A pale lemon green coloured dry champagne with pronounced aromas of green apple, bread, lemon, mineral and touch of Peking pear. It is dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, creamy mousse. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of green apple, lemon juice, pear, mineral and touch of bread. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (92) Crisp, sharp and fresh.

一直覺得這品牌的風格是清爽、直接 、集中的,所以一點也沒有令我失望。酒的酸度亦是一貫的銳利,酒香強,香氣偏向清爽醒神的果味,只有一點點二次發酵的特色,餘韻算長,很不錯。如果要飲香檳做早餐的話,這酒是一個好選擇。
