2015 Meursault, Domaine Artaud Ente

Medium lemon green colour with close to pronounced level aromas of cream, butter, toasted sesame, lemon, white flower and touch of chalk, it is dry with medium acidity, full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon tart, chalk, butter with touch of floral notes. Long length with lemon cream finish. (93)

這一枝村酒明顯超出村酒質素。香氣及酒味的強度很強，餘韻亦長，徹頭徹尾的一枝濃郁酒品。香氣的複雜性不錯，酒味的複雜性亦可，相對其他梅索村的酒這酒較優雅，可能是乳酸發酵感較少吧。好飲，但看了價錢後才慶幸有人請我飲。

2015 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Domaine Arnaud Ente

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives over medium intensity aromas of red berry, red cherry, mushroom, vanilla and touch of cedar and anise. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with fine grain medium tannin. On palate it has medium flavours of red cherry, plum, vanilla, mushroom and touch of cabbage. Barely longer than medium length with red berry finish. (89)

兩個字：可口。加多兩個字是十分可口。四平八穩之餘再加上清新的紅色果實感覺。餘韻以播干來說是長的。有點複雜性亦有清楚的品種特性，好味。

2014 Bourgogne Aligote, Domaine Arnaud Ente

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of hazelnut, toast, mineral, green apple, lime and touch of grass. Medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lime, mineral and touch of wet stone and almond. Fairly long length with nutty finish. (90)

這酒開始的酒香說明了酒的木桶工作不錯，提升了酒香的強度及複雜性，這好處一直延至餘韻，可見造得不錯。酒的味道偏花草味多一點，口感有一點點寡，整體很不錯的餐酒。
