2006 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine Faiveley

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with pronounced noses of lemon, honey, vanilla, candied pear, white flower and touch of chalk and wet stone. Slightly over medium level of acidity and medium alcohol. Quite full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of honey, lime, white flower and touch of grass and mineral. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (94) Good minerality on palate.

礦物質感覺很好。好是好在這礦物質味是在口中後段才出來。酒的香氣好好，強而有一定複雜 性，酒體豐富餘韻亦算長。酒在口中仍有不錯表現，先果後礦物質的感覺分明，好味道，亦好好飲。

2006 Chambolle Musigny, Faiveley

A medium intensity ruby colour wine with just over medium intensity aromas of rose, cabbage, strawberry, vanilla and touch of wet floor and herbaceous. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium bodied and medium tannin, a bit stalky is detected. Flavour intensity is medium with flavours of red cherry, strawberry, cabbage, blackcurrant leaf and herb. Over medium length with red cherry finish. (90)

酒香可帶你去到此酒夏天時的產地，香氣吸引怡人，有一定複雜性。單寧有點點枝梗味的，酒味強度就一般，複雜性也可接受，餘韻亦不錯，幾好飲。

This wins has deeper than medium ruby colour and quite pronounced aromas of red cherry, raspberry, cabbage, smoke, licorice and rose. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied with medium astringent tannin. Quite high flavour intensity. red cherry, rose, vegetal, cabbage and touch of spice. Fairly long length with cherry finish. (90)

香氣不錯，木桶所引申的香氣隱隱約約的，頗誘人。口感也不錯但餘韻有一丁點苦。

2007 Gevery Chambertin 1er Cru Les Cazetiers, Domaine Faiveley

This is a dry red wine with deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of cabbage, meat, earth, red plum, rose with touch of spice. Medium acidity and fine-grained soft tannin. Medium alcohol and medium bodied. Medium intensity flavours of red cherry, cabbage, earth and note of minty. Fairly long length with cherry finish. (90)  Quite good and complex nose but a little bit less complex on palate. Overall concentration is good and it shows relatively heavier style of a Burgundian wine. Enjoyable.
