2002 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red Burgundy has medium intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of rose, red cherry, strawberry tea, mushroom, forest floor and pine wood. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft tannin at medium level. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of rose, red cherry, strawberry tea, licorice and forest floor. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (93) Wonderfully soft and floral with wild fruit flavour. Delicate and aromatic.

一種非筆墨所能形容嘅優雅輕柔感覺出現在酒力強勁、複雜性高的酒入邊，這種感覺十分神奇。酒的香氣及酒味，感覺偏向野生果實，再加上有點像雨後森林的清爽感，令人有如沐春風般的品飲享受，十分難得。好喝！

2014 La Tache, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose jam, tangerine peel, strawberry farm, sandalwood, anise and floral, very  juicy and attractive. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of rose, strawberry, tangerine, licorice and wormwood. Close to long length with juicy strawberry finish. (94)

一貫的醬果香氣之外有著像在花園遊蕩的不同花香，很強烈又吸引。酒入口很醬果感下降但花果的鮮活感提高，這可能是這酒莊的拿手好戲，可以給品飲者一層層的感受。酒的各方面也是高水平，陳年多一點相信會展現另一種風味，好酒。

2014 La Tache, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced aromas of rose pedal, raspberry, redberry jam, strawberry field, smoky spice, earth, trace of mushroom and meat, very complex. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at medium level, fine grained but a touch of greenness. On palate it gives quite pronounced flavours of raspberry, strawberry, rose tea, earth, mushroom and meat. Long length with raspberry finish. (94) Fresh, juicy with full complexity at the back. Very enjoyable, tho it still has long way to go.

 好好飲。早喝這類酒一定是充滿鮮果的感覺。酒有著混合各種情況的果實感，由野果到熟果到醬果都齊，此外再加上一層層的香料複雜性，引人入勝的酒味。餘韻亦長，味道範圍很廣，令人喝得陶醉，唯一是年份問題，單寧有點點青，希望時間可以幫到一下。現在飲已經很好，不過相信放下會更精彩。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with intense aromas of rose, red plum candy, berry jam, vanilla, licorice, cinnamon, smoke and touch of menthol, very complex nose. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level, round mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of rose jam, red plum candy, vanilla, cabbage, licorice and sweet spice. Close to long length with red plum finish. (94) Delicious

再次確定2011年的布根地是比想像中好。酒的酒力、複雜性、口感、餘韻全屬出色的表現。品飲時是會感受到酒的優雅。這年份的評價真的是低估了。好好喝，相信再陳年會更精彩。

Medium tannin and soft. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose jam, red berry candy, vanilla and damped wood. Fairly long length with red berry candy finish. (92) Touch of bitter at the back, good candied fruit.

醬果的香氣對這酒來說已經是預期之內。這似的更有點像糖果的感覺。酒力強而有其接近標誌性的複雜性，濃厚而再加多一點甜蜜，很討人喜愛。酒的餘韻長。各方面的味道組合也有，是一件漂亮的作品。唯一對品飲有點影響的是酒的單寧。酒還新，可以陳年一下，會有更有趣的品飲感受。

2012 Richebourg, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour and quite intense noses of red cherry, rose pedal, earth, vegetal and trace of graphite, quite primary. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, rose pedal, vegetal, floral and licorice. Long length with black cherry finish. (92) A bit lack of fruitness at the moment.

我知，早飲呀嘛。與其話這表現是殺嬰，我不如話枝酒瞓左。酒香雖強但很初步的感覺， 很多味道不太開放，是很強的不太開放味道，沒有太多果味，不會有果盤的感覺，更沒有花園的感覺。長長的餘韻訴說著它的高質素。等待它成熟時的表現，相信會是很好的。

跟同年的 LA TACHE 一起飲，這酒的單寧青了點，這才是我印象中的2011年。酒的力度很強，而且複雜，餘韻亦長，好酒。酒味沒有酒香那樣的醬果感，但味道層次分明，也是一個好處。酒貫徹著這酒莊的高質素，好味道。

這酒的質素是後勁。酒香強度不算太突出，但十分複雜，酒入口內才展現出豐富的酒味。餘韻長而吸引，好喝。2011年的酒的單寧如此表現比想像中好。酒當然是早飲了，但口感亦是很美好的，過多幾年會更放光彩吧。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of red berry, licorice, smoke, dried rose, damp wood, earth and trace of vegetal notes, this dry red wine has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level and soft in nature. On palate, it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, licorice, dried rose, damp wood, dried strawberry and touch of tea. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92)

近三十年的酒有這表現相信歸功於酒莊功力和雙瓶裝。酒力仍強，複雜性足，發展成熟，酒體柔順，餘韻亦長，是一枝發揮到盡的酒，但我相信如果早幾年飲我會更喜歡。酒很好，令人回味的。

1999 Romanee Conti, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

Quite deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite pronounced aromas of red plum, black cherry, tangerine peel, anise and licorice. Medium acidity but a bit sharp, medium bodied and alcohol. Tannin is a bit high but fine grained with quite pronounced flavours of rose, red cherry, mushroom, vegetal, licorice and anise. Long length with red plum finish. (93) Good length but not lack of fineness in structure.

