2010 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium intensity lemon colour with pronounced aromas of lemon, honey, apricot, vanilla, amber, toasted almond and touch of limestone and mineral, a bit steely too. It is dry with medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon peel, peach, vanilla, bitter almond, saline and some floral note. Fairly long length with lemon candy finish. (94) Good nose and minerality, powerful and sharp, good terror

酒的田土特色很好，酒力強勁，而且亦很複雜，一喝便知是一支高級的產品，酒在口中味道有少少轉化，餘韻長，令人有點回味無窮的感覺，很好喝。酒的發展成熟，相信現在進入一個很好的適飲期，這狀態應該還可以保持幾年，好享受吧！

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white Burgundy with pronounced level aromas of lemon, white flower, honey, peach, vanilla, amber and touch of butter, wet stone. Slightly over medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lime, peach, grass, steel, vanilla, oak and mineral. 很好喝的一支酒。強度充足、複雜性範圍廣泛。酸度柔順得來醒神，酒體豐富得來不會感覺膩，在口中的酒味亦有輕微轉變，餘韻很長，很好喝，亦會吸引人不停喝。

This dry white wine has medium lemon green colour and quite intense aromas of lemon, cream, honey, chamomile, mineral, peach and vanilla, good fruit. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, peach, vanilla and white flower. Fairly long length with lemon and vanilla finish. (94) Round and sweet.

好少用甜美來形容乾白酒，但這枝可以。生果感很好，酒的強度不論酒香及酒味也強，而且有著多樣的複雜性，雖然偏向果感方面多一些，香料味不及果香。餘韻亦長，好喝，會吸引你不斷喝的，好毒。

這酒的礦物質感覺很強，香料味也是，可能是這原因它的果味不太突出，酒力強的，亦有一定的複雜性，好喝，但追求豐富果味的會覺得欠缺了一點。

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite intense noses of honey, lime, mineral, chalk, vanilla, white flower and trace of lime soda. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, limestone, peach and touch of butter. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92) Quite full on palate in contrast with the nose.

有趣，越飲口感越重的。酒由香氣至餘韻都有著檸檬及蜜糖的骨幹，夾雜著不同的香味，酒香的花及礦物感多點，但在口中木桶的影響便更大的反映了，只是強度有點不及香氣，好喝。

雖然好飲，但其實以這莊這田這年來說只是中規中矩，酒力是強的，複雜性也是有一定情度的，餘韻也合格的，但酒的風格不太跟這葡萄園相乎，難道是年份?或是狀態?

尾段的一些熟果味帶來驚喜。酒香強烈，亦複雜。酒的強度頗一致，由頭到尾都感受到酒力。複雜性在口中低了點，礦物感又強了點，吞後反而多返一點成熟的果味，很有趣。好喝的，亦有深度的酒，讚。

頗強勁的酒，是整體的酒力強勁。酒的發展不錯，但應該會再進一步。酒體豐富，花果木石各味紛陳，平衡圓滿，好好飲的。酒是開始進入成熟的感覺，好好享受吧......

On palate it has quite intense flavours of lime, floral, mineral, vanilla, chalk and trace of steel. Close to long length with hoeny lemon finish. (94) Precise and concentrated.

好飲得有點驚喜。酒力強勁餘韻長，複雜性也很不錯。酒沒有很礦物的感覺。各種味道的平衡很好，所以很易令人覺得好味。但這是一枝只有7年的酒，以這進程和表現來說可能枝酒的適飲期會很快，現在已經不錯了，再過一兩年應該狀態大勇，是比較早熟的酒。

如果你盲目相信這葡萄園的酒像漫畫中的馬特洪峰的話，這酒會令你大失所望。酒的力度是強的，亦有一定礦物感，但果感偏熟，像一個較熱年份的酒的表現。餘韻長，酒在口中表現也好，好飲的，但這田的酒我期望多一點清爽感。

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, wet stone, white flower and vanilla. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, floral, wet stone, vanilla. Close to long length with honey and mineral finish. 太早喝了，酒香及酒味仍在初始階段，酒香不算強，但這酒是越飲越好味的，餘韻很好，酒在口中才展示出其質素，好酒來的，假以時日應該會更上一層，令人期待。

這枝酒的酒香強度不算強，但有著很不錯的複雜性，酒在口中比酒香更強，而酒味有比酒香吸引，好味道。酒體經陳年後較醇厚，但白酒的清爽感也少了些，如果早一兩年飲的話我應該會更喜歡這枝酒。酒很好喝，是很好的酒，現在要飲了。

用古巨基的口吻說：我真係好鍾意飲孖雞的 Chevalier Montrachet，強而複雜的香氣和酒味，綿長的礦物感，再加上木桶所產生出優雅而又有點刺沷激的香料味，引人入勝，好好飲，令人回味。有些酒莊的 Chevalier Montrachet 較有鮮爽的礦物感，但這枝較柔順一些，亦是一絕。

Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, mineral, pear, steel, vanilla, and touch of white flower and almond. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, butter with steel and mineral, touch of bitter almond too. Long length with citrus floral finish. (94)

本身已對這款酒有所期望，但結果比想像中好飲。複雜強勁的香氣和酒味，長而吸引的餘韻，酒在口中亦展現了田土的礦物感，好味。酒很清楚表現它的質素，坦白直接，令人輕易感到，雖然不像一些佳釀會說故事，但勝在清楚易明。

有點深藏不露，酒力不錯，夠強。香氣的複雜性看似簡單了點，但越聞越吸引，像是不斷有所發展的。酒在口中表現更比香氣好，有一定發展之餘，酒的花果味及木桶發展的味很平衝，餘韻亦長，會引人飲完一啖又一啖的，好酒。

The flavour intensity is at over medium level and the flavours contain lemon, honey, steel, mineral, and stone. Medium length with lemon peel finish. (91) Too ripe, a bit flat.

太熟了。2003年 這個熱年對白酒的影響很幾大破壞性的。酒的礦物質感仍在，酸度勉強仍可以，酒的力度強勁，餘韻反而有點失望。整體像是一枝有點退色的靚酒，現在飲亦還算不錯。

試過這款酒的很多個不同年份，這枝算是最熟及重身，少了點這葡萄園的特性。酒的強度及複雜性都好，餘韻亦長。只是酒的味有點散散的，令人覺得差了點 。

如果唔係酒香少了些強度，這酒的評價會更好。酒的複雜度好，亦有一定層次，餘韻長而可口，礦物質感亦強，反映出酒有一定的質素。飲比聞好得多，很工整四正，好酒一枝。

酒很不錯，誰說這酒莊沒有好產品?酒的風味由聞到飲也很一致，酒亦發展成熟，建議飲用(最好叫埋我)。複雜性與酒力也屬中上，餘韻亦長，在口中有點點醎香，好飲。

頗標準的一枝酒，強烈複雜的酒香夾雜著豐滿的口感，只是酒味的強度低了點而且沒有層次感，餘韻亦很不錯，非常可口，值得慢慢品嚐。
