2012 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Philippe Pacalet

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of red cherry, red plum, strawberry jam, cabbage and trace of anise, fresh and spicy. Medium acidity, a bit sharp tho. The alcohol is at medium level and full bodied. Smooth medium tannin as well. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of red cherry, plum, strawberry, licorice, cabbage and anise. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (93)

也是有著一貫的醬果感，酒仍是很年青，但香料味已開始發揮出來，特別是在口中的時候。酒力強，複雜性仍需時間展現，餘韻亦長，好酒一枝。酒的香料味在口中發展似乎比香氣快，相信過幾年應該會開始要密切注意適飲期。

2009 Chambolle Musigny, Domaine Comte Georges de Vouge

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with over medium intensity aromas of meat, black plum, blood, red cherry, dried rose, earth and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, strawberry juice, licorice and vegetal. Medium length with red cherry finish. (90) A bit heavy, ripe and rich flavour but a bit weak in mid palate.

比08年的多一些複雜性，味道層次亦多一點，強度亦強一點。亦貫徹著較厚重的風格。酒的香氣比口中表現好一些，酒在口中有一點點空洞，餘韻亦算好。濃厚的餐酒。

2001 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Comte Georges de Vogue

Medium intensity ruby colur with quite intense aromas of rose, strawberry, wild cherry, red berry, sandalwood and touch of earth, meat at the back. Good layer. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a bit stalky tho. Quite intense flavours of red berry, cherry, rose tea and vegetal. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (92) Good berry fruit.

酒香很有層次，清晰分明，香氣出眾。酒入口後差了點 ，雖然酒力仍然強，但複雜性下降了，餘韻長，莓纇果味充足，好喝的。這莊的酒也是重炮手一個，酒力十分澎湃，所以要酒味爆的人會很喜歡。

2001 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Robert Groffier

Deep ruby coloured with quite pronounced aromas of rose jam, red plum, strawberry candy, anise, cedar and touch of rosemary, very attractive spicy notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Tannin is at medium level with touch of greenness. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose pedal, cherry, cedar, tea and licorice. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (92) Wonderful nose but a bit weak on palate.

這年份的酒來說很濃，酒香很好，香料味很出色和誘人。酒的口感下降了些，雖然仍有一定強度和複雜性。餘韻長。在這艱苦年份有這表現算很好了。好飲的。

2009 Bonnes Mares, Domaine G. Roumier

Deep ruby coloured with quite high noses of mushroom, redberry, cabbage, rose pedal, mint tea and touch of earth, quite elegant with depth. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level. On palate it has intense flavours of red plum, cabbage, mushroom, licorice, rose pedal and earth. Long length with red plum finish. (95)

優雅及濃郁這兩個詞很難放在一起去形容同一枝酒，但當這同時出現時，那一定是一枝好酒了。這酒的酒香強，而複雜性是一層層的走出來，口感柔順而酒味強，味道的方向比香氣的重了些，餘韻長長，令人回味，有種由淺入深的感覺，會令人有想像空間的，好酒。

2004 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Bertheau

A medium ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of wild red berry, plum, rose, mint and damp earth. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and medium bodied. Medium tannin but a bit green with quite high flavour intensity. The flavours contain red plum, wild cherry, rose, cabbage and touch of earth and mushroom. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) A bit green tannin.

 這酒莊的表現很不錯，相對其他酒莊，以價值論算抵。酒香很強及有一定複雜性。酒味亦貫徹到。餘韻算長，好飲。只是可能年份關係，酒的單寧有點點青澀。整體來說是一枝很不錯的酒。

 酒香十分好，強亦複雜，以田土味帶著花果味，而且果感有點醬果的。口感豐厚，餘韻亦算長。酒在口中的味道組合剛剛相反，口中果味充足，而且是由果味主導，有點驚喜，好飲。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, dried red berry, mushroom, smoke, toast and touch of cinnamon. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Medium soft and silky tannin and quite high intensity flavours of dried rose, red berry, plum jam, smoke, clove and earth. Long rose pedal finish. (95) Wonder silky yet powerful, full flavoured.

