This rose champagne has medium intensity salmon colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of rose, strawberry, tomato, mineral and trace of lime and green apple. It is dry and quite acidic, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of sour cherry, red apple, wild strawberry and wet stone. Fairly long length with sour cherry finish. (92) Good fruit with mineral backbone

紅色果實的感覺很出色,份量很適當,紅酒風格與香檳風格並存,酒力強勁,香檳一般有的複雜性齊全之餘還有著紅酒般的果實感。餘韻亦合格有餘,好喝,一枝唔會有人投訴的香檳。

Deep ruby with intense noses of black plum, prune, fig, chocolate, earth, and vanilla, this dry wine has medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite high tannin, fine grained in nature. On palate it have over medium intensity flavours of black plum, vanilla, violet, licorice. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (92) Rich and concentrated.

跟1989年的那枝一同喝,這枝酒的濃度高了不少。複雜性也是。二十六年仍有這種濃烈感才是我認識的這酒莊的酒。香氣強勁複雜、比酒味表現好。酒身仍重,各方面都指出它仍可陳年一段時間,餘韻亦算長。好喝。

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives intense aromas of black plum, vegetal, bell pepper, licorice, earth and touch of mint. Acidity, alcohol and bodied are all at medium, so does its fine grained tannin. On palate it have over medium intensity flavours of black plum, vegetal, bell pepper and licorice. Medium length with black plum finish. (90)

雖然已經是一枝三十年有多的酒,但比想像中退得快的。香氣仍然強勁,但其他方面已經像是一枝普通的高級紅酒。酒的香氣及酒味展現出陳年感,果味及其他味道亦平衡有緻,但酒在口中的表現不及香氣,餘韻亦比想像退得快,可口好飲但表現應該更好的。

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose jam, tangerine peel, strawberry farm, sandalwood, anise and floral, very  juicy and attractive. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of rose, strawberry, tangerine, licorice and wormwood. Close to long length with juicy strawberry finish. (94)

一貫的醬果香氣之外有著像在花園遊蕩的不同花香,很強烈又吸引。酒入口很醬果感下降但花果的鮮活感提高,這可能是這酒莊的拿手好戲,可以給品飲者一層層的感受。酒的各方面也是高水平,陳年多一點相信會展現另一種風味,好酒。

2005 Clos de Beze, Domaine Prieur Roch

Deep ruby with pronounced level aromas of candied cherry, plum, rose jam, sweet vanilla, damp earth and trace of licorice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied, soft ripe medium tannin too. The flavours have all the characters of that of the aromas with close to long length and black plum finish. (94)

這莊的酒那種濃烈的醬果感已經不用多說,除此之外還有著一定複雜的香氣,一路貫徹直至吞埋落肚,酒味仍是醬果主導。可以說是果香強勁,要多一些更平衡的酒風睇怕要多一定的陳年時間,否則只適合一些追求爆果感覺的人。酒的質素是高的,不過我會喜愛它發展多一點的層次。

Tesseron Great Smoker

Medium copper in colour with medium intensity of prune, dates, honey, dried apricot, peach and trace of limestone and jasmine. Water brings out floral notes. It is dry with rather low acidity, medium alcohol and  quite full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity of lemon, jasmine, toasted walnut and caramel flavours. Longer than medium length with citrus and jasmine finish. (93) Pretty complex.

頗有趣的,酒是有不錯的複雜性,是徘徊在花果及堅果之間的味道,酒的強度並不是很特出,但是酒味在風格上的遊走已經令人覺得有趣。好好玩似的。酒的口感醇厚,餘韻比想像中短了點,整體是一枝很不錯的酒。

1995 Dalmore Single Malt Whisky (Lafite Barrel finished, bottled in 2017)

This single malt whisky has medium copper colour with some red tinge. It has close to pronounced level aromas of caramel, malt, dates and trace of ginger, orange peel, raisin and cedar. Water brings out some floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium level well integrated alcohol, quite full bodied with oily mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of honey, ginger, nutty, bitter almond and trace of cedar. Fairly long length with dried fruit finish. (92) Keep changing.......

也是一個難得的品飲經驗。 如果說是受拉菲桶的影響,那應該是木桶味道有少少不正統的感覺,像是松木似的。 酒底像普通的單一麥芽威士忌,但背後有着一些生果和干邑的香氣,很特別。強度及複雜性也很好,在餘韻中更展現出較強的乾果感,很有趣。十分成功反映出紅酒木桶的影響,但似乎與拉菲沒有特別關係。

This single malt whisky has medium gold colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of toasted malt, honey, sweet spice, grain, caramel, maltose and trace of ginger. Water brings out floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected too. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of lemon, honey, toasted malt, ginger and caramel. Fairly long length with ginger malty finish. (93) Good nose.

