2005 Clos de Beze, Domaine Prieur Roch

Deep ruby with pronounced level aromas of candied cherry, plum, rose jam, sweet vanilla, damp earth and trace of licorice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied, soft ripe medium tannin too. The flavours have all the characters of that of the aromas with close to long length and black plum finish. (94)

這莊的酒那種濃烈的醬果感已經不用多說，除此之外還有著一定複雜的香氣，一路貫徹直至吞埋落肚，酒味仍是醬果主導。可以說是果香強勁，要多一些更平衡的酒風睇怕要多一定的陳年時間，否則只適合一些追求爆果感覺的人。酒的質素是高的，不過我會喜愛它發展多一點的層次。

1998 Chambertin Clos De Beze, Domaine Armand Rousseau

A deep ruby dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of rose pedal, red cherry, licorice, sweet spice and touch of red plum and earth. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Quite high tannin and stalky. On palate it gives over medium level flavours of red cherry, plum, rose, licorice, red tea and vegetal notes. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (93) Good layer of flavours.

利害的是這酒的後勁。酒香已經很不錯，花果香料味俱全，而且有一定強度。入口後酒的味道是會變化的，這感覺是很奇妙及開心的， 酒味是一路路的變直至吞下，餘韻比想像中短了些，但已經令人回味，好味道。

1999 Chambertin Clos de Beze, Louis Jadot

Quite deep ruby colour with intense noses of black plum, meat, earth cherry jam, rose perfume and touch of blood. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Soft and fine grained tannin, quite high level too. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, cabbage, licorice and rose. Long length with black plum finish. (93)

 介乎花果與田土的平衡味道中，這酒頗誘人。強勁的香氣和酒味，長長的餘韻，再加上重的單寧，這酒似乎還有一段長時間發展。現在飲已經很不錯，好味道。陳多幾年會更好。

2010 Chambertin Clos De Beze, Domaine Prieure Roch

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of strawberry candy, blackcurrant leaf, red berry, rose jam, plum, mint, licorice and touch of earthy, quite complex but fruity. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The tannin is above medium level and fine grained. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, red plum, licorice, cabbage, vegetal and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with red berry finish (94)

 以酒香的複雜性來說，這酒可以說是一流的，但仍是貫徹這莊風格，充滿醬果味。單寧仍須時軟化一下，酒味很不錯而餘韻又長，好酒一枝。但放多幾年應該更好。

Quite deep ruby colour with medium noses of red plum, red berry, rose jam, cabbage, licorice, sandalwood and mushroom, quite jammy. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium flavours of rose, red plum, raspberry, licorice, smoke and cedar. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (93)

酒色不太深而且有點混濁 ，香氣雖不強但很複雜，餘韻長而單寧成熟。令人以為一枝有咁上下年齡的酒。點知原來是09年的。酒海無涯又一例證。酒很好飲，但醬果味太重而有點蓋過其他味。

2006 Chambertin Clos de Beze, Domaine Drouhin Laroze

This wine possesses quite deep ruby colour with high intensity aromas of red cherry, rose, cabbage, vanilla, and smoke. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fine-grained tannin. Slightly fuller than medium bodied. Quite high intensity flavours of red cherry, raspberry, plum, cabbage, smoke and licorice. Longer than medium length with cherry finish. (92)

香氣足，有一定複雜性，餘韻以此葡萄園來說也合格，值得讚的是枝酒酒味混合得好好，在口中充實豐滿，攞到不小分。

This wins has deeper than medium ruby colour and quite pronounced aromas of red cherry, raspberry, cabbage, smoke, licorice and rose. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied with medium astringent tannin. Quite high flavour intensity. red cherry, rose, vegetal, cabbage and touch of spice. Fairly long length with cherry finish. (90)

香氣不錯，木桶所引申的香氣隱隱約約的，頗誘人。口感也不錯但餘韻有一丁點苦。