 05年的酒真的靚，強勁複雜的酒香，如絲一般的單寧口感，花果香料共冶一爐而又熔為一體的酒味，加上長長的餘韻，好好飲。以這酒的濃度，仍有一段長長的品飲期，現飲仍是充滿活力的青年，再過多幾年會更好。

1996 Bonnes Mares, Domaine d'Auvenay

Deep ruby coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of rose, redberry, licorice, toast, tea, earth and mint, precise and concentrated, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with quite high fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum jam, licorice, tea, earth and mint. Fairly long length with redberry finish. (93)

濃烈而集中，酒香及酒味有強度，有點點穿透性的感覺。酒的複雜性不錯，但不算十分出色，強度足，餘韻亦長，好飲，是一枝與友暢談時品嚐的酒。

A deep ruby wine with higher than medium intensity noses of rose, red plum, ripe strawberry, licorice and touch of meat and forest floor. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium ripe and fine-grained tannin. Slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of black plum, rose, earth, licorice and vegetal notes. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (92)

酒頗濃厚的，強度不論在酒香及酒味都很不錯。酒味在口中複雜性下跌了，但仍有一定複雜，餘韻亦長，幾好飲

This wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of dried rose, red plum, stewed cabbage, wormwood and touch of earth, and mushroom. It is dry with medium acidity, a little bit sharp in nature. Medium alcohol, bodied and soft tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of red cherry juice, rose tea, sour strawberry and touch of worm wood. Barely over medium length with rose tea finish. (91)

香氣給人複雜的感覺，有層次，雖然強度一般，但已令人覺得是好酒。入口後酒味的強度反而多了點點，但複雜性下降了不少。餘韻合格，但比起酒香是令人失望了些。整體好飲的。

With medium acidity and alcohol, this dry red wine possesses fairly deep ruby coloured and quite high intensity aromas of red berry, red plum, rose jam, cabbage, clove and touch of anise and wormwood. Slightly fuller than medium bodied and soft fine-grained tannin, together with a medium red cherry length. Close to pronounced flavours of red plum, cabbage, clove and touch of earth. 唔知點解，這酒的酒味濃烈但餘韻居然散得頗快。酒香不錯，強度及複雜性皆足，酒味的複雜性也不錯，係餘韻令人有點失望。

2002 Bonnes Mares, Domaine de la Vougeraie

A dry red wine with deep ruby colour and fairly high intensity aromas of black cherry, rose, mint, spice, red plum jam and mineral. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is stronger than medium level and fine-grained in nature. Medium intensity flavours of red cherry, cabbage, spice with slightly longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (91)

奇怪，年份不差，葡萄園不差，酒莊不差，但枝酒有著頗吸引之香氣但酒味出奇的弱，落差很大。餘韻也很不錯，只是酒在口的味道完全似一枝中級酒似的。

2004 Bonnes Mares, Nicolas Potel

This wine has almost deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of red plum, rose, licorice, earth, cabbage, strawberry and touch of dried herbs. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied with medium fine-grained tannin but a bit greeness is detected. Slightly over medium intensity flavours of rose, red wild cherry, cabbage, herbaceous and touch of licorice, touch of bitterness in mid palate. Barely longer than medium length with plummy finish. 04年的酒很多都有一點青澀的感覺，如果粹取過度仲會有點苦。這可能是這酒的缺點吧，酒香是複雜的，但其他以一枝特級葡萄酒來說只是合格，希望酒主不是太貴入貨啦。

2002 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Bart

This is a wine of deep ruby colour. It has quite pronounced intensity of aromas which contain rose, red sour cherry, earth, tea, cabbage and licorice. Dry, with medium alcohol, acidity and bodied. Silky tannin at medium level. On palate, it is fresh with quite pronounced flavours. Red plum, cabbage, red cherry, strawberry and wet leaves. Quite long length with red plum finish. (93) Surprisingly fresh. Rich yet silky. Good intensity and fairly complex. Good one.

2004 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Piscal Lachaux

This is a deep ruby wine with some legs and medium plus nose of red current, licorice, strawberry with trace of smoke, toast and cabbage. It is dry with medium and slightly sharp acidity, medium soft and fine grained tannin. Medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it has medium flavour intensity. Red cherry, plum, cabbage and toast. Medium plus length with subtle cherry finish. (90) Quite subtle and difficult to distinguish its terroir but still enjoyable and drink beautifully.
