2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Mouchere, Domaine Henri Boillot

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced intensity aromas of lemon, honey, vanilla, amber, white flower and mineral. Slightly over medium acidity, medium alcohol and fairly full bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, oak, honey, almond and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with citrus and nutty finish. (92) Well balance on flavours.

2010年的白布很不錯，仍可陳放一下。酒力算強烈，亦有一定複雜性 ，酒味有果有桶有陳年味，頗豐富的。餘韻亦長，好味。這酒莊的水準頗穩定，不錯，希望價格唔好升太快。

2009 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Mouchere, Domaine Henri Boillot

A medium lemon colour wine with green tinge. It has higher than medium aromas of vanilla, lemon, roasted nuts, white flower and touch of butter and ripe pear. Dry with slightly over medium acidity, fuller than medium bodied and medium alcohol. On palate, it has medium intensity flavours of vanilla, bitter lemon, white flower and butter. Barely over medium length with citrus and mineral finish. (90)

香氣吸引複雜，口感略為簡單一點。餘韻尚算不錯，酒亦很有PULIGNY風格。
