1974 Invergordon Single Grain Whisky (45 years old) ( 知天命系列)

This dry whisky has medium gold colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of honey, cinnamon, ginger, grain and touch of smoke and hay. Water dilutes everything. Medium acidity and full bodied with medium integrated alcohol. The flavour intensity is at quite high with flavours of honey, ginger, cinnamon and grain, touch of smoke too. Over medium length with ginger honey finish. (92) Smooth but consistent grainy.

香料味很好的，酒力亦算強， 酒味的強度不及酒香，而且味道頗一致。口感醇厚，餘韻亦算合格，不錯的酒。這酒是單一穀物的，整體造得很工整，不愛麥芽的人會幾喜歡。
