2016 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Malconsorts, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose, red plum,  strawberry jam, dried red berry, smoke and trace of sweet spices, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red berry, cherr jam, rose garden and trace of mushroom and British tea. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92) good nose, a bit lighter on palate, round and smooth

依然的強烈複雜，酒的口感比上次柔順了點。酒亦有一點發展。依舊好喝。但酒味在口中發展似乎快了點，影響了一點陳年能力的判斷。現在喝很不錯，多放兩三年也可⋯⋯

2016 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Malconsorts, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, red plum, rose perfume, anise, vanilla spice and trace of cinnamon. Good fruit and spiciness. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red cherry, strawberry, rose tea and licorice. Close to long length with red cherry finish. (93) Good balance of fruitiness and spiciness. Smooth when drinking at this youth.

這酒莊2010年左右轉人之後造得好咗，而且D酒仲似乎可以早飲D，這酒有著高水平的質量，估唔到的是只是有年已很啱飲。酒的果香及香料味均衡，只是在口中的複雜性不及香氣。酒的柔滑度也是有點驚喜的，好喝。

2011 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby colour with over medium aromas of red plum, meat, black cherry, smoke, toasted herbs, bit heavy. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. Tannin is at medium level but a bit coarse. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, tea, smoke, earth and dried rose. Long length with black berry finish. (92) Quite heavy

這酒莊的酒近七八年真的越來越好，這酒比較濃重，重的意思是酒味的方向較重口，欠了些優雅，但很合重口味人仕，酒力及複雜性也不錯，難得的還有長長的餘韻。好味道，酒果然是食物的一種(一笑)。

2011 La Grande Rue, Domaine Francois Lamarche

A deep ruby dry red wine with pronounced level aromas of rose perfume, red cherry jam, strawberry candy vanilla, nutmeg, and touch of cedar. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite high flavours of red plum strawberry, vanilla, cedar and rose. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (92) Quite jammy and full. Need better palate.

我說過這莊的酒越來越好，其中一項是因為越來越濃。2011年的這酒濃至有強強的醬果味，而且亦有一定香料的複雜性，很吸引。酒體豐厚，單寧成熟，一點也不像2011年，相信他們選擇葡萄時下了一定功夫。酒味在口中保持強度，只是複雜性下降了點，餘韻亦長，好好味。

2011 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Suchots, Domaine Francois Lamarche

This dry red wine has quite intense ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of black plum, strawberry jam, licorice, prune and earth. Medium acidity, alcohol and medium bodied. Quite high tannin and fine grained in nature. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of rose, red plum, vegetal, cabbage, licorice and dried herb. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (91)

 要重新去認識的酒莊，這莊做的酒越來越好。最初我是從他的LA GRANDE RUE發現的，2000年左右的我全試過，但不覺得那麼好，近這幾年的真的很不錯。這酒有中上的強度和複雜性，餘韻亦長，好味道。

2010 La Grande Rue, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of fresh black cherry, black plum, rose perfume, strawberry, licorice spice, cedar, touch of musky, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is ripe and fine grained at medium level. On palate, it has quite high intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, rose perfume, cedar and vanilla. Long length with black plum finish. 出奇的好味。可能是我之前喝過一些較舊年份的而感覺一般，但這酒令我改觀了。足證近幾年這酒莊越做越好。酒香強而複雜，餘韻長，酒味高度平衡 ，口感濃郁，陳年能力仍有一段時間，好好味。

2008 Clos de Vougeot, Domaine Francois Lamarche

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives close to pronounced level intensity aromas of rose, red plum, red berry jam, licorice spice, clove, and trace of earth and graphite. Slightly acidic with medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium fine grained tannin and medium intensity flavours of red plum, red berry, spice, black tea. Fairly long length with red plum juice finish. (92)

污槽永遠都給人可口的感覺，四四正正的，這枝也是。合適的香氣組合，頗長的餘韻，說出這酒有一定質素。酒味在口中強度少了點，酒可能還須陳年，酸度比正常的高了點點，如不是狀態問題的話，過多幾年會更好。

Quite deep ruby coloured with medium nose of red plum, red berry, cabbage, rose and earth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium soft tannin with slightly fuller than medium bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high. Red cherry, rose and touch of earth and cabbage. Medium length with red plum finish. (91)

簡單了點，否則這枝酒會很不錯。酒香及酒味兒不太濃，但花果味保持得好好，口感亦算順滑，只是複雜性不足，餘韻亦短了點。

This dry red wine has close to deep ruby colour with over medium intensity aromas of red plum, cherry, rose pedal, stalk, musk and mineral. Medium sour acidity and medium fine-grained tannin. Medium alcohol and bodied too. Flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red plum, strawberry, sour cherry, cabbage and earth. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (91)

酒香有多面性，餘韻亦長，酒味保持了一定的鮮果味但複雜性不足，好飲，但追求酒味豐富的人可能有點失望。

At medium level in alcohol, acidity, bodied and fine-grained tannin, this dry red wine has higher than medium intensity ruby colour and medium aromas intensity. The aromas contain rose, earth, vanilla, and red plum. On palate, it has medium intensity flavours of red cherry, red plum, vanilla, cabbage and trace of licorice. Barely longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (90)

這枝酒似一級田的酒多過特級田。一般合理的香氣及酒味，口感有力，餘額也算合格。複雜性亦交到貨但不足。

1999 La Grande Rue, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Over medium intensity ruby colour with pronounced noses of rose perfume, mint, fresh strawberry, licorice, quartz and touch of cabbage. It is dry with medium acidity, bodied and alcohol. The tannin level is just close to medium and ripe. On palate, it has close to pronounced flavours of red cherry, rose, vegetal, cabbage and mineral. Almost long length with red cherry finish. (92) Quite big, and complex but lack of finesse.

有著複雜的香氣，頗長的餘韻，口感充滿力量的感覺，也有一定的複雜性，可能是田土的關係吧，這酒較剛勁但少了點柔順感。好飲。

1996 La Grande Rue, Domaine Francois Lamarche

This wine has deep ruby colour with quite high intensity aromas of earth, mushroom, red plum, toast, roasted herb and smoke. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol, and fine-grained tannin. Slightly fuller than medium bodied. Barely over medium flavour intensity. Red plum, cabbage, toast and smoke. Long length with plumy and floral finish (93). Need further development, rich and concentrated yet pure.

有著精彩的香氣和複雜性，相信還有潛質發展。餘韻長而豐富，再陳年多些會更好。

This is a deep ruby dry red wine with quite pronounced nose of rose, red plum, mint, earth, fresh meat, wet leaves and spice. It has medium alcohol, acidity and bodied. The tannin is at medium level and fine grained in nature. Quite high flavour intensity. Rose, red plum, cherry, cabbage and earthy. Fairly long length with subtle cherry finish. (92) Wine is complex and powerful but the finish is quite subtle.
