Medium lemon coloured with quite intense aromas of stewed apple, honey, lemon custard, vanilla, butter and white flower, clear and decent. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, butter, vanilla, white flower, and pear, it is fresher than its nose. Fairly long length with lemon butter finish. (92)

2010年成熟美味，既有一定複雜性，亦有一定強度，餘韻也合格有餘，正。酒體偏厚，口感圓潤，差不多像舊年份的梅索（Meursault )村酒似的。不錯的酒，但要開喝了，不用再陳。

2013 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles, Domaine Leflaive

Medium lemon green coloured with pronounced noses of lemon, honey, resin, peach, white flower, sandalwood and touch of toasted almond, very complex. Dry with medium mouth-watering acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of lemon, honey, white flower, wet stone, steel and peach. 香氣真係冇得頂，又強又複雜，淨係揸住個杯聞都已經很開心。酸度醒神而感覺柔和，口感豐富，餘韻長。酒在口中的複雜性減少了一些，但仍然有齊全的酒味感覺，現在看似乎還是早喝了一點，相信還可放多一段頗長的時間。

2008 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles, Domaine Leflaive

Medium lemon coloured with quite pronounced aromas of lemon candy, honey, vanilla, walnut, white flower, peach and trace of elderflower. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon candy, vanilla, white flower, peach and touch of mineral. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (92) Good aroma.

很香的酒，香氣強而且複雜，各個範疇都有，很吸引人。酒體圓渾豐厚，酒味仍維持著強度，酒味與酒香表現一致，餘韻長，好飲，佐餐或慢慢品嚐也可，正。相信酒的狀態仍可維持一段長時間。

Medium lemon coloured with very high intensity noses of lemon, white flower, honey, sweet vanilla, hazelnut and trace of chalk, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it have over medium intensity of white flower, lemon, vanilla and touch of steel. Longer than medium length with honey and lemon finish. (91)

是否還須要時間?或是我期望太高? 這酒的香氣很不錯的，強而有一定的複雜性，但酒入口之後酒味轉得單調了 ，像是一枝新酒似的，但酒的餘韻又說出它有一點質素，有點怪。整體也是好喝的，但硬是覺得應該好一些。

2008 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Pucelle Monopole, Jean Chartron

Medium intensity lemon coloured dry white wine with quite pronounced aromas of lemon, honey, peach, mineral, white flower, and touch of cream and hazelnut. Medium acidity and alcohol, as well as medium bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of lemon, peach, mineral, floral, and hints of hazelnut and honey. Fairly long length with lemon honey finish. (92)

 開始盛放的白酒。香氣及酒味的強度都在中上水平。花果味，礦物味及木桶所帶來的味度齊備，餘韻亦算長，好飲，亦好啱飲，正。

Medium lemon colour with over medium intensity noses of lemon, ripe pear, peach, mineral, white flower and touch of vanilla, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, ripe pear and hints of vanilla and walnut. Medium citrus length. (90)

公整可口的，酒香比酒味表現好，強度及複 雜性皆是，中度平衡，餘韻比想像中短，佐餐很好的白酒，也不用太須陳年了，大啖喝吧.......

A medium lemon dry white wine with medium intensity aromas of honey, lemon, amber, white flower and touch of toast and caramel. It has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with over medium flavour intensity. Honey, lemon, musky, and hazelnut palate with  honey and lemon finish. (92)

似乎開始進入飲用期。酒香不算強，但複雜性不錯，餘韻應該更長。這酒比想像中差了點，可能是我對這酒莊有很高的期望吧。酒的質素不錯的，幾好飲。

用整潔來形容這酒雖然有點怪，但頗合適。因為酒的複雜度比想像中簡單，但清澈直接，味道分明。酒的質素中上，好飲的餐酒。

早飲了一點，酒的強度不錯，複雜性仍特發展，但酒的成份已具備。酒味的複雜性比酒香差些，預計將來可能也是一樣。現在飲比較鮮爽一點，過多四五年再試吧。

A medium intensity lemon coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of lemon, limestone, honey, peach, toasted vanilla and touch of hazelnut. Medium acidity and alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives slightly over medium intensity flavours of lime, honey, bitter almond and touch of mineral and steel. Fairly long length with honey citrus finish. (92)

一枝放了廿年的一級田村酒 ，發展成熟，酒香亦強烈，有一定複雜性。酒味在口中的礦物感出多了點，餘韻亦算長，幾好味。酒的口感較爽，不像很多陳年布根地白酒般油潤，這種風格好易會令人覺得淡，但這酒還不會。酒已經到頂了，喝它吧!

2000 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles, Domaine Leflaive

Medium lemon coloured dry white wine with quite high noses of white flower, lemon, mineral, vanilla, pear and wet stone, fine and elegant. It has medium intensity vibrant acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of white flower, honey, citrus, almond and wet stone. Close to long length with honey citrus finish. (94)

很好飲的一枝白酒，酒香複雜有層次，酒身有點口但酒味的複雜性平衡得好。餘韻很長，好酒一枝。最喜歡的是酒體雖重而酒味仍層次分明，好好飲。

2004 Puligny Montrachet Les Pucelles, Doamine Jean Boillot & Fils

Medium lemon colour with higher than medium intensity aromas of lemon, roasted nuts, white flower, mineral and touch of honey. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of lemon, pear, white flower and wet stones. Longer than medium length with lemon juice finish. (91) Good mineral character but need better acidity.

