2015 Gevrey Chambertin Les Seuvrees, Domaine Robert Groffier Pere & Fils

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of rose, red cherry, licorice, earth, and pine. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, licorice, berry fruits and touch of smoke. Medium length with plummy finish. (90) A bit weak on palate.

公整的一枝村酒，香氣很強，亦有一定複雜性，可是在口中的表現不及酒香，餘韻亦算合格，比平均的村酒好一點點，但真是一點點。有點慶幸買得早，所以喝得比較開心。

1999 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses, Domaine Robert Groffier

Deep ruby coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of black plum, meat, smoke, earth, sandalwood, anise and rose. Medium acidit, alcohol and bodied. Quite high ripe and fine grained tannin with quite high flavours of black plum, blood, rose, smoke, earth and touch of rain forest. Long length with plum and spicy finish. (92) Good after taste but a bit meaty.

老實說這葡萄園的酒我較喜輕柔感多一些的。這酒較厚重，但不是說它不好。酒的強度香氣酒味複雜性也在中上之列，單寧成熟柔順，餘韻更值得一讚，酒的質量來說十分高。只是欠缺了些這村那陰柔的感覺，取而代之的是厚實較MEATY的風格。好好酒來的。

2001 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Robert Groffier

Deep ruby coloured with quite pronounced aromas of rose jam, red plum, strawberry candy, anise, cedar and touch of rosemary, very attractive spicy notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Tannin is at medium level with touch of greenness. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose pedal, cherry, cedar, tea and licorice. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (92) Wonderful nose but a bit weak on palate.

這年份的酒來說很濃，酒香很好，香料味很出色和誘人。酒的口感下降了些，雖然仍有一定強度和複雜性。餘韻長。在這艱苦年份有這表現算很好了。好飲的。

Deep ruby with quite pronounced noses of black plum, rose, earth, toasted herbs, mushroom, and touch of sandalwood, cedar, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium fine grain tannin with over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, licorice, pine, earth and mushroom. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (93) bit earthy on nose but good palate.

99年這條村的酒幾難明，酒的香氣和酒味都有一定的強度和複雜性，餘韻亦算長，中上的酒品。田土特色,不太明顯，亦欠了點點陰柔的感覺。酒好飲，但以這葡萄園來說似乎重口味了些。

2003 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses, Domaine Robert Groffier

Deep ruby coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of dried red plum, candied redberry, rose jam touch of vanilla and earth, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Tannin is soft and ripe at medium level, together with a fairly long length. On palate it has over medium intensity flavour of red plum, tea leaves and rose pedal. (93). Maybe storage problem, weirdly a bit dull.

 這酒有點奇。聞時會感受到此酒厚重濃郁的果感，但就是只有果感加一點點香草味。酒在口中的鮮活性有點不足，即使是03年的也不應這樣。餘韻長，只是複雜性簡單了，以這葡萄園的酒不應如此的。希望是儲存問題吧。

2005 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Robert Groffier

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, dried red berry, mushroom, smoke, toast and touch of cinnamon. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Medium soft and silky tannin and quite high intensity flavours of dried rose, red berry, plum jam, smoke, clove and earth. Long rose pedal finish. (95) Wonder silky yet powerful, full flavoured.

 05年的酒真的靚，強勁複雜的酒香，如絲一般的單寧口感，花果香料共冶一爐而又熔為一體的酒味，加上長長的餘韻，好好飲。以這酒的濃度，仍有一段長長的品飲期，現飲仍是充滿活力的青年，再過多幾年會更好。

2008 Chambolle Musigny 1er Les Hauts Doix, Domaine Robert Groffier

Deeper than medium ruby colour with touch of haziness. It is dry with higher than medium noses of cabbage, rose, red plum, clove and red berry. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with barely medium soft tannin. On palate it gives slightly over medium intensity flavour of red cherry jam, mushroom, tea, vegetal and touch of mineral. Slightly over medium length with red cherry finish. (91)

酒香尚算濃厚，可是酒味有所不及，餘韻算合格有餘但不算長。感覺有點簡單，其複雜性要好細心才試出來，不錯。
