2000 Ch. Mouton Rothschild

Deep purple coloured with pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, violet, earth, graphite, licorice, black plum, mulberry with touch of savoury note, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and fine grained and ripe medium tannin. On palate, it gives fairly high flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, black cherry, earth, licorice and touch of earth. Fairly long length with black berry finish. (95)

傳說中的金羊，不至於有傳奇的味道。酒一聞便知是一枝不錯的波爾多，有著標誌性的香味，強而複雜。酒體豐厚，單寧成熟，酒味在口中力度仍強勁，只是複雜性下跌了些，餘韻算長，但當你試過82年的話，你應該知到這酒莊可以更好。酒是一枝出色的酒品，好飲。
