2008 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, honey, amber, vanilla, mineral and wet stone. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied and round. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of lemon, amber, honey, vanilla and ripe pear. Long length with honey and lemon finish. (95)

用古巨基的口吻說：我真係好鍾意飲孖雞的 Chevalier Montrachet，強而複雜的香氣和酒味，綿長的礦物感，再加上木桶所產生出優雅而又有點刺沷激的香料味，引人入勝，好好飲，令人回味。有些酒莊的 Chevalier Montrachet 較有鮮爽的礦物感，但這枝較柔順一些，亦是一絕。
