Medium intensity salmon like colour with close to pronounced noses of red cherry, strawberry, steel and layers of plum and red apple, very fruity. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel as usual with quite intense flavours of red apple, cherry, strawberry and touch of mineral and steel. Fairly long length with red cherry and lime finish (91)

非常非常生果的一枝香檳，少了以往KRUG的那一種像木桶似的醇厚感，礦物味充足，紅果感強烈，口感因泡泡及豐富果味變得豐滿，是一枝很適合追求的爽快直接的香檳飲家，這檳佐餐剩飲也可，好味，亦喝得很爽。

Krug Grande Cuvee 169eme Edition Brut

This dry champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of apple, lemon, mineral, limestone, bread and chalk. Quite acidic with medium alcohol and body. Creamy mouthfeel with over medium flavours of bitter lemon, chalk, mineral and trace of toast. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (91)

明顯地少了點以前 KRUG NV那種老酒味，這樣有版本號碼的 NV 較清爽，多了些清新，少了些醇厚。果味及礦物味更突出，酒酸的性質也較銳利，公整而爽朗，中上水平，但我個人還是較喜歡舊的NV。

1989 Krug Collection Brut

Medium lemon in colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of lemon, honeysuckle, caramel, ripe apple, steel and touch of cream soda and vanilla. It is dry with medium acidity, alcoholl and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of lemon, honey, vanilla and touch of caramel and coffee. Medium length with stewed apple finish. (92) Mature and ripe, like a well aged white wine.

熟透的感覺，但仍未老退。以這品牌來說酒的強度只是不過不失，比想像中弱。酒的複雜性固然好，發展到盡了的。酒味在口中的表現比酒香更好，很不錯，感覺似飲白酒多點，雖然仍有些汽泡感。

Medium intensity lemon green coloured dry vintage champagne with quite intense noses of lemon, chalk, autolytic, white flower, ripe apple, wet stone and touch of steel. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Creamy mousse with over medium intensity flavours of lime, floral, wet stone, chalk, green apple and touch of steel. Fairly long length with lime finish. 當很多2004年的香檳進入大勇狀態而又好飲的時候，這酒還向你說未到時候，酒味強度及複雜性俱佳，但仍有一定發展空間，餘韻長，泡沫豐厚，好味。酒在口的感覺較它的NV爽，相信仍要一些時間令這酒成熟一下。

2000 Krug Clos de Mesnil

Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, red apple, honey, wet stone, mineral and cream. It is dry, quite high acidity and quite full bodied. Medium alcohol with creamy and mellow mouthfeel. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon, ripe apple, hazelnut, mineral and touch of caramel spice. Long length with nutty finish. (94) Precise and delicate. Good craftsmanship.

 酒造得好，白中白的特色清楚直接，展現出釀造者的功力。酒質也很好，酒力很強，餘韻亦長，好好飲，應該慢慢品嚐的一枝酒。

2003 Krug Clos du Mesnil

This blanc de blanc has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, green apple, toasted bread, mineral, wet stone, and touch of nuttiness. It is dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy mouthfeel with quite high intensity flavours of lemon, nuts, red apple, wet stone, steel, yeast and bread. 一枝複雜得來清爽精準的白中白香檳。強烈複雜的香氣和酒味，足夠的酸度和綿綿的口感，再加上長長的餘韻，直接講明它是一枝出色的香檳。酒的味道清爽明快，易於理解，酒味方向條理分明，好好飲。係一枝令人明白有一定造酒功力的酒。

1989 Krug Clos du Mesnil Champagne

A medium intensity lemon colour dry champagne with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, honey, red apple, cream, bread, trace of chrysanthemum, white flower and limestone. Quite high in acidity, medium alcohol and the creamy bubble makes it a bit fuller in body. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lime, green apple, honey, bread, cream and touch of caramel. Long length with honey citrus finish. (95) Delicate with elegance. Fine and creamy, good blanc de blanc.

 酒的強度不論在香氣及酒味也很足，複雜性亦很強，但香味及酒味的複雜性很細緻。泡沬很綿密豐厚，令人口感滿滿。餘韻長，令人回味。這酒最吸引我的是造功，它展現了白中白應有的軟綿口感，亦有著白中白的輕巧，纖細，優雅，可說是將白中白的特色完全反映出來，好好酒。它不是同莊另一款 Clos d'Ambonnay 那樣有堅實有力，是完全以另一方面展現釀造者的功力。

1995 Krug

Medium lemon colour with quite high intensity aromas of honey bread, lemon, steel, chalk, stewed apple and touch of caramel and vanilla. Dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Round and full mouthfeel with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, stewed apple, honey, lime, chalk and touch of steel. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93)

第二次品嘗這酒，仍然有著一貫的特色，表現亦跟上次差不多，只是像有點點比上次成熟的味道，但亦可能只是批次及倉儲的分別。酒香仍然強而複雜，口感豐厚，亦有足夠酸度維持鮮活性，餘韻亦長，好飲。

1995 Krug

Creamy mouthfeel with quite high intensity flavours of red apple, mineral, honey, yeast, and lemon candy. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (93)

貫徹著 KRUG 那種豐厚感，酒香及酒味都有中上的表現，酒味融合調和，酸度算高但一點也不削，醇厚的香檳。餘韻亦算長，好飲，這品牌始終是我的最愛。

Krug Rose NV

Medium onion skin with fairly high intensity aromas of yeast, lime, fresh red apple, chalk and touch of honey bread. It is dry with medium soft acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Creamy mousse too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red apple, strawberry, honey, chalk and bread. Slightly longer than medium length with red apple finish. (92) not too oaky with good mellow acidity.

