2006 Ch. Lafite Rothschild

Deep purple coloured with pronounced noses of creme de cassis, violet, graphite, warm earth, licorice, pencil box and black plum. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant, dried berry, violet, sweet vanilla and earth. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94) Decent palate and powerful, good fruit and integration.

拉菲口感一直有一種紥實的感覺，這酒酒力強勁，複雜性高，餘韻長，正值適飲期。有點驚喜的是在口中的果味比香氣更佳，只是口中複雜性不及香氣，是一支四平八穩的高水準作品

2004 Ch. Latour

This dry Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, violet, cranberry, anise, menthol, earth, smoke and touch of cedar. Medium level acidity and alcohol with medium fine grained and ripe tannin. Full bodied with quite intense flavours of blackcurrant, blueberry, licorice, earth, smoke and touch of cedar. Fairly long length with black berry finish. (93) Complex but a bit slack in structure

有著五大應有的複雜性，不過由木桶引來的幽香感很弱，酒的強度強，不過在口中的強度不及香氣，複雜㘹也不及香氣。餘韻長，好酒的表現。不過有一個奇怪的感覺，就是酒的結構有點鬆散的，沒有它的宏大雄厚感。整體來講仍是很好喝的。

二十幾年的酒友這樣的表現真的很神奇，酒的強度冇得頂。香氣及味道都顯得成熟複雜，亦有強度，大熟大勇的狀態。難得的是，酒在口中的果味仍然充盈，餘韻亦很長，好酒一支，似乎已在適飲期，而且相信它的識飲期很長⋯⋯

This dry red Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of black plum, black pepper, blackcurrant, forest floor, smoke, dark chocolate and touch of cigar box. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium ripe and dusty smooth tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of black cherry, black tea, plum, bell pepper and licorice. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (95) Good intensity and layering, elegance, delicious

五大來講武當的酒算啦容易處理。這酒在各方面都是中上的水準，香氣強而複雜，酒的口感柔順，酒味豐富，而且有變化及層次，餘韻亦很長，很好喝。酒的發展很不錯，絕對可以開始飲用。但是我相信這酒將會很快到達頂峰，可能是兩三年內的事

Fruity on palate while spicy on nose. Delicious.

拉菲嘅魔力在於四平八穩，這酒也是一樣。更神奇的是酒的香氣以香料味為主調，但是酒在口中的時候，果味反而比香料味更出色，餘韻長、酒力強、複雜性高，係高質的，亦沒什麼可彈。

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it gives pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, plum, violet, and trace of cigar, chocolate and graphite, surprisingly young. Medium acidity and full bodied. Medium alcohol with fine grained medium tannin. The flavour intensity is quite intense with flavours of black cherry, black plum, blackcurrant, violet, licorice, earth and licorice. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. 廿多年的酒仍是大大隻、充滿活力，但亦有點深層發展。酒力強勁澎湃，味道感覺集中，而且濃烈，很有力的表現。酒香及酒味很一致，盪氣迴腸的，這種感受令人樂而忘返。

Medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied with ripe and smooth medium tannin. The flavours intensity is quite high with flavours of black cherry, violet, blackcurrant, red bell pepper and trace of tea and pencil wood. Fairly long length with black cherry finish, such length and complexity deepened after another two hour drinking. (95)

廿幾年的酒仍在不斷轉化中，香氣及酒味仍有一段時間可以發展，現在飲已經好好飲了。酒的力度強，複雜性仍然在増強中，很精彩的一枝酒。酒的口感給人四平八穩的感覺，各方面也是站在一個高水準的平衡點，讚!

1993 Ch. Latour

This dry red wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of bell pepper, black cherry, licorice, black plum, vegetal and herbs. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Tannin is at medium level, soft but a touch of greenness. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, licorice and trace of earth. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93) Good preservation of fruit.

 酒的強度很好，貫徹的強勁。即使廿幾年酒味仍保持著很好的果感，酒體醇滑餘韻長，好味道。複雜性並不像靚年的那樣複雜，但也算不錯，是輕鬆喝出來而感覺又舒服的好酒。

2003 Ch. Clerc Milon

Deep purple coloured with quite pronounced noses of blackcurrant, prune, mushroom, green bell pepper, smoke, earth, violet and vanilla. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium soft and ripe tannin with barely over medium intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, smoke, warm brick, earth and touch of spice and dust. Longer than medium length with black plum finish. (92) Ripe and sweet fruit.