以這樣陳年的酒來說,是交足貨的。木桶的影嚮很合適,不會太搶過酒的一些味道。酒的強度和複雜性也很好,餘韻亦算長。酒的香氣比口感吸引。這年份的酒我喝過不少,不同批次的分別也算明顯,所以很容易有不同品飲結果,但全都不會令人失望。

2014 La Tache, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced aromas of rose pedal, raspberry, redberry jam, strawberry field, smoky spice, earth, trace of mushroom and meat, very complex. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at medium level, fine grained but a touch of greenness. On palate it gives quite pronounced flavours of raspberry, strawberry, rose tea, earth, mushroom and meat. Long length with raspberry finish. (94) Fresh, juicy with full complexity at the back. Very enjoyable, tho it still has long way to go.

 好好飲。早喝這類酒一定是充滿鮮果的感覺。酒有著混合各種情況的果實感,由野果到熟果到醬果都齊,此外再加上一層層的香料複雜性,引人入勝的酒味。餘韻亦長,味道範圍很廣,令人喝得陶醉,唯一是年份問題,單寧有點點青,希望時間可以幫到一下。現在飲已經很好,不過相信放下會更精彩。

 同酒莊同水平的一同試,粉紅香檳給出了另一個風格。酒的強度及複雜性已經不用多說,酒的酸度足,而且有著這酒莊給我的印象那種尖削感。酒味因粉紅香檳關係多了紅果的特色,這特色在口中轉化多了一種微微的、像成熟紅酒的感覺,是另一種風味。很特別的品飲經驗。無得頂。

Medium lemon in colour with lemon attack and pronounced noses of honey, ripe apple, bread, mineral, steel and touch of caramel cream at the back. It is dry with over medium intensity but soft acidity, quite full bodied with medium alcohol and creamy mouthfeel. On palate, it gives quite intense flavours of honey, chalk, steel, red apple, mineral and trace of saline. Long length, very delicate and fine but concentrated in flavours. (96)

 優雅得來而有著強勁的酒味,直係一D都唔易㗎葉師傅。這酒的香氣由一倒酒已飄來,聞起來層次和強度鮮明,酒的酸度不太有著以前的尖削感,而是較柔順。酒味強、口感豐滿,很好喝。酒在口中仍有著其複雜性,餘韻長,一流的表現。是一枝難得的佳釀。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, raspberry, dried strawberry, prune, dates, sweet vanilla and licorice, quite jammy. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of black plum, strawberry jam, vanilla and warm earth. Long length with dried plum finish. (93) Too rich and full.

這些酒的口感真的很濃,強強的乾果口味,很重口。這表現了酒力的強勁 ,餘韻長長,力量型之選。有著這樣的醬果感,有點膩。已經三十多年仍有這表現,真的可以陳很夠,熟優熟劣真是見人見智了。好喝的,但不會令人不斷的斟來喝。

Deep ruby coloured with over medium intensity noses of black cherry, rose, earth, licorice, damp wood and touch of mint leaf, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Soft ripe tannin at medium level with medium intensity flavours of black cherry, licorice, tea and hints of hay. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (91) Good mouthfeel but  bit simple on palate at this level.

較重的泥土方面的表現,但仍存在著一定的花果香。酒的發展已成熟,口感很好,酒的複雜性在口中不及酒香,餘韻亦長,是一枝中上水平的酒品。好喝。

Deep ruby coloured dry red Burgundy with close to pronounced noses of ripe black plum, mint, sandalwood, rose perfume, cedar, very subtle but long lasting. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with soft medium tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black plum, rose, sandalwood and vegetal notes. Long length with black plum finish. (93) Very good nose.

這酒進引人入勝的是他的酒香 , 不單只複雜,而且強勁,有部份香氣是隱隱約約的,很誘惑。酒身重,酒我在口中維持其強度,直至餘韻也是長長的,值得讚賞的酒力。只是口中的複雜性不及酒香。酒還年輕,仍有一段長路,想信發展一下便會更好。

發展成熟,各方面也在中上水平,酒香複雜,亦感受到田地特色,很忠實的表現。三十多年的酒仍有著這強度的黑果,很難得,而且亦有成熟的風格,平衡得很好,不會有年輕那種力量,好喝,但不是追求澎湃力量的人所喜愛的類型。

This dry whisky has medium gold colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of honey, cinnamon, ginger, grain and touch of smoke and hay. Water dilutes everything. Medium acidity and full bodied with medium integrated alcohol. The flavour intensity is at quite high with flavours of honey, ginger, cinnamon and grain, touch of smoke too. Over medium length with ginger honey finish. (92) Smooth but consistent grainy.

