2012 Egon Muller Scharzhofberger Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon green colour with medium intensity noses of chrysanthemums, honey, white flower, mineral and ripe pear. This wine is medium sweet and quite acidic, not high in alcohol but full bodied. A touch of spiky mouthfeel. On palate, it give quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, chrysanthemums, peach and floral note. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93) Way too early to drink or is it just simple as that?

這酒試不真，香氣不算強，但有一定複雜性，酒的酸甜平衡很好，而且有一點點刺口感提升爽口感，很不錯。酒味一致，但強度比香氣更好，餘韻亦長。酒味仍在十分初步的層次，須要時間發展。希望結出好果實吧。

Quite sweet and quite high in acidity, medium bodied with low alcohol. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon candy, peach, honey, touch of steel and wet stone. 很多甜酒一聞都有點濃濃的感覺，但這枝較清爽。酒香其實不太強，但仍有一定複雜性。酒的甜酸平衡不錯，精彩的是酒味強度比酒香強，餘韻亦算長，只是複雜性沒想像中好，但整體來說好飲的。

2006 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohle Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon coloured with over medium noses of honey, chrysanthemums, wet stone, petrol and ripe pear. Quite sweet with quite high in acidity, barely medium alcohol with full bodied. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, apricot and touch of mineral and wet stone. Longer than medium length with dried apricot finish. (92)

酒的平衡不錯，酒體濃厚而甜酸也平衡，香氣算強而複雜，只是酒味在口中強度和複雜性弱了點，餘韻亦算合格，以 AUSLESE 來說是合格有餘的酒，不錯。

2006 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohle Riesling Auslese

A medium lemon gold coloured sweet wine with barely over medium intensity aromas of honey, lemon candy, chamomile, dried peach, dried pineapple and touch of mineral stone. Quite high in acidity with barely below medium alcohol. Full bodied with over medium level flavour intensity. The flavours contain honey, lemon, candied pear, peach, mineral, chamomile and wet stone. Fairly long length with lemon candy finish (91)

不錯的強度及複雜性，酒的酸度及甜度平衡得很好，酒是濃濃的，一點也不膩，餘韻亦算長。是一枝中上水平的甜酒，好飲的。

2001 Gunderloch Nackenheim Rothenberg Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon coloured with pronounced intensity aromas of honey, apricot, chrysanthemum, mineral, orange marmalade and touch of petroleum. It is quite sweet with fairly high acidity. Full bodied with rather lower alcohol. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of orange peel, lemon, chrysanthemum, wet stone and touch of petrol. Medium length with honey citrus finish. 這甜酒幾好飲，如果餘韻長些會很好。酒的香氣很強，複雜之餘亦有著品種特色。酒的甜酸平衡不錯，甜而不膩。入口後酒味一路下降，酒味複雜性仍算維持，但強度弱了，餘韻更散得快。作為一枝配甜品的酒真的不錯，合格有餘。

2000 Donnhoff Oberhauser Brucke Riesling Auslese

This sweet wine has medium intensity gold colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of honey, chrysanthemum, apricot jam, orange marmalade and touch of mineral, jackfruit. Medium acidity and full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. The flavour intensity is at barely over medium level. The flavours contain honey, apricot, orange and chrysanthemum. Medium length with citrus and apricot finish. (90)

 酒的香氣不錯，有一定強度和複雜性。可是入口後變簡單了，餘韻亦比想像中短。酸度有些不足亦是此酒另一缺點。雖則如此，這酒的果味不錯，只是它其他的年份比這好多了。

2006 Donnhoff Schlossbockelheimer Felsenberg Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon colour with medium noses of honey, apricot, pineapple, lemon jam, and touch of grass, petrol and peach, quite fruity indeed. It has higher than medium sour acidity, medium sweet but lower than medium alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, floral, petrol, wet stone and touch of peach and mango. Longer than medium lemony length. (90)

骨骨子子的一枝德國白酒。果味不錯 ，品種特色的表現也好，餘韻亦算合格，只是強度和複雜性只是一般，可以一喝的甜酒。

A medium lemon coloured white wine with fairly high intensity aromas of gasoline, peach, honey, lemon, mineral and touch of chrysanthemum. It is quite sweet with fairly high acidity. Medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives medium flavours of honey, peach, mineral and touch of gasoline. Slightly longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (90)

酒香不錯，甜酸平衡亦好，葡萄品種特性活躍於杯內。只是酒味力度不能維持，複雜性下降，可喜的是餘韻算長，整體好飲。不是很出色的酒，但配餐的話是中上之配。

This sweet wine has medium gold colour and pronounced aromas of honey, mineral, petrol, peach, ripe mango and apricot. The sweetness level is at medium sweetness. Full bodied and medium acidity, lower than medium alcohol. On palate it gives barely over medium intensity flavours of lemon, peach, tropical fruit, mineral and touch of gasoline. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92) A bit lack of acidity.

濃郁的酒香夾著品種本身的石油味，果香與礦物感並存。不論在酒香或酒味也有一定的複雜性，其他方面也算中上，只是酒的酸度低了點，酒的鮮活性差了點點，令人感到酒膩了點點，否則會更好。

2007 J. J. Prum Graacher Himmelreich Auslese Riesling Goldkapsel

This wine has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of peach, lemon candy, gasoline, cantaloupe, apricot and touch of stone. Medium sweet with touch of fizzy, medium acidity and medium bodied. On palate it gives medium flavours of lime candy, gasoline, peach, apricot and mineral. Medium length with honey lemon finish. 雖然酒是甜的，但一點也不膩，這歸功於酒適度的酸度及點點氣泡感。酒的口感新鮮，品種風格亦突出，酒的力度及複雜性也合格，工整的一款中上酒品。

2006 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohle Riesling Auslese

This is a medium lemon coloured white wine with quite heavy legs. Fairly high intensity aromas of honey, melon, citrus, mineral with touch of steeliness. Quite sweet with over medium acidity. Almost full bodied with touch of fizzy. On palate, it gives quite high intensity flavours of citrus, honey, steel, pineapple and wet stone. Long length with peachy finish. (93) Good complexity and offers different flavours on palate in layers. Fresh but not cloy with subtle minerality.

真的不錯。複雜性頗佳，餘韻長，甜得嚟不算漏而且有點點爽，可能是那小小氣泡感的關係，酒味亦有點層次，雖然不是很分明。
