2008 Savigny-les-Beaune, Jean Fery

A dry wine of quite deep ruby in colour. It has medium nose of rose, raspberry, cherry, cabbage and touch of smoke. It has medium acidity, alcohol, body and soft/fine-grained tannin. On palate, the flavour intensity is barely medium with rose, raspberry, red cherry and vanilla notes. Just qualified to have medium length with red plum finish. (88) A medium wine indeed and nothing stick out. Quite delicate and even close to thin texture. But still easy to drink and enjoy.

2006 Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Les Vergelesses, Jean Fery

This is a dry red wine with quite deep ruby colour and some legs. It has higher than medium aromas of black plum, cabbage, earth, smoke, rose and toast. Medium acidity, alcohol and body. The tannin is medium and fine-grained. Medium flavour intensity red cherry, rose, raspberry and touch of vanilla, but the texture is slightly watery. Medium length with subtle red cherry finish. (88) Some complexity but subtle. Soft and easy to drink but a bit thin.

唔睇酒標會以為係一枝普通村酒，所以有點失望。現在來說這酒已經適合飲用。

2008 Cote de Nuit Village Clos de Magny, Jean Fery

The color of this wine is quite deep in ruby. The is really a "medium" wine with medium aroma and flavour intensity. Body, alcohol, acidity, tannin are all in medium level. The tannin is soft and fine-grained in nature. Red plum, rose, cabbage, smoke, mushroom. Fairly short length with plummy finish. (88). Delicate and balance but nothing impressive too.

2009 Bourgogne Blanc, Jean Fery & Fils

A dry white wine of medium lemon in colour and some legs. On nose it has medium lemon, melon and touches of pineapple, grapefruit and wet stone aromas. It is dry with medium mouthwatering acidity. Medium alcohol and bodied. Flavour intensity is medium with lemon, melon and trace of tropical fruit and citrus peel. Medium length with melon finish. (87) Simple with ripe fruit. A bit fresh which is lifted by the acidity. Good food wine.

清爽簡單，果味足，相信年份關係令這酒充滿果實味，但口感頗單調，佐餐一流。