香料味很好的,酒力亦算強, 酒味的強度不及酒香,而且味道頗一致。口感醇厚,餘韻亦算合格,不錯的酒。這酒是單一穀物的,整體造得很工整,不愛麥芽的人會幾喜歡。

A dry whisky with medium gold colour and quite pronounced noses of honey, citrus peel, sweet malt, ginger and trace of seaweed and peat. Water brings out floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol and full bodied. The palate has medium plus intensity with honey and smoky peat type flavours. Fairly long length with smoky and honey finish. (92) Smooth but a bit straight forward on palate.

酒香很好,香氣範圍廣泛,有一定強度,很正路的麥卡倫風格。 奇怪的是,酒在口中的表現有點簡單,餘韻算長。這酒聞比喝好得多了。但不像咁0年的老機麥。

This dry whisky has deep intensity mahogany colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of raisin, dates, smoke, toasted seaweed and trace of maple syrup. Water enhances raisin sweetness but reduce others. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of raisin, smoke, seaweed and touch of raw almond. Fairly long length of raisin finsih. (93) A bit over extraction and too oloroso.

 這支酒有着很重的口味,重得來似乎有點過火,雪利桶的表現 蓋過整支酒的表現,酒力強勁, 餘韻算長,酒的複雜性在口中不及酒香,整體濃濃的,重口味的作品。

可口的巴洛洛。酒力強勁,有標誌性的香味而且十分清晰,單寧柔順成熟。酒味在口中強度不及酒香,但也算強,餘韻亦長,好喝。

A medium intensity lemon green colour dry white wine with quite intense aromas of lemon, cream, pear, honey, mineral and trace of chalk. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, amber, mineral and trace of butter, round mouthfeel. Longer than medium length with lemon honey finish. (90)

現在的梅索越來越輕身,不知是否市場需要。這酒也是一樣,並沒有傳統的那種厚實感,但也不至於一些酒莊那樣造到成枝PULIGNY咁。這酒的酒體還算重一點。酒的表現中上,酒力強,亦有一定的複雜性,好飲的餐酒,亦感受到梅索的油感,不錯。

A dry champagne with medium pink colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of wild strawberry, red apple, steel, chalk and trace of rose. Quite floral and very clean nose. Quite acidic with medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of strawberry, red cherry, steel, limestone and red apple. Longer than medium length with strawberry finish. (90) Fresh.

鮮、爽、清新,酒力幾強,合適的餘韻,好有活力的香檳。紅果感覺淡淡的,帶來的酒香很清新,在粉紅香檳來說是近清爽的方向。好的開胃香檳,也是好的早晨香檳。

Deep purple coloured with quite intense noses of blackcurrant, violet, mint, black cherry, cedar, plum. Good fruit. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at medium level and soft in nature. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of blackcurrant, cherry, mint and trace of vanilla, licorice and toast. Medium length with cherry type finish. (90) Good fruit, nice table wine.

以佐餐來說這酒真的很好。中等而且足夠強度和複雜性,果味及香料味也很平衡,相信任何人也覺得是一枝四四正正的酒。而且也是一枝很正路的波爾多酒。好味道。這酒是半瓶裝,酒可能行得布點較快,有貨的要留意一下。

This is a dry red wine with deep purple colour. On nose it gives intense blackcurrant, black plum, black cherry, red flower, smoke, pine wood, quite fresh and fruity. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied and  silky tannin. On palate it has intense flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, wood shaving, red cherry and earth. Fairly long length with wood shaving type spicy finish. (93) Fruity nose with huge different mouthfeel. Good development.

這酒的酒力很強,簡稱大大隻,符合美國酒的風格。令我欣賞的是酒在口中的轉化。由果味重的酒香,入口後轉成香料為主的口味,那種感覺令人有驚喜,值得加分,酒在口味上的複雜性不及香氣的複雜性,但也有一定程度,好喝。

蒼龍葡萄酒(中口)

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of Rebina, bubble gum, black plum, and trace of candied berry and mint. Very fruity. Off dry with medium acidity, medium minus alcohol and medium body. Light and smooth tannin. On palate it give over medium intensity flavours of grape juice, plum candy and trace of steel. Barely medium length with plummy finish, (86) Gulpable wine. Very juicy, and only juicy, better than juice anyway.

