2015 Nuits Saint Georges, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard & Fils

Deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with fairly intense aromas of rose perfume, red berry, strawberry candy, floral garden and vanilla. Medium acidity and alcohol with medium bodied and fine grained medium ripe tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose pedal, wild red cherry, licorice and touch of earth and mushroom. Medium length with red plum finish. From intense to subtle, need better intensity on palate. Goof floralness (90)

酒香很出眾，花果味都很好，又強又有一定複雜性。但是酒在口的強度下降了不少，味道亦由花果味變得以果味為主，餘韻合格，幾好喝，但係根據這個表現，亦不太像NSG，佐餐不錯，但我也不能說這就很有深度⋯⋯

 

2008 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Aux Murgers, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with medium intensity aromas of red plum, rose perfume, strawberry, earth and touch of mushroom. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of redberry, rose, vegetal, mushroom and touch of dried herb. Fairly long length with redberry finish. (91)

優雅得來又不太濃烈的香氣，花果香料味的平衡，真的令人置身大自然的感覺，這酒的餘韻比較令我驚喜，酒力不算很強勁但有著比想像中長的餘韻，口感亦不重，好味。

2007 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

This dry red wine has quite deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of candied strawberry, rose, mint, flower garden and trace of wormwood and toasted herb, quite elegant. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity tannic, a touch of greenness though. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of rose, red cherry, vanilla, sandalwood, mint and earth. Long length with rose finish. (93)

這種幽香的酒香真的引人入勝。酒的香味充滿花香之餘更有甜甜的果感，十分吸引。酒的口感優雅，餘韻長，好好飲，連香料味也是充滿幽香感，正。要彈的只有單寧有點點青，否則冇得頂。

2010 Vosne Romanee, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

Quite deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, rose jam, anise, damped earth and touch of clove. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Ripe and soft medium tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, damped wood, clove and touch of strawberry tea. Barely over medium length with red plum finish. 以村酒來說是高班的，酒香及酒味也有一定的強度和複雜性。口感順滑，餘韻亦算不錯。好飲。這酒的香味範圍幾闊，所以很討好，不錯。

2005 Chambolle-Musigny Les Clos de l'Orme, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

Deep ruby with quite pronounced aromas of black plum jam, black berry, rose, vanilla, toast and licorice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Soft and ripe medium tannin as well, with over medium level flavours of black cherry, plum, rose, vanilla and licorice. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (90)

果感豐富的酒。每方面表現也在中上的水平，但真的只是中上，即是說如果60分合格的話，它便樣樣70分，別期望80分。酒的口感很好，05年酒的單寧真的很軟熟，令人飲得很舒服的。餘韻亦令人回味，好味，只是複雜性少了點，但村酒來說是很好的。

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of red plum, rose, mint, earth and touch of meat and cinnamon, this dry red wine has medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. Medium fine grained tannin too, but a bit stalky. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red plum, earth, rose. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (90) Quite round and soft, may be high in glycerin.

 NSG 酒、這年份、這表現算不錯了。酒的香料味很好，亦展現了這村的一點特色，酒在口中的力度及複雜性下降了，所以扣了些分。這酒口感很豐厚，有點重，但整體不錯，值不值是另一回事了。

2004 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru En Orveaux, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

Deep ruby coloured with medium noses of rose, redberry, plum, toast, mushroom, earth and touch of anise spice, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Medium intensity fine grained tannin with touch of greenness. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, wild redberry, tea leaves, earth and licorice. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92)

用後勁凌厲來形容好像有點誇張，但這酒真的在口中強度比酒香大。 酒香頗複雜的，但不太強烈。可是口中反而強些，但複雜性又低番點，餘韻不錯，算長，好飲，但有點點青澀。

2011 Vosne Romanee, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

This wine has fairly deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of wild red cherry, rose, wet leaves, cabbage, licorice, mushroom and touch of earth. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and a bit lighter than medium bodied. Lower than medium fine-grained tannin too. On palate it has medium flavours of red cherry, cabbage, tea and licorice. Slightly longer than medium length with red plum finish. (89)

公公整整的酒，但不屬於濃烈那類，可以說有點清幽感。酒香不俗，酒味也可以，餘韻幽幽的長，酒體有點淡淡的。要強要爆的人不會喜歡這酒，但佐餐我覺得會不錯的。

2004 Vosne Romanee 1er Aux Malconsorts, Sylvain Cathiard

This wine has almost deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of strawberry, vegetal, rose pedal, smoke, red cherry jam and touch of tea, cabbage and blood. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Close to medium intensity tannin with a touch of greenness. The flavour intensity is at slightly higher than medium level with red plum, strawberry, rose pedal, and touch of British tea, cabbage and vegetal. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92)

酒很香，複雜性也好。單寧可能是年份關係有點青。酒味仍維持著其複雜性及強度，餘韻亦算長，好飲。好彩有人請我飲。

It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Tannin is soft at medium level but touch of greenness is detected. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red cherry, plum, rose, vegetal and licorice. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92)

雖然沒有GRAND CRU葡萄園，NSG的酒是不時會給人驚喜的。這酒的酒香誘人吸引，果香成熟，濃濃烈烈的，又複雜。口感柔順，可是單寧有點點青澀，餘韻不錯，只是酒在口中的複雜性下降了點，但都幾好飲了。
