The wine has pale onion skin colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of honey, citrus, chamomile, dried apricot, mineral, botrytis, raisin and touch of prune, a rather fruit plate nose. Very sweet with high acidity, full bodied with low alcohol level. On palate it has fair high intensity flavours of honey, lemon candy, peach, botrytis and raisin. Fairly long length with lemon syrup finish. (96) Still evolving and a bit cloy.

2003年的酒,相信放多十年仍可以。酒香很強,但像是生果盤的,以果味為主,葡萄品種的特性反而欠缺了。酒很甜,酸度亦高,現在飲有點點漿口,酒味在口中仍是果味主導,餘韻算長,好飲的,但相信過多一大排時間會更好飲。
