2019 Nuits-Saint-Georges, Domaine Kuheiji

Deep ruby coloured with medium noses of red plum, red berry, mint leaf, wild rose, and strawberry, very fruity. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with soft medium ripe tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of rose, red berry, plum, strawberry jam and touch of nuttiness. Medium length with rosy finish. (89) Clean, fruit driven and straight.

似乎呢個酒莊做嘅酒係果味主導，這酒的花果味很好，偏向野生、清香的，好有鮮爽感覺。強度方便中中等等，連餘韻也是，喝得很輕鬆。酒在口中反而多了一些濃郁的果味，但也只是一點點，仍然是花果為主的。不知是不是心理作祟，覺得風格方面有點像他的清酒⋯⋯

2013 Nuits Saint Georges Les Boudots 1er Cru, Domaine Gerard Mugneret

Deep intensity ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced aromas of rose, black plum, earth, cedar, ripe black cherry and spices box. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium fine grained tannin but a touch of greenness is detected. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, earth, toasted oak, dried rose, black plum and tea. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (92) Concentrated and bold, quite heavy on palate.

給人一種濃厚有份量，但係亦充滿複雜性的葡萄酒。酒的味道結構偏向濃及重，而且酒的濃度很強，因此這酒俾人的感覺很濃郁，這種厚重感一直維持到入口及餘韻，所以很易令人覺得重口味。可能是年份問題單寧有一點點青澀，除此之外對喜愛這種風格的人來說會很喜歡。

2017 Nuits Saint George Les Argillats, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with medium noses of rose, cedar, English tea, strawberry, red plum and touch of earth and mushroom. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin, a touch of stalky note. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red berry, cherry, tea and touch of rose pedal. Medium length with red berry finish. (90) Fresh on palate, elegant tho a bit lack of concentration

酒的強度不算強，但花果木土的香氣給予一種淡淡的幽香，幾好聞。酒入口像一友沒什麼特別的布艮地紅酒，還喝到點點枝梗的感覺。餘韻會格，不錯吧的餐酒⋯⋯

2012 Nuits Saint Georges Aux Lavieres, Domaine Comte Liger-Belair

Quite deep in ruby colour with medium noses of rose perfume, red berry, plum, smoke, dust and strawberry candy, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red cherry, rose, red plum, vegetal and trace of cabbage and tea. Medium length with red berry finish. (91)

若不是酒在口中的表現，我的評價可能會再低一點。酒香不算強，但有一定複雜性，餘韻合格但不算長。可是酒味在口中反而表現好一些，可口的酒品。

2011 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Aux Cras, Domaine Comte Liger-Belair

A deep ruby dry red wine with quite intense aromas of red plum, black cherry, rose jam, licorice, mint and toast. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of rose, red cherry, plum, licorice and touch of tea. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (92)

維持著這酒莊出品的濃厚強烈香氣及酒味，相信是因為酒力強，加上味道以醬果方向為主，一種重味的做法。餘韻不錯，亦有一定的複雜性，相信即使盲飲也可以喝出是好酒，讚。

2012 Nuits Saint Geroges 1er Cru Clos des Grandes Vignes, Domaine Comte Liger-Belair

This dry white wine has medium lemon colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of lemon candy, vanilla, butter and touch of cream and peach. Medium acidity and alcohol with a bit fuller than medium bodied. The flavours contain lemon, butter, cream and honey, all at medium level. Fairly long length with honey butter finish. (90) Like a Meursault with water.

 這酒莊的酒香氣很強，這白酒也一樣，很濃很熟。酒在口中簡單了點，強度亦不足，餘韻尚算不錯。飲時的感覺有點像另一條村似的，令我想起梅索村酒，可能因為酒的木桶影響幾大下。

2008 Nuits Saint Georges, Domaine Leroy

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour, together with quite high intensity aromas of rose jam, strawberry jam, redberry, toast, mushroom mint leaves and vanilla. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with ripe and soft tannin. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of rose, redberry, plum jam, blackcurrant leave, mint, vanilla and touch of licorice. Fairly long length with redberry jam finish. (93) Quite jammy.

啊婆酒的濃郁感不論任何年份都有返咁上下，果味是像果醬似的。複雜性及強度都很好，餘韻亦長，只是田土特性比較弱。酒好飲，但似乎是人工感重一點。

2004 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Aux Murgers, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

A deep ruby coloured wine with quite high intensity noses of black plum, rose jam, candied red berry, licorice, mushroom, sweet vanilla and trace of smoke and earth. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Tannin is soft at medium level but touch of greenness is detected. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red cherry, plum, rose, vegetal and licorice. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92)

雖然沒有GRAND CRU葡萄園，NSG的酒是不時會給人驚喜的。這酒的酒香誘人吸引，果香成熟，濃濃烈烈的，又複雜。口感柔順，可是單寧有點點青澀，餘韻不錯，只是酒在口中的複雜性下降了點，但都幾好飲了。

2011 Nuits St. George 1er Cru Les Chaignots, Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg

Quite deep ruby colour with over medium intensity aromas of red plum, rose, cabbage, earth, licorice and touch of red berry jam. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level and soft in nature. The flavours contain red cherry, plum, rose, cabbage and touch of smoke, strawberry and vegetal. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (91)

工工整整的一枝NUITS ST GEORGE。各方面也是中規中矩的，口感少了點田土特色，有點點鬆散，餘韻不錯，幾好飲。

2006 Nuit St. Georges 1er Cru Les Saint George, Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair

A deep ruby coloured wine with barely over medium intensity aromas of rose, red berry, mushroom, licorice and touch of cherry jam. Dry, medium acidity and alcohol with medium soft tannin and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has medium flavours of rose, cherry, red berry jam and cabbage. Fairly long length with red cherry and cabbage finish. (90)

工工整整的一枝布根地酒。酒香比酒味吸引，不論在複雜性及力度也是，特別是酒味在口中簡單了點。餘韻出奇的有點長，令人有點意外，不錯。