你們種的是蘋果,結果當然是蘋果,你們種的是菠蘿,結果怎會變啊婆。Concord 這種葡萄,仲要造成中口,結果真的是一枝充滿果汁感的酒,而且可以大大啖咁飲。如果硬係要搵一款近似的舊世界酒去類比,這酒似是一枝厚實而且有點甜的保祖里。相信一些女仕會很喜歡這酒。

This dry Bordeaux has deep purple colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of black plum, fresh blackcurrant, violet, black cherry, smoke, trace of pencil shaving and cedar. Medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied with ripe and smooth medium tannin. The flavours intensity is quite high with flavours of black cherry, violet, blackcurrant, red bell pepper and trace of tea and pencil wood. Fairly long length with black cherry finish, such length and complexity deepened after another two hour drinking. (95)

廿幾年的酒仍在不斷轉化中,香氣及酒味仍有一段時間可以發展,現在飲已經好好飲了。酒的力度強,複雜性仍然在増強中,很精彩的一枝酒。酒的口感給人四平八穩的感覺,各方面也是站在一個高水準的平衡點,讚!

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of rose jam, red plum, red berry jam, smoke, clove, earth, vanilla and cinnamon type spices. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with smooth tannin. On palates it has quite intense flavours of rose jam, red plum jam, red berry, mushroom and licorice. Fairly long length with rose finish. (92)

仍然是一貫醬果的味道和感覺,這枝酒的香料味很出色,像是一個香料架一樣。酒力強餘韻長,好酒一枝。這個莊的造法雖然大大増加了酒吸引大眾的能力,但減少了酒的田土獨特感覺,真係有點難取捨。

This dry red wine has quite deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of candied strawberry, rose, mint, flower garden and trace of wormwood and toasted herb, quite elegant. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity tannic, a touch of greenness though. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of rose, red cherry, vanilla, sandalwood, mint and earth. Long length with rose finish. (93)

這種幽香的酒香真的引人入勝。酒的香味充滿花香之餘更有甜甜的果感,十分吸引。酒的口感優雅,餘韻長,好好飲,連香料味也是充滿幽香感,正。要彈的只有單寧有點點青,否則冇得頂。

再次確定2011年的布根地是比想像中好。酒的酒力、複雜性、口感、餘韻全屬出色的表現。品飲時是會感受到酒的優雅。這年份的評價真的是低估了。好好喝,相信再陳年會更精彩。

醬果的香氣對這酒來說已經是預期之內。這似的更有點像糖果的感覺。酒力強而有其接近標誌性的複雜性,濃厚而再加多一點甜蜜,很討人喜愛。酒的餘韻長。各方面的味道組合也有,是一件漂亮的作品。唯一對品飲有點影響的是酒的單寧。酒還新,可以陳年一下,會有更有趣的品飲感受。

Surprisingly quite acidic with medium alcohol and full bodied. Creamy and going to smooth white wine type mouthfeel with intense flavour of stewed apple, honey, lemon, steel and caramel on palate. Long length with honey lemon finish. (93) Good development, unlike its age.

出奇的年青,酒味當然已經發展成熟,從香味的描述已看到酒香已和諧地混合。酒的酸度出奇的好,不是很酸,但以50年的酒仍有這酸度是很有活力的。餘韻長,亦展現酒的力量和質素。這酒有成熟香檳的表現而又有一定的活力,令人印象深刻,這表現相信 ex-domaine 有直接影嚮。

礦物味很不錯。酒的強度很好,亦有一定的複雜性,餘韻亦算長,中上的表現。這酒已喝過幾次 ,這次的狀態是最喜愛的,特別是酒在口中的礦物感,好味。

如果我說這酒還很年輕不知算不算誇大,但這酒的感覺由果味到酸度都有這印象。酒力強勁,貫徹其應有的複雜性及口感,不大有成熟香檳的感覺,長長的餘韻,仍有一定發展空間的,好酒,還可陳年,甚至是須要陳年一下。

頗複雜的一枝酒,酒香的感覺比酒味濃,但在口中轉淡後又出現另一種味道感覺,很值得讚。單寧成熟而柔軟,餘韻亦長,靚酒的表現。酒味濃厚得來而又保存著品種的特色,是一件很出色的作品。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with intense noses of red plum red berry, rose perfume, strawberry jam, earth and wormwood. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity soft tannin, a bit greenness is detected tho. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red plum, berry fruits, strawberry, wild rose, anise and toast. Long length with red plum finish. (94) Intense yet complex, good development.

