2021 Gevrey Chambertin Les Marchais, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of red berry, mint leaf, strawberry, rose and trace of cigar leaf and earth. Pretty good spiciness. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, soft medium tannin too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried rose, and licorice. Medium length with red plumy finish. (90) Wild on nose and weighter on palate.

可口。這酒有著合理的強度及複雜性，只是四年多的酒但香料味出奇的強，餘韻合格。以這村來說這酒感覺較輕柔，幾特別。

2021 Pommard En Mareau, Domaine Audiffred

Quite intense ruby coloured with intense aromas of rose, strawberry, mushroom, earth, damped wood, cabbage and touch of cedar. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin, a touch of greenness is detected. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red berry, rose pedal, vegetal, wild strawberry. Medium length with red berry finish. (89) Good nose but fading palate.

直接一點講我私人的感覺，這不是我想找的Pommard。話雖如此，這酒的香氣不錯，走的力度在口中開始下降了，餘韻也是中規中矩，中中等等的餐酒。可能是年份問題吧，我試過他的其他年份印象比較好一點。

2022 Beaune Chaume Gaufriot, Domaine Audiffred

Medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine. It has quite intense aromas of lemon, honey, pear, grass and touch of almond and oak. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity flavours of lemon, pear, grass, honey and touch of butter and oak. Longer than medium length with lemony finish. (89) Powerful wine but need more complexity.

第一次飲這個酒莊的白酒，酒的強度很好，不論酒香、酒味及餘韻都給予我一個力度強的感覺。除此之外，就是比較簡單的味道及一個較冷凍青澀的年份感覺，整體來說其實不錯，起碼真實反映到年份、品種、酒質及釀造方法，值得一讚

2021 Aloxe Corton les Valozieres, Domaine Audiffred

A deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with quite intense noses of red plum, ripe strawberry, wild flower, stewed cabbage. Good fruity nose. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried cherry, rose and touch of cabbage and licorice. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) Fruity but surprisingly soft and smooth.

而這個年份來說，很難得。雖然酒的整體表現比較簡單，但口感順滑，味道與酒體的平衡很好，複雜性並沒有太多，果味足，反而做出一支簡單得來很四正的酒。喝得很舒服，是我試過這個年份最好飲的村酒之一

一聞香氣以為呢支真係好一支好出色嘅酒，香氣又強、複雜性又高。飲落口之後，口感也算不錯，相信年份有一定幫助。但是酒味在口中由強轉弱很快，餘韻也沒有想像中那麼長，似係一副擺大咗個頭嘅十三章咁

2021 Bourgogne, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with medium intensity aromas of rose, red berry, red plum, licorice and strawberry. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with barely medium tannin, a bit green. On palate it has medium intensity sour cherry, tea and licorice. Barely medium length. (87) Well......a simply dry red burgundy.....what else?

一支非常簡單，簡單到沒有什麼特別事想指出，不過可以幾肯定的是年份，2021似乎不是一個好年份，由酒的口感及丹寧已經指出了。是一支合格的餐酒，吃飯時想喝點酒的話可以一試。

2018 Pommard En Mareau, Domaine Audiffred

This is a dry red burgundy wine with deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of red plum, rose jam, dried red berry, licorice, earth, candied cherry, pretty ripe fruit. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of dried red plum, rose, cherry, licorice and dried strawberry. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (91) Good fruit and ripe, well structure too.

如果說這條村的酒比較有力的話，我相信這酒的力度聚晒落果味方面。果感充足，酒的強度也很好足夠，力度一直維持到吞落肚為止，感覺很實在，令人覺得很「大隻」的，幾好味

2017 Nuits Saint George Les Argillats, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with medium noses of rose, cedar, English tea, strawberry, red plum and touch of earth and mushroom. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin, a touch of stalky note. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red berry, cherry, tea and touch of rose pedal. Medium length with red berry finish. (90) Fresh on palate, elegant tho a bit lack of concentration

酒的強度不算強，但花果木土的香氣給予一種淡淡的幽香，幾好聞。酒入口像一友沒什麼特別的布艮地紅酒，還喝到點點枝梗的感覺。餘韻會格，不錯吧的餐酒⋯⋯

2018 Vosne Romanee Aux Champs Perdrix, Domaine Audiffred

This dry red wine has quite intense ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced intensity aromas of strawberry, red plum, mint, red cherry, cedar and touch of cabbage and mushroom. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium soft and fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried cherry, licorice, tea and dark earth. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (90) A bit weighty tho good complexity

酒香強勁，而且複雜度很高，值得一讚。這個強度去到口中時減弱了一點，但仍算強，複雜性也低了一點，但也不錯。餘韻合格有餘，是一支不錯的酒品，不過似乎在提取方面多了一點，有點重口，甚至有點過咗。

It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with smooth ripe tannin and over medium intensity of red plum, black cherry, licorice and rose. Medium length with black cherry finish. (89) Need better length.

中規中矩的一款餐酒，香氣算是不錯的，可能是年份關係，口感十分公整，丹寧成熟，酒味在口中簡單了，餘韻勉強合格，正正常常的，吃飯時也不錯

有點睇輕了這支酒。整體的表現不錯，香氣很複雜，亦有一定強度。口感亦柔順，餘韻合格。酒在口中不論強度和複雜性也不及香氣，但也有不錯的表現，好喝。2020年似乎也是一個很不錯的年份。這支酒放多一兩年可能更加好

2020 Pommard En Mareau, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with quite intense aromas of black plum, nutmeg, rose garden, earth, and trace of cedar, good spicy nose. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium chewy tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black plum, rose and touch of black tea and earth. Medium length with plummy finish. (90) Good nose but spiciness fades away on palate, juicy tho.

很好的香氣，特別是香料味很出眾，強而複雜。奇怪的是酒在口中香料味漸漸散去，取而代之的是果味，有點變化的。餘韻算是合格。幾好喝，似乎這個年份的酒友很不錯。

2013 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Reignots, Domaine Audiffred

A deep ruby wine with quite intense noses of rose perfume, black plum, forest floor, cedar and touch of mint leaf. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a touch of greenness though. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of rose, wild red cherry, red plum and forest floor. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (92) Should be a wonderful wine in good vintage.

試過這酒莊的很多產品，但這支是會令人回味的。酒的複雜性很好，香氣很強勁，酒味在口中轉為清純了，餘韻合格有餘，可能是年份的關係，單寧有一點點的青澀，相信在好年份的話這會是一支很精彩的作品

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense red cherry, dried rose, pine wood and earth, quite floral. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, the tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level. Over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried cherry, earth, licorice and touch of toasted spice. Medium length with cherry finish. (90) Good food wine.

出色的花香，可口柔順，直接地表現出一枝花果味主導的餐酒，再加上一定的複雜性和香料味，喝得很舒暢。四四正正。不錯。

比中等好一些的表現，硬硬淨淨的，入口鮮爽，中上表現的餐酒。可口，各方面都算合格有餘，夏日想喝紅酒時的輕鬆之選。

正路過正露丸。劃一條水平線的話，基本上跟到足之外，香氣突出一點，而且餘韻也不錯。感覺強大的，亦有一定複雜性，幾好飲，但放多一兩年會更好。