成熟豐厚的果感，黑果及醬果味出色，發展亦成熟，香氣很好。酒味豐厚餘韻算長，好味。酒味在口的果味仍足，只是複雜性不及香氣。不錯的餐酒，飽飽實實的。

Deep purple coloured with quite high noses of black plum, black cherry, violet, mint leaves, licorice, vanilla and touch of earth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate, it has medium intensity flavours of black cherry, earth, blueberry and touch of licorice and dried herb. Fairly long length with blueberry finish. (90)

酒香強，亦有一定複雜性，酒味在口中的強度低了點，餘韻算長。酒的結構硬淨，有齊可以發展成靚酒的元素，放多幾年可能更好飲。

 極深的顏色加漿果主導的味道，說明這酒的濃度很高。酒的香氣強烈，複雜性在發展中，令人期待。口感豐滿，單寧強但成熟，酒味亦強而有一定複雜，餘韻悠長。這些表現完全是好酒一枝，但仍須發展一下，潛質令人期待。這酒比想像中較啱飲，但陳多些時間可能會更好。

 第二次喝這出色年份的拉菲。酒香比上次出色多了。又強又香又複雜的香氣，酒味的複雜性亦很好，雖然不及酒香咁複雜。餘韻長，好酒。難得的是酒的活力很足，酒仍有很強的鮮活感，一點也不像30年的酒。好好味，值得好好品嚐。

廿幾年的酒，仍不失其洶湧澎湃感。酒香很好，發展亦成熟。酒味在口中亦維持著其力度及複雜性，悠長的餘韻，是一枝很出色的佳釀。現在飲已經很好了，會是一枝令人留有印象的酒。

酒香強，亦有一定複雜性，是一枝濃烈的酒。酒味在口中的力度也不弱，只是複雜性下降不少。一枝較弱年份的酒。餘韻算長，很好。放多五至七年會好一些。

Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red cherry, licorice, earth and dried herb. 開始在下坡的酒，發展成熟了一段時間，但仍有一定果味。以現在表現是可以想像出這酒當飲時應該是很不錯的。酒的複雜性屬中上水平，餘韻亦長。現在飲是覺得一枝幾好的酒。好的舊酒有一種吸引人飲完一口又一口的魔力，這酒也有。好味。

It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with quite high fine grained tannin. On palate, it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum, smoke, vanilla, toast, earth and touch of graphite. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (95) Quite consistent throughout and good complexity.

40多年酒一般已經開始飲歷史多過酒味了，但拉圖在捍衛著酒是可以永恆的信條。仍然有著強烈的酒香和酒味，複雜性充足，餘韻亦長，以表現說這酒完全與年齡不成正比。酒的表現由聞到吞也很一致。好好飲，靚酒真的可以有很強的生命力。老路縱橫的一枝好酒。

傳說中的金羊，不至於有傳奇的味道。酒一聞便知是一枝不錯的波爾多，有著標誌性的香味，強而複雜。酒體豐厚，單寧成熟，酒味在口中力度仍強勁，只是複雜性下跌了些，餘韻算長，但當你試過82年的話，你應該知到這酒莊可以更好。酒是一枝出色的酒品，好飲。

五大來說拉圖的水準可能是最穩定，個人亦覺得他比拉菲更能代表這酒區。酒的香氣表現差不多接近完美，酒味的強度不及香氣，但也不弱，只是酒的結構在口中有點點散，餘韻亦不錯，夠長，但較隱弱，是一枝很好的酒。

1985 Ch. Lafite Rothschild

This wine still possesses deep purple colour but with a paler rim. It has quite high intensity noses of blackcurrant, bell pepper, tobacco, licorice, violet and its typical pencil shaving notes. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft and silky tannin. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, herbaceous, pencil shaving, tobacco and licorice. Long balckberry finish. (92)

貫徹著拉菲的風格，表現四平八穩的。酒的口感柔滑順喉，好易唔覺意成枝"啪"哂。有一定複雜性和強度，餘韻也長，要彈的是複雜性不夠配得起拉菲這個品牌，而且酒已發展到很成熟，甚至開始有點老態，要飲了。

同91年的一齊試，希望可看到年份 ，但奇怪的是在酒質上好像分別不大。酒的香氣不錯，有一點複雜性，酒味亦然。只是跟91年一樣，在口中表現比酒香差，各方面也是適中，不錯的餐酒。