令人回味的酒。果味濃淡有緻,香料味也出眾,單寧算柔順,再加長長餘韻,好好喝。要彈的只有年份所引起的一絲青澀的單寧,以及酒味有口中的礦物味小了點。否則會是一枝極品。

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives qutie intense aromas of red cherry, strawberry, wild raspberry, vegetal, cabbage and trace of spice, quite young. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft tannin. The flavours on palate contain red plum, vegetal, cabbage, rose, red cherry, quite intense and very fruity. 公整、四正、結構堅實。酒仍年青,果感出眾,酒力強烈。酒香開始展現複雜性,餘韻長。這酒仍有一段長路行。2013年酒的單寧柔軟,但已經不算青澀,幾好飲。即使在這年份仍有一些期待。

精彩。一枝唔甜的香檳但有著檸檬糖的酸甜感覺。標誌性的BdN架構,強烈而複雜的香氣及酒味,再加長長的餘韻,好好味。比較意外的是酒的發展有一定情度,04年酒只是15年,但有些成熟的感覺,但正正是這樣,酒便有齊足夠的香味及酒味範圍。令我覺得幾啱飲。再陳的話是可以的,但我想信會有另一種表現。

Suntory Whisky

This whisky has medium intensity mahogany colour. On nose it has pronounced aroams of raisin, amber, vanilla, pine, caramel, prune and touch of toffee and honey. Water brings out floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity and well integrated alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of dried lemon, caramel, prune, vanilla, licorice, ginger and trace of honey. Fairly long length with dried lemon finish. (94) Well made and quite heavy mouthfeel.

像是特意製作至甜味濃厚的。酒力強勁又複雜,但主要以熟成的氣味為主,酒在口中香料味很出色,有點調味架的感覺,酒體很重,豐豐厚厚的,餘韻亦長。會是一枝大眾很受落的酒。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of rose perfume, red cherry, red plum, earth, strawberry tea and touch of pine wood. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Barely medium tannin and a bit green, On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red cherry, plum, rose perfume, licorice and earth. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (93) Good fruit and elegant. Need some time too.

以這葡萄園來說這酒較輕身,可以說優雅。有著黑皮諾標誌性的香氣,也有著展示酒質的濃濃花果和香料的香味,好的出品。但是否年份問題,酒的口感有點青澀,而且現在飲亦未有足夠的時間發展,現在飲會喝到它的潛質,幾年後會更好一點吧。

這酒的礦物質感覺很強,香料味也是,可能是這原因它的果味不太突出,酒力強的,亦有一定的複雜性,好喝,但追求豐富果味的會覺得欠缺了一點。

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite intense noses of honey, lime, mineral, chalk, vanilla, white flower and trace of lime soda. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, limestone, peach and touch of butter. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92) Quite full on palate in contrast with the nose.

有趣,越飲口感越重的。酒由香氣至餘韻都有著檸檬及蜜糖的骨幹,夾雜著不同的香味,酒香的花及礦物感多點,但在口中木桶的影響便更大的反映了,只是強度有點不及香氣,好喝。

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has pronounced intensity aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, bell pepper, mint, earth, violet and trace of licorice and wormwood, very complex. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The tannin is fine grained but a touch of greenness at medium level. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, warm stone, violet, graphite and licorice. Fairly long length with black plum type finish. (94) Good complexity and integration.

濃厚深沉而複雜的香氣,酒味豐富,餘韻亦長,好酒的表現。可能是年份問題而單寧有點點青,但不太礙事。酒味在口中複雜得來而又相互溶合,好味。酒友說這莊的酒狀態很易變,一定要酒莊直送才可表現最好(其實應該全部都係)。但這莊我也喝過不少,亦真的是感覺到這酒的狀態很好。

相對簡單了一點的酒,但紅果感覺很出色,後勁強,特別是礦物感,比酒香強烈。餘韻也算長。這酒在口中的表現比酒香更好,非常可口。

A medium brown coloured single malt whisky with quite intense noses of coffee, caramel, raisin, toast, licorice and touch of orange and floral. Water enhances its floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity, quite high warming alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense coffee, chocolate, licorice, almond, orange and touch of malt and smoke. Fairly long length with nutty finish. (94) Concentrated and good barrel work.

陳年感戰勝一切,濃濃厚厚,落些水化開才展示出酒的花香,酒力強勁自然不在話下,餘韻亦長,很好喝。酒的酒精強度算高,加冰喝會好一點。這酒口味是重的,喜歡輕巧的人可能不太接受。

套用食神內的薜家燕一句:BDM啊,好BDM啊! 濃濃的酒香和酒味完全展示BDM的特色,酒的濃度及餘韻亦表現出其高質素,好喝。仍有一段陳年能力,但現在已經很不錯。
