A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite intense noses of honey, lime, mineral, chalk, vanilla, white flower and trace of lime soda. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, limestone, peach and touch of butter. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92) Quite full on palate in contrast with the nose.

有趣，越飲口感越重的。酒由香氣至餘韻都有著檸檬及蜜糖的骨幹，夾雜著不同的香味，酒香的花及礦物感多點，但在口中木桶的影響便更大的反映了，只是強度有點不及香氣，好喝。

Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, mineral, pear, steel, vanilla, and touch of white flower and almond. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, butter with steel and mineral, touch of bitter almond too. Long length with citrus floral finish. (94)

本身已對這款酒有所期望，但結果比想像中好飲。複雜強勁的香氣和酒味，長而吸引的餘韻，酒在口中亦展現了田土的礦物感，好味。酒很清楚表現它的質素，坦白直接，令人輕易感到，雖然不像一些佳釀會說故事，但勝在清楚易明。

Medium lemon colour with quite high noses of lemon jam, stewed pear, vanilla, toast and nuts. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is at over medium level and the flavours contain lemon, honey, steel, mineral, and stone. Medium length with lemon peel finish. (91) Too ripe, a bit flat.

太熟了。2003年 這個熱年對白酒的影響很幾大破壞性的。酒的礦物質感仍在，酸度勉強仍可以，酒的力度強勁，餘韻反而有點失望。整體像是一枝有點退色的靚酒，現在飲亦還算不錯。

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of lemon jam, straw, mineral, hazelnut, honey and vanilla. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied, with quite high flavours intensity. Lemon candy, white flower, hazelnut, cantaloupe and touch of wet stone. Slightly longer than medium length with honey nutty finish. (92)

試過這款酒的很多個不同年份，這枝算是最熟及重身，少了點這葡萄園的特性。酒的強度及複雜性都好，餘韻亦長。只是酒的味有點散散的，令人覺得差了點 。

It has medium acidity and alcohol with quite full bodied. On palate it gives consistently high intensity of lemon, honey, amber, pear and touch of savory tone of mineral. Slightly longer than medium length with lemon and roasted nut finish. (92)

酒很不錯，誰說這酒莊沒有好產品?酒的風味由聞到飲也很一致，酒亦發展成熟，建議飲用(最好叫埋我)。複雜性與酒力也屬中上，餘韻亦長，在口中有點點醎香，好飲。

A medium intensity lemon green coloured wine with quit high intensity aromas of lime, floral, pear, vanilla, mineral and touch of honey and steel, it is dry with medium zesty acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has higher than medium flavours of lime, steel, mineral, wet stone and touch of floral. Close to long length with lemon and steel finish. (93)

酒在各方面也很不錯，酒香及酒味也頗強，複雜性足之餘亦展現田土風格，餘韻長亦吸引。酒味在口中的田土風格令人有點喜出望外，好酒一枝。

2007 Puligny Montrachet 1er Les Demoiselles, Domaine Colin Deleger

This is a dry white wine with medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, vanilla, hazelnut, peach, and touch of chalk and mango. Medium acidity and alcohol, with quite full bodied. The flavours contain honey, lemon candy, vanilla and mineral, all at over medium level intensity. Fairly long length with honey citrus finish. 層次分明的酒。酒香及酒味不論在強度和複雜性都很一致，達中上水平。餘韻亦長，很可口。酒的發展亦不錯，可現飲，但陳多幾年還可以。

2011 Puligny Montrachet 1er Les Demoiselles, Domaine Philippe Colin

This wine has medium lemon colour. On nose it gives higher than medium aromas of vanilla, honey, cream, butter, lemon jam and mineral. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with slightly over medium intensity flavours. Citrus, vanilla, honey and wet stone. Fairly long length with citrus vanilla finish. (91) Too early tro drink and need time to develop.

又一殺嬰事件，早飲了。此酒有一定複雜性，但須時間發展，有貨的不妨過多兩三年至好飲，但太耐又可能個酸度下降，所以唔好放太耐，我對這酒有點期望的。
