2011 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby colour with over medium aromas of red plum, meat, black cherry, smoke, toasted herbs, bit heavy. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. Tannin is at medium level but a bit coarse. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, tea, smoke, earth and dried rose. Long length with black berry finish. (92) Quite heavy

這酒莊的酒近七八年真的越來越好，這酒比較濃重，重的意思是酒味的方向較重口，欠了些優雅，但很合重口味人仕，酒力及複雜性也不錯，難得的還有長長的餘韻。好味道，酒果然是食物的一種(一笑)。

2002 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine Rene Regel

Quite deep ruby colour but a bit hazy, this dry red wine has quite intense aromas of rose pedal, red plum, cabbage, earth, anise and pinewood, nice spiciness. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red plum, red cherry, rose pedal, licorice and touch of damp wood. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92)

可口，有一種混然一體的感覺，口感豐富但不是來自豐厚的酒體，而是來自酒味複雜性，很好。餘韻亦在水準之上，加上酒香強勁、香料味足，是一個很好的品飲享受，正。可惜現在已經難找到了。

2003 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine Rene Regel

This wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of rose perfume, raspberry jam, British tea, and touches of cabbage, mushroom and bubble gum. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium soft tannin with fuller than medium bodied. The flavours intensity is quite high with flavours of rose perfume, strawberry, mushroom, vanilla and tea. Slightly longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92)

感受到在較熱年份的酒，香味欠了布根地的幽香，但多了較濃的漿果感。酒的力度及複雜性皆不錯，餘韻亦算長，酒味在口中有一點變化，加了點分。也是一隻好飲的酒品。

1996 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This wine has fairly deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives pronounced aromas of red plum, rose perfume, tangerine peel, cherry jam, vanilla, forest floor, licorice with touch of meatiness. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Medium fine-grained tannin as well. The palate gives fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, cedar, cabbage and touch of meat, licorice and clove. Long length with red plummy finish. (94)

好酒一枝，酒香複雜而強烈，其複雜性會令人有多重感覺，十分誘人。酒的口感較豐厚，亦順滑。酒味仍保持一定力度， 複雜性與酒香頗一致，但沒有酒香那麼強。餘韻長而厚，好飲。以此葡萄園來說，這酒莊真的做出了出眾的 GRANDS ECHEZEAUX，剛剛夠94分。

2004 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced intensity aromas of cabbage, rose perfume, wormwood, strawberry, cherry and anise, intense yet elegant. Medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied with barely medium soft tannin but a bit green. Flavour intensity is over medium intensity, with flavours of rose, cherry, licorice, anise, vanilla and cabbage. Fairly long length with rose and cherry finish and touch of bitterness at the back. (94) Elegant yet rich.

試了幾款2004年DRC的紅酒，似乎這款比 ECHEZEAUX及LA TACHE 好。好在於比ECHEZEAUX複雜又比LA TACHE 濃(但LA TACHE 比它複雜)。酒香及酒味複雜，餘韻也長，但單寧有點青，舌下有點點苦帶回來，好飲的一枝酒。

Medium alcohol and bodied too. Flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red plum, strawberry, sour cherry, cabbage and earth. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (91)

酒香有多面性，餘韻亦長，酒味保持了一定的鮮果味但複雜性不足，好飲，但追求酒味豐富的人可能有點失望。

A deep ruby wine with over medium intensity aromas of cabbage, red plum, mushroom, smoke and damp earth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with above medium soft tannin. On palate, it gives over medium level of rose, damp earth, mushroom, plum with trace of smoke. Fairly long length with plummy finish. (91)

2004年的酒發展已頗成熟，有一定複雜性，層次分明，單寧亦算柔順，整體好飲的一枝酒，各方面表現不俗，亦沒有一方面非常突出。
