complexity and intense but the complexity cannot bring from nose to palate. Good one.

如果只係計酒的香氣，呢枝酒絕對值95分以上。但此複雜的酒香到口後變得無咁精彩。口感仍好，餘韻亦長，好酒一枝。

1989 Cote Rotie La Turque, E. Guigal

A deep purple coloured wine with barely higher than medium nose of black cherry, plum, black pepper, smoke, leather and earth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with quite high soft and fine tannin. Quite intense flavours of red cherry, dried herbs, licorice but a bit watery texture. Long length with subtle black plum finish. (92) Impressive length as the fruit lingers long but the mouthfeel is a bit watery and the palate is a bit simple. Good nose tho.

以 LA LA LA 來說這枝水準中等，酒香複雜性不錯但口感較薄，甚至有點水水地。餘韻悠長，果味隱約在咽喉停留，足證其質素。

2003 Cote Rotie les Jumelles, Paul Jaboulet Aine

Deep ruby coloured cored fading to paler rim dry red wine with nose of red berries, perfume, floral, earthy and pepper. It has medium alcohol, acidity and soft ripe tannin, well integrated. Medium plus body and length with cherry finish. The flavours contain red berries, pepper, spice, vanilla and ripe red cherry. (91)

2001 Cote Rotie La Mordoree, Domaine M. Chapoutier

A deep ruby wine with fresh red cherry, spicy and steely mineral aromas. It has medium acidity and body with ripe sweet tannin. On palate, it has red fruit and spicy character but the fruit lingers on the throat long, a medium plus length (89) (Tasted on 5 April 2010)
