2018 Savigny-les-Beaune Aux Gravains 1er Cru, Domaine Gerard Mugneret

Deep ruby with medium intensity nose of black plum, rose jam, sawdust, earth, mushroom and touch of meat, good depth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium smooth tannin. The flavour intensity is quite intense with flavours of black plum juice, rose, cherry, vanilla and trace of cinnamon. Fairly long length with plum juice finish. (92) Good fruit with depth. Beauty.

香氣強度也是不及播干強，但複雜性更佳，而且有一定深度，值得一讚。酒在保存清晰果感之餘，亦有一定層次的香料感，木桶的用法不錯，餘韻亦長，好飲，亦顯示出釀酒師的一定功力和釀造方向。現在喝需要多一些時間透氣，但陳年一下更好，很期待它其他的酒款。

2013 Savigny les Beaune les Narbantons, Domaine Leroy

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose, red plum, menthol, red cherry, and touch of funnel, and vinyl-chloride. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with fine grained tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavour of red cherry, plum, vanilla and spice box. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish, (91?) A bit off condition, touch of cork taint too. Can I have another bottle?

 這酒有點點問題，有點點CORK，但不太影響佐餐。酒的香氣很濃，仍很年輕的。花果味很重。餘韻算長，只是酒味在口中下跌了些。所以評價仍是一個問號，有待觀察。

1999 Savigny les Beaune 1er Cru Aux Serpentieres, Maison Leroy

This is a dry red wine with deep ruby colour and slightly higher than medium intensity aromas of rose, red plum, black cherry, tea leaves and touch of mint. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, medium tannin too  but a bit coarse. On palate it gives medium flavours of red cherry, plum, rose, tea and licorice. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (90)

白頭啊婆同紅頭分別真的有一點距離，但不是說這酒完全不入流。酒其實算好飲的，只是表現出另一種感覺罷了。 酒的香氣頗強，亦有一定複雜性，酒在口中顯現了標準黑皮諾的風格，有點優雅，但簡單了點，餘韻合格，不錯。

2007 Savigny les Beaune les Narbantons, Domaine Leroy

Deep ruby coloured with fairly high noses of rose perfume, ripe red plum, strawberry jam, mushroom and touch of licorice, this wine is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, slightly fuller than medium bodied and slightly higher than medium flavour intensity. Tannin is fine-grained at medium level, but a touch of greenness is detected. Flavours contain red plum, red cherry, rose perfume, licorice and touch of mushroom. Fairly long length with plummy finish (92)

跟它的06年一齊試，這酒在酒香及酒味較一致，但也有不錯的強度和複雜性，餘韻亦算長。只是酒的單寧有丁點青澀，以這年份來說也算可以了。 不錯，但因為跟06年一齊飲，個人較喜歡06年的多點點。

2006 Savigny les Beaune les Narbantons, Domaine Leroy

This wine has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has quite pronounced aromas of rose perfume, ripe strawberry, red plum, licorice, vanilla and touch of banana and tea.  It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied with medium fine-grained tannin. Slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of red plum, licorice, ripe strawberry, cabbage and touch of mushroom. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (93) Ripe fruit wine.

有著強烈複雜的香氣，口感亦成熟豐滿，酒味亦不俗，有一定複雜性，餘韻長而豐富，令人感到酒既濃郁又有貴氣，這酒莊的酒做得真好，有人請我飲就仲好(一笑)

2007 Savigny Les Beaune, Domaine Bruno Clair

Fairly deep ruby coloured with slightly over medium noses of red cherry, red plum, wild strawberry and touch of cabbage and mint spice. It is dry with touch of over medium acidity, medium alcohol and barely medium bodied. On palate it gives medium flavours of red plum, wild berry and touch of vegetal. Barely medium wild berry length and green tannin. (87) Bit weak.

簡單，有一定果香，不太複雜，口感有點弱，餘韻亦有點短，單寧有點青，酒力亦有點不足，好像樣樣都有點欠缺似的。如果只追求有點果味的話，尚可一喝。

2008 Savigny-les-Beaune, Jean Fery

A dry wine of quite deep ruby in colour. It has medium nose of rose, raspberry, cherry, cabbage and touch of smoke. It has medium acidity, alcohol, body and soft/fine-grained tannin. On palate, the flavour intensity is barely medium with rose, raspberry, red cherry and vanilla notes. Just qualified to have medium length with red plum finish. (88) A medium wine indeed and nothing stick out. Quite delicate and even close to thin texture. But still easy to drink and enjoy.

平穩偏淡，香氣比口感豐富，但太輕巧，一枝和朋友輕鬆地暢飲的酒。

2006 Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Les Vergelesses, Jean Fery

This is a dry red wine with quite deep ruby colour and some legs. It has higher than medium aromas of black plum, cabbage, earth, smoke, rose and toast. Medium acidity, alcohol and body. The tannin is medium and fine-grained. Medium flavour intensity red cherry, rose, raspberry and touch of vanilla, but the texture is slightly watery. Medium length with subtle red cherry finish. (88) Some complexity but subtle. Soft and easy to drink but a bit thin.

唔睇酒標會以為係一枝普通村酒，所以有點失望。現在來說這酒已經適合飲用。

On palate it has over medium intensity flavour of red cherry, cabbage, licorice and touch of roasted spice and earth. Almost long length with red plum finish. (93)

酒香和酒味的複雜性都不錯，餘韻長，中上水平的酒品味，口感在黑皮諾來源說較強勁，所以優雅感有點不足，但喜好濃烈的酒友可能會喜歡的。
