2022 Domaine Alice et Olivier de Moor Bourgogne Aligote

Medium intensity lemon coloured with quite intense noses of lemon, white flower, grass, mineral, and apple. It is dry with quite high in acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, red apple, grass, and wet stone. Medium length with lemony finish. (90) Surprisingly ripe and round

這個品種的葡萄造出了一支成熟圓潤的酒，香氣、酒力、強度都在中上水平酸度亦足，餘韻合格以上。這酒改變了一點我對aligote 的想法，要開始儲返一些。日常飲用一個佳選⋯⋯

2018 Bourgogne Aligote Les Champs d'Argent, Charles Lachaux

This dry white wine has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of guava, pear, grass, lime and touch of cream. Medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of cream soda, lemon, and touch of peach. Medium lenght with lemon cream finish (90)

Aligote 來說他的草青感較少了一點，多了一點像忌廉般的味道。香氣力度算強。除此之外是一支中上的白酒感覺。酒味在口中的複雜性不是很高，餘韻亦算合格，感覺中規中矩似的。

2014 Bourgogne Aligote, Domaine Arnaud Ente

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of hazelnut, toast, mineral, green apple, lime and touch of grass. Medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lime, mineral and touch of wet stone and almond. Fairly long length with nutty finish. (90)

這酒開始的酒香說明了酒的木桶工作不錯，提升了酒香的強度及複雜性，這好處一直延至餘韻，可見造得不錯。酒的味道偏花草味多一點，口感有一點點寡，整體很不錯的餐酒。

2007 Bourgogne Aligote, Domaine Leroy

Dry white wine with medium lemon colour. Quite pronounced aromas of citrus, musky, cream, floral, toast and walnut. Medium alcohol and acidity with more than medium bodied. Quite strong flavours of lemon, floral, citrus peel and grassy on palate. Fairly long length with buttery finish (89)

2007 Bourgogne Aligote, Domaine Leroy

A light lemon colour dry white wine with watery rim. Medium plus intensity aromas of grass, vanilla, hazelnut, floral, hay and trace of musky. On palate it gives medium acidity, alcohol and body. More than medium intensity flavours of grass, floral, hay, butter and musky. Quite a long length with grassy finish. (90)
