2009 Echezeaux, Domaine Jayer-Gilles

This is a dry red wine with deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, rose, blood, strawberry jam and trace of wormwood and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black plum, rose, meat, strawberry jam, and trace of earth and dust. Longer than medium length with black plum finish, (92)

也算是濃厚的酒，酒香豐富強勁，複雜有層次。酒體圓潤雄厚，單寧成熟，酒味在口中維持一致，餘韻算長，好好味，是好酒的表現。

2005 Echezeaux, Domaine Jayer-Gilles

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives pronounced aromas of black plum, black cherry, rose jam, licorice, dark earth, vanilla and touch of forest floor. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with quite high ripe and fine grain tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum, rose, earth, vanilla and touch of cabbage. Close to long length with black cherry finish. (92)

好味。酒香強而複雜，單寧強但成熟，複雜性在口中雖不及酒香，但仍有一定程度，再加上頗長 的餘韻，佐餐剩飲佳可。以牙擦蘇來說這酒的結構工整平衡，難得。

2003 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru les Damodes, Domaine Jayer-Gilles

A deep ruby wine with quite pronounced aromas of rose, strawberry, wild berries, earth, licorice and damp wood. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is ripe and fine at medium level. On palate, this dry wine offers medium flavours of redcurrant, damp earth, vanilla and spice. Medium length (90). Good nose but quite simple palate. Soft mouthfeel.

香氣馥郁，酒香誘人，但在口中複雜性大降，口感順滑。呢個莊始終都係佢的 ECHEZEAUX 好D。

A dry wine with medium plus ruby colour and thick legs. It gives medium aromas of mushroom, animal, spice, smoke with cherry, plum, rose pedal, vanilla and cabbage. On palate, it has medium body and acidity with medium ripe, soft and sweet tannin. The flavours is led by cherry and mushroom with roasted meat, rose perfume and trace of forest floor. Medium plus length with cherry and forest floor finish. (93)
