2000 Ch. Duhart Milon

Deep purple colour dry red wine with fairly high intensity noses of black plum, vegetal, tea, licorice and touch of smoke. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol, and bodied. Medium fine grain tannin too. Medium intensity flavours of black plum, vegetal, licorice and touch of tea and wet earth. Medium length with black cherry finish. (90)

同91年的一齊試，希望可看到年份 ，但奇怪的是在酒質上好像分別不大。酒的香氣不錯，有一點複雜性，酒味亦然。只是跟91年一樣，在口中表現比酒香差，各方面也是適中，不錯的餐酒。

This wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of black cherry, bell pepper, plum, licorice and touch of smoke and graphite. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black cherry, licorice and vegetal notes. Medium length with black plum finish. (89)

比適中多一點的酒香，其他方面都是中中等等。酒展現出PAUILLAC的風格，加了點分，其他不過不失。這年份來說算合格了。
