Medium lemon colour champagne with few tiny bubbles. The nose is at medium level with lemon, honey, caramel and hazelnut notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. A bit flat on mouth with slightly over medium level flavours of honey, stewed lemon, caramel and nutty notes. Medium length with stewed lemon. (90) Bit flat and show some tiredness. Is it just a problem of condition?

 90年是一個好好的香檳年份是一個人所共知的事實。試過不少90年的也不錯。這酒有著發展成熟的香氣，酒味也是，只是複雜性有點欠缺，酒的酸度也有些不足，令酒的鮮活性少了。我估可能是存放問題，令酒的發展行快了，期望有另一枝再試。

2002 Bollinger R. D.

This champagne has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of honey, lemon, fresh apple, bread and touch of caramel, vanilla and stone. It is dry with slightly over medium acidity, quite refreshing. Medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of green apple, honey. toast, lime and touch of chalk. Fairly long length with apple pie finish. (94)

同時給與你清新爽快的感覺而又有一定豐滿的口感，非常有趣的香檳。酒香及酒味也有一定強度和複雜性，餘韻亦很有趣，居然令我想起蘋果批來，會令我心思思再飲的。好酒，複雜性再多一點的話會是一枝令人難忘的香檳，現在還有陳年能力。