酒的礦物質感很好，酒的香氣及酒味的強度很一致，也算強。複雜性不算太複雜，但果味保存得不錯，幾好飲。

2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Mouchere, Domaine Henri Boillot

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced intensity aromas of lemon, honey, vanilla, amber, white flower and mineral. Slightly over medium acidity, medium alcohol and fairly full bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, oak, honey, almond and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with citrus and nutty finish. (92) Well balance on flavours.

2010年的白布很不錯，仍可陳放一下。酒力算強烈，亦有一定複雜性 ，酒味有果有桶有陳年味，頗豐富的。餘韻亦長，好味。這酒莊的水準頗穩定，不錯，希望價格唔好升太快。

2011 Puligny Montrachet Les Champs Gains, Domaine Pierre Yves Colin Morey

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has close to pronounce intensity aromas of lemon, grass, honey, limestone, almond and toast, touch of floral note too. Quite high in acidity, medium bodied and alcohol with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral, bitter almond and white flower. Longer than medium length with citrus finish. (90) Good intensity but lack of palate complexity

也是一枝物值高的酒。酒力強烈的，酒香的複雜性也好，餘韻合格有餘，只是酒在口中的複雜性欠了些。佐餐會是很好的，剩飲的話應該還可以。這酒莊的村酒及一級葡萄園酒做得很不錯，比他的特級葡萄園差不了多少，但價錢就差多了。

2008 Puligny Montrachet Le Trezin, Domaine Pierre Yves Colin Morey

This dry white wine has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has higher than medium intensity aromas of lemon, amber, toast, vanilla, ripe pear and apple. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of lemon, ripe grapefruit, vanilla, and touch of grass. Barely longer than medium length with lemonade finish. (90) Good nose but a bit lack of mid palate.

酒香不錯的，有一定複雜性之餘又有一定強度。酒在口中豐厚，餘韻亦合格有餘，只是酒在口中表現簡單了點，還有一點青青的氣息，幾好飲。這酒莊造的村酒整體真的不錯，又抵飲。

2003 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Pucelles, Domaine Leflaive

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, honey, peach and touch of mineral, stewed pear and almond. It is dry with barely medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium plus intensity flavours of lemon candy, peach, white flower and touch of honey almond. Fairly long length with lemon honey finish. (92) Good complexity but a bit lack of acidity.

酒的複雜性好，酒力亦算強，餘韻亦長，幾好飲。可是酸度似乎欠了點點，可能是年份問題吧，這導致酒的鮮活性下跌了些。整體都仍是一枝好酒。

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives higher than medium aromas of stewed lemon, honey, hay and chamomile, sign of tiredness detected. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. On palate it has slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, stewed apple and touch of hay and grassy. Longer than medium length with lemon tea finish. (90)

有點老態的感覺。酒已發展出一些成 熟的氣味，酒的力度及複雜性也算中上，餘韻亦算長，有的話應該要飲了。此酒莊一級田以下的酒跟他們的特級莊在質素上分別很大，這亦可能在價錢上反映了出來。

2011 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clavoillon, Domaine Leflaive

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with fairly high intensity aromas of lemon. amber, almond, white flower, oak and touch of peach. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. On palate it gives slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of lemon juice, floral, bitter almond and touch of honey. Medium length. (90)

這酒莊的酒我一直都十分喜愛，但今次有點點失望。希望時間可以幫助一下。酒的強度算不錯了，酒味的複雜性仍在發展，特別是在口中的表現，似乎要多一點時間，餘韻只是勉強合格，雖然今次是開來測試水平，但也有點點期望的，難道我期望過高? 或者一兩年後再試會更好。

2002 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles, Vincent Girardin

Medium lemon coloured with fairly high noses of lemon, vanilla, hazelnut, honey, white flower and touch of wet stone and mineral, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with slightly over medium intensity flavours of citrus, vanilla, honey, mineral and trace of amber. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (91)

這酒莊的性價比真的不錯。酒香及酒味貫徹其田土風格，強度和複雜性也在中上水平，餘韻亦算長。可能是年份關係，酒的果味重而熟，鮮活性好像差了點點，但已十分可口。

2007 Puligny Montrachet 1er Les Demoiselles, Domaine Colin Deleger

This is a dry white wine with medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, vanilla, hazelnut, peach, and touch of chalk and mango. Medium acidity and alcohol, with quite full bodied. The flavours contain honey, lemon candy, vanilla and mineral, all at over medium level intensity. Fairly long length with honey citrus finish. 層次分明的酒。酒香及酒味不論在強度和複雜性都很一致，達中上水平。餘韻亦長，很可口。酒的發展亦不錯，可現飲，但陳多幾年還可以。
