2009 Clos de la Roche, Domaine Chantal Remy

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose, dried red berry, strawberries jam, cherry jam, mint leaf, cedar and touch of sandalwood. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium level soft and ripe tannin with quite intense flavours of red cherry, rose pedal, mushroom, damped earth and licorice. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) Good nose and palate. Pretty weak on length.

由開始聞到喝入口，之後酒在口中遊走中一直都好享受。香氣、複雜性都很好，口感亦都係，円寧成熟柔順，亦有很好的品種特色。呢個時候已經覺得是一支好酒，可能太有之後的期待，酒的餘韻便沒有想像中長，但也合格有餘，好喝⋯⋯

2002 Clos De La Roche, Domaine Ponsot

Deep ruby colour with intense noses of black plum, black cherry, licorice, mint, dark earth and rose jam, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied. The tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, rose garden, black tea, earth, licorice, and cedar wood. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94)

哈哈，再證明我品評的一致性，原來我今年2月亦試過這酒一次。評分也是一樣。但這次酒的轉變跟之前的分別不大，只是比半年前那枝更開放，香氣及酒味的複雜性更明顯地展示。好好飲的一枝酒，尚有一些發展，但現在飲已經好好味了。

2013 Clos de la Roche, Domaine Leroy

A deep ruby colour dry red wine with medium noses of damp earth, black plum, black cherry, rose jam, toast, smoke, black coffee, good complexity. It has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with quite high fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black plum jam, black cherry, licorice, cedar and rose jam. Fairly long length with black cherry finish.

會令人有點驚嘆的複雜香氣，雖然不算太強，隱隱約約的滲透出來，幾誘人。酒體豐厚，酒力在口中強度比酒香強，但複雜性又不及酒香，餘韻算長，好飲，放多十年還可以的，慢慢陳年才品嚐吧。

2002 Clos De La Roche, Domaine Ponsot

Barely deep intensity ruby colour with quite pronounced nose of dried rose, black plum, dried redberry, strawberry jam, vanilla, licorice and touch of damp earth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied and smooth medium tannin. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of red plum, rose, licoirce, earth and dried red cherry. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (94) Good minerality.

這酒會令 人置身於一間花農之家一樣。花果味很強，而且是乾花醬果的感覺，不太鮮爽，但濃郁。酒身順滑柔和，但有豐富口感。更可喜的是酒底有綿長的礦物感承托著，好酒，做得好，令人回味。

2010 Clos De La Roche, Domaine Arlaud

A clear deep ruby dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, earth, stewed cabbage, rose and touch of clove, sense of stalky. It has medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Soft ripe medium tannin with fairly high flavours of red plum, cabbage, blood, and touch of mint, strawberry and nutmeg. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (93) Good potential.

很早飲的酒，但也展現了它的質素，複雜的酒香及酒味，力度亦強，餘韻亦長。現在喝似乎仍須一點時間，因為酒的口感未發展得很融和，而且有部份酒味要"嗒"好耐至出現。有貨的不妨放下先。

1996 Clos de la Roche, Louis Jadot

It is a dry red wine with barely deep ruby colour. It has fairly high intensity aromas of rose, red plum, red berry jam, cabbage, smoke and damp earth. Dry with medium fine-grained tannin with medium acidity and alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium bodied and flavour intensity. Red cherry, graphite, earth with touch of farmyard. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (92) Good terroir with pure and elegant nose.

酒香優雅誘人，複雜性足，餘韻不錯。酒味差了點，但給予我一種強烈田地氣息的感受，頗有風味，但我相信未必人人喜歡。