完全中伏。這酒的變化是難以預計的。品嚐這酒是盲飲的，酒主說開了四至五小時。初初的香氣很沉，但有隱約的複雜性，酒入口偏酸而且是像蘋果酸那種較削的感覺，高丹寧而酒力強，餘韻長。酒的表現說明是一枝未開放的好酒。但酒體感覺似是一枝較鬆散的意大利酒。開估後當然錯到七個一皮，酒的那種體裁是我還未捉摸得到的99年，DRC的特色也不見得，直到最後才出現那些複雜性。但以ROMANEE CONTI 來說這酒的酒體交不出那結實架構中的柔雅感。99年的布根地紅酒人人都說很靚，但對我來說是很難捉摸。所以要挑我機的不妨拿些99年的紅布給我喝，一定有笑話。

2002 Romanee Conti, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of black plum, black cherry, rose perfume, foreset floor, licorice, anise, spice box and touch of mint tea at the back. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied too. The tannin is qutie high but ripe and fine. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of rose, black cherry, plum, licorice, tea, and touch of mint. Long length with rose and cherry finish. (97)

這酒有點令人無語。因為在各方面都紮實地展示給你看這酒的級數，強烈複雜的香氣一層層的展示出來，說明了他的深度。酒還年輕，單寧未完全變柔滑，但是會感到其成熟的。酒味強而複雜再加上長長的餘韻，在品飲方面沒有得挑剔。這酒不是有一些如 LEROY 或 LIGER BELAIR 般的濃艷，但來得優雅，平衡工整，酒體結實，難得一遇的好酒。只是在我的評分中，如酒味有轉變的話會再加分，但這酒是一直連貫的好味到尾，所以不能再比更多分，但這酒的評分我應該是比到最高的了。

酒香及酒味都強而複雜的一枝好酒，貫徹著DRC RSV 的香氣及酒味，由聞至吞下也表現著一致的高水平，餘韻亦長而濃郁，好酒，是一枝清楚明朗，簡單直接表達品質的酒。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced aromas of rose perfume, red berry jam, violet, red plum and touch of earth and anise spice. It has medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red plum, cabbage, red berry, rose pedal and some vegetal notes. Fairly long length with red plum finish (94) Good fruit and floral notes on palate.

好飲啊。酒香及酒味強，香氣複雜度很好。酒體平衡柔順，餘韻長。酒的發展好，步入大熟大勇的感覺。要說一下的是酒在口中的味道少了點香料等的味道，以花果主導，好不好便見人見智了。好味.......

Medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied with quite high ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of rose, red plum, licorice, earth, damp wood and British tea. DRC 那複雜的香氣十分誘人，酒的口感豐盈，餘韻長而果味足，令人回味。只是酒在口中的複雜感低了點，扣了些分，但仍是一枝十分出色的酒品。

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of red cherry, red plum, rose perfume, vanilla, licorice, amber and cabbage. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is ripe and fine grained in nature, at medium level too. On palate, it has quite high intensity flavours of rose, red plum, red berry, cabbage, vanilla. Long length with red plum lingering finish. (96)

這酒是盲飲的，但有著強烈的DRC風格。酒香及酒味強而複雜，餘韻很長，好酒一枝。比起其他DRC的產品，這酒沒有
RSV 的較重泥土感，亦沒有 Richebourg 的偏向花果感，複雜性似 La Tache，但酒在口中的結構較結實，所以雖然我之前未飲過Romanee Conti，我也(被迫)估這酒是RC。這酒的好處是面面俱圓而又高度平衡，有點像把所有DRC在這村的酒溝埋的感覺。飲落是會發現各種味道也有提供，很好飲。飲完一啖覺得好飲之後，再飲一啖更會覺得好飲的感覺。酒還可陳放，相信過多段時間會更好。

花果味很出色，酒香強而複雜，果然有置身花園的感覺。酒味亦強，複雜性亦維持到。餘韻長，好飲。酒亦顯示出一定品種和田土特色。酒還可陳年，過多幾年應該更好。

第二次飲這酒，酒仍算年輕。強烈複雜的氣味及酒味一以貫之。餘韻亦長，以品飲享受來說比上一次更好。可能是酒的狀態問題，這次的單寧比較重了點。酒很好飲，回味亦很吸引，仍有發展空間。

從各方面說也是一枝表現出眾的酒品。酒香強勁，複雜到有點無底深潭的感覺。餘韻亦長，酒味在口仍有很不錯的複雜性，單寧強但不算鞋口，假以時日會更好的。多給這酒一點時間吧。

Ex-Domaine 的酒真的有一定品質保證，雖然我不是飲很多 DRC 的 Exchezeaux ，但這枝是最好狀態、最啱飲的。酒的複雜性、強度都屬高水平，餘韻亦長，好飲。這葡萄園造出來的酒有很大的層面，是一個較難去概括特性的，這酒不像一些牙擦蘇較泥土，肉類般的重味，但又不是另一類較清鮮感的，是介乎於兩者之間。令人覺得很合適、很啱飲。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with fairly high noses of rose jam, plum jam, raspberry, smoke, toast and touch of vanilla and strawberry. Medium acidity, alcohol and ripe tannin. Quite full bodied with quite high flavours of red berry, red plum, rose jam, smoke, toast, earth and touch of nutmeg. Fairly long length with red berry jam finish. (94) Ripe and concentrated, still young.

這酒跟上一篇的98年同場品飲，這酒年青多了。酒的活力足，生猛活潑，酒香強勁複雜，酒味亦然 ，餘韻亦長，香料味與花果味互相輝映，好飲。酒仍年青，多放一點會更好。