酒入口後把口腔包得豐豐滿滿的。口感綿綿。二次發酵的感覺不太重，酒力及複雜性不俗，餘韻亦長，好飲。

1998 Krug Clos d'Ambonnay

This champagne has medium intensity lemon colour with pink tinge. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of wild strawberry, stewed apple, caramel, toasted walnut and touch of bread, rose and chalk. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Creamy mousse with fairly high intensity flavours of apple, bread, wild cherry, almond and touch of yeast, chalk and caramel. Close to long length with caramel finish. (94)

絕對是一枝出色的白中黑香檳。酒香發展出強勁複雜的香氣， 同時亦展出其黑皮諾特色，只聞酒香也會感到是一枝白中黑。口感豐滿亦有生氣，酒味在口中轉化了點，但仍有一定強度。餘韻亦長，好好飲。(品評完之後才知道價錢，嚇到有點汗，好彩我是一個出類拔箤的菠蘿雞)

Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced intensity aromas of lemon, caramel, ripe apple, wet hay and touch of lime, floral and bread, this dry champagne has slightly over medium intensity zesty acidity and medium level alcohol. Creamy mouthfeel with slightly fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives fairly high intensity flavours of ripe apple, vanilla, caramel with touch of bitter lemon, honey and bread. Long length with honey apple finish. (94)

這酒頗精彩。力度及複雜性皆足，餘韻亦長而吸引。口感豐滿，酒的發展也好，只是氣泡有點不足似的，令人覺得欠了些香檳在口的跳躍感，一枝慢慢品嘗的香檳。

A dry champagne with medium lemon colour and creamy mousse. On nose it gives fairly pronounced aromas of ripe apple, zesty lemon, floral with touch of honey, pear and tropical fruit. It has medium plus acidity and medium alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium bodied with fairly high intensity flavours. Lemon, yeast, bread, cream and ripe apple. Fairly long length with lemon bread finish. (93)

由聞到飲都好一致的香檳。酒香及酒味在勁度及複雜性都一致，分別不大。餘韻亦算長，收結的味度幾出色，展示了酒一致的複雜性，好飲，是一枝上等的香檳。

1988 Krug

This champagne is medium lemon colour. The bubble is small and presistence. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of honey, lemon, ripe apple, with touch of camomile, toast and biscuit. Dry with slightly above medium acidity, creamy mousse and medium alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with quite pronounced flavours of lime, apple, honey and toasty bread. Medium length with biscuity finish 91. This wine shows good development with reasonable complexity. Ripe and mature.

酒體豐滿，口感豐厚，有一定複雜性，他不是一枝給與飲者鮮爽的口感的酒。整體來說都算好喝。

1998 Krug

This champagne is medium gold in colour. On nose it gives quite pronounced ripe apple, toast, biscuit, and lime aromas. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium plus bodied with quite intense flavours of apple, lime, toast, biscuit. Creamy mousse, tiny bubbles and long. The length is long with appley and citrus fruity finish. (93). Complex, rich, and mouth-filling which makes a good balance with the acidity. Vivid and crisp which differentiate it from its NV. Good one.

如果蒙瓶的話，未必估到係KRUG，入口鮮爽得來又不至太酸，口感豐厚又不重，雖然仲可以繼續陳年，但現在飲也十分滋味。

Krug Grande Cuvee Brut NV

This is the second time I taste this Champagne. This pale lemon dry sparkling wine has fine and delicate mousse. On nose, it give citrus, floral, green apple aromas with hints of yeast and toast note. On palate, the acidity is high but soft and my tongue seems floating in the wine. The flavour follows the nose but the yeasty flavour goes stronger with a more than 10 second finish. Nice (92)

Krug Grande Cuvee Brut NV

This Champagne is much better than some of those vintage champagnes in market. It has pale lemon gold in colour with fine and presistent bubbles. The aromas are full of citrus, lemon, floral, green apply and pear with trace of yeast and toasted bread. On palate, the acidity is quite high and crisp but the texture is a bit creamy and soft. It has medium body and gives a feeling of off-dry, tho it is brut. The fruit and floral flavours carry along the sip with a medium length. Nice one. (91) (Tasted on 22 February 2009, reposted)
