1996 Dom Perignon Oenotheque Rose Champagne

Medium pink colour with medium intensity of wild strawberry, tomato, red cherry, apple and touch of steel and chalk. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with fairly intense flavours of red apple, wild strawberry, limestone and chalk. Quite long aftertaste with red cherry finish. (92).

相對簡單了一點的酒，但紅果感覺很出色，後勁強，特別是礦物感，比酒香強烈。餘韻也算長。這酒在口中的表現比酒香更好，非常可口。
