2013 Vosne-Romanee 1er Aux Reignots, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

This wine has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of rose perfume, red strawberry, red berry, licorice, forest floor and touch of anise. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with soft medium tannin, a bit stalky is noted. On palate, it has medium intensity flavours of rose, strawberry jam, licorice, damped wood and red plum. Slightly longer than medium length with rose pedal finish. (91) Very aromatic but a bit weak on palate

高度複雜，像一本厚厚的書，不過有啲似舊書。酒的強度不算突出，但美好的複雜性蓋過一切，餘韻合格有餘，幾好喝，慢慢嗒一流。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of rose jam, red plum, red berry jam, smoke, clove, earth, vanilla and cinnamon type spices. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with smooth tannin. On palates it has quite intense flavours of rose jam, red plum jam, red berry, mushroom and licorice. Fairly long length with rose finish. (92)

仍然是一貫醬果的味道和感覺，這枝酒的香料味很出色，像是一個香料架一樣。酒力強餘韻長，好酒一枝。這個莊的造法雖然大大増加了酒吸引大眾的能力，但減少了酒的田土獨特感覺，真係有點難取捨。

2005 Vosne Romanee La Colombiere, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of rose perfume, black cherry, licorice, red plum, forest floor, vanilla, sawdust. Good depth. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Soft and ripe medium tannin as well. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, plum, rose jam, licorice, vanilla and touch of menthol. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (93) Good development, complex yet elegant.

保持著這酒莊一貫的玫瑰香水感，果味及香料味並駕齊驅，發展得很好，複雜而又優雅，香味誘人。酒體柔順，酒味仍維持著其複雜性，餘韻亦長，好好飲，這表現應可繼續維持一段長時間。

2011 La Romanee, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum, rose, cherry, earth, tangerine perfume with trace of anise, very complex indeed. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied too. The tannin is soft at medium level. On palate it gives fairly high intensity flavours of cherry, rose perfume, plum, strawberry jam, licorice and vanilla. Close to long length with red berry finish. (96)

事先聲明，這酒我有一部份分是因為酒的結構而比的。酒的強度及複雜性也是很高，酒香誘人，而且貫徹著這酒那種輕巧花香加濃重醬果的香氣，應該吸引到不 同人士的口味。這酒莊的2011年不知做了什麼可以令酒的單寧如此柔順，即使村酒也是，酒味也強，餘韻長，難得的佳釀。講返酒的結構，這酒的結構在於不會給人柔軟感，是會令人感到有一點東西在口中架起的感覺。這種感覺跟我在飲 ROMANEE CONTI 時也感到一樣，可能這就是葡萄園的威力吧，畢竟飲得太少了，哈哈......

2005 Vosne Romanee Clos du Chateau Monopole, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of dried rose, red plum jam, dried strawberry, red berry jam, smoke, licorice and touch of sandalwood. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and qutie full bodied. Medium level soft and ripe tannin too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red plum, rose, dried strawberry, smoke, licorice and earth. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) Ripe and full of minerality.

酒的香氣是很誘人的，但醬果感覺很重。難得的是酒香中的香料味仍是強勁的伴隨著果香，值得一讚。酒力在維持著，餘韻長，酒味複雜性也不差，只是泥土的礦物味加了點，亦沒有了酒香中的幽香味，口感豐富，好好飲的。

要給人濃烈的感覺而入口又不重是一種難得的技術，但這酒莊做得不錯。這酒的強度一致地高，以這年份口感難得的柔順，餘韻長，好酒。果然是數一數二的VR強莊，讚。

Quite deep in ruby colour with medium noses of rose perfume, red berry, plum, smoke, dust and strawberry candy, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red cherry, rose, red plum, vegetal and trace of cabbage and tea. Medium length with red berry finish. (91)

若不是酒在口中的表現，我的評價可能會再低一點。酒香不算強，但有一定複雜性，餘韻合格但不算長。可是酒味在口中反而表現好一些，可口的酒品。

維持著這酒莊出品的濃厚強烈香氣及酒味，相信是因為酒力強，加上味道以醬果方向為主，一種重味的做法。餘韻不錯，亦有一定的複雜性，相信即使盲飲也可以喝出是好酒，讚。

酒整體其實是不錯的，但是酒味仍不開放，要吮好耐才可感覺到，否則味道會寡一些，所以在飲用角度便會覺得酒味複雜性不足了。酒香強但仍須時間發展似的，餘韻算長。這酒不太像這酒莊給我一貫的感覺，但酒的質素不錯的。

This is a dry red wine with deep ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of black plum, black cherry, rose jam, toast, licorice and touch of cabbage and British tea, good depth. It has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium tannin, a bit greenness is detected. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of black plum, black cherry, rose pedal, licorice and cabbage. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (92)

這酒莊能夠在較差年份造出出色的酒品，這枝也是。酒的濃厚度很強，香氣強而複雜，更有深度。餘韻長而濃郁。酒味複雜性不及酒香，但仍有一定強度。好豐厚的一枝酒，只是單寧有點點枝梗味，否則評價可以再提高。好酒。

2012 Nuits Saint Geroges 1er Cru Clos des Grandes Vignes, Domaine Comte Liger-Belair

This dry white wine has medium lemon colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of lemon candy, vanilla, butter and touch of cream and peach. Medium acidity and alcohol with a bit fuller than medium bodied. The flavours contain lemon, butter, cream and honey, all at medium level. Fairly long length with honey butter finish. (90) Like a Meursault with water.

 這酒莊的酒香氣很強，這白酒也一樣，很濃很熟。酒在口中簡單了點，強度亦不足，餘韻尚算不錯。飲時的感覺有點像另一條村似的，令我想起梅索村酒，可能因為酒的木桶影響幾大下。

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounce level aromas of red plum, red berry, dried strawberry, rose jam, smoke, mint and touch of licorice. Medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium fine grained tannin with a touch of greenness. Fairly high intensity flavours of rose, red cherry, red plum, black tea and licorice. Fairly long length too with red berry finish. (92)

 一直覺得這酒很香，亦很貴，但這酒令我欣賞到釀造者的功力。這是一枝年份差的酒，但酒香複雜強勁，跟好年份的不遑多讓。酒的口感也不錯，酒味複雜性下降了些，但以村酒來說是高質的，餘韻亦算長，好飲。以這年份來說是一枝難得的酒。

2006 Echezeaux, Domaine de Comte Liger Belair

Fair deep ruby colour with pronounced aromas of red berry jam, rose perfume, strawberry candy, toasted herb, mushroom, earth, ripe black cherry and touch of mint and smoke. It is dry with higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Ripe and soft medium tannin with fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, plum, wild strawberry and touch of licorice and cabbage. Long length with cherry jam finish. (94)

果香濃烈之餘不失優雅感，十分難得。酒力強，餘韻長而吸引，令人回味。似乎酒多陳幾年會更好。酒味的複雜性也比酒香差了點點，但現在飲已經好好味，正。

This dry red wine has a deep ruby colour with pronounced nose of cabbage, red plum, red cherry jam, strawberry, smoke, rose jam and touch of dried herb. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with barely soft medium ripe tannin. On palate, it gives over medium intensity flavour of red cherry, strawberry, licorice and dried herb. 香氣誇啦啦，又強又複雜。酒在口中感覺順滑柔和，餘韻又長。只是酒在口中的複雜性欠了點，但總的來說是一枝飲得好開心好舒服的酒，會令你飲完一口又一口的。
