Medium gold coloured single malt whisky with quite intense aromas of honey, toasted malt, cinnamon, dried hay, peat smoke, and touch of citrus peel. Water brings out touch of floral notes. Dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol, medium bodied and some wood tannin. Smooth mouthfeel. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, licorice and ginger. Fairly long length with honey and malty finish. (92)

像一些舊一點的麥卡倫,果味不及木桶的強,較猛較烈的感覺。酒香複雜性不錯,餘韻算長,幾好飲,但喜歡較多果味的可能失望。
