2019 Duckhorn Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley,

A medium lemon green dry white wine with quite intense noses of elderflower, pear, peach, lemon and touch of vanilla. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, lime, almond and touch of grass. Medium length with bitter lemon finish. (89) Ripe but need better length.

簡單直接的白酒一支，強度算足夠有餘，酒味比較簡單一點，但是喝得出酒的果味是成熟的，亦感受到釀造的者想做到的風格，不錯的餐酒

2000 Colgin

This is a dry red wine with deep purple colour. On nose it gives intense blackcurrant, black plum, black cherry, red flower, smoke, pine wood, quite fresh and fruity. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied and  silky tannin. On palate it has intense flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, wood shaving, red cherry and earth. Fairly long length with wood shaving type spicy finish. (93) Fruity nose with huge different mouthfeel. Good development.

這酒的酒力很強，簡稱大大隻，符合美國酒的風格。令我欣賞的是酒在口中的轉化。由果味重的酒香，入口後轉成香料為主的口味，那種感覺令人有驚喜，值得加分，酒在口味上的複雜性不及香氣的複雜性，但也有一定程度，好喝。

2005 Opus One

A dark purple colour dry red wine with pronounced aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, dried black cherry, prune, pine, licorice and touch of bell pepper and anise. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite high fine grained tannin. On palate, it has quite high intensity flavours of blackcurrant, vegetal, black plum, mint, licorice and earth. Long length with black cherry finish. (94)

完全展現美國酒的那種溫熱熟果香，酒濃烈得很，果味很重，單寧亦重，這種強度一直伸延至酒味，也是濃濃厚厚，餘韻亦長。整體濃烈感很強，相信仍有一定陳放時間。酒會是很不錯的，好好飲。

2003 Opus One

Deep purple in colour with over medium intensity aromas of blackcurrant, plum, smoke, toast, vegetal and touch of cigar leaves, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with quite high ripe and fine grained tannin. Over medium flavours of black cherry, vegetal, licorice and mint leaves. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (93)

一枝有優雅感的美國波爾多式的酒 。不論酒香、酒味、強度、複雜性都有著中上表現，餘韻亦長，好飲。酒的各種味道混在一起，融融合合的，單寧仍強，還可以陳年，很好的酒品。

1994 Harlan Estate, Napa Valley

A deep purple dry red wine with pronounced noses of blackcherry, blackcurrant, ripe black plum, bell pepper, earth, nutmeg and touch of dust, mineral and sweet spice. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with fairly high ripe tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of black plum, licorice, bell pepper, black cherry, sweet spice and touch of earth. Fairly long length with black berry finish. (94) Ripe and full.

依然很濃厚的酒。口感滿滿，果味澎湃，餘韻長。酒香及酒味力度強。這酒的口感很重，有點過重，仍可陳年，香味複雜性很好，喜愛重口味的人會很喜歡。

A deep purple dry red wine with pronounced noses of Ribena, black plum, black cherry jam, menthol, sweet spice and touch of mineral and earth. Over medium level of acidity and full bodied, with medium alcohol and fairly high soft ripe and fine tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of black cherry, plum, vegetal, cedar and sweet spice. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93)

2000年的酒，用殺嬰來形容好像有點誇張，但我真的有這種感覺。酒十分濃郁，不論酒香及酒味也是。開始時真像飲有酒精的利賓納。餘韻頗長，酒的複雜性似乎仍須一段時間發展似的，酒在口中展現一定深度，好酒，喜愛重口味的人會很喜歡這酒，但追求優雅及層次感的人會覺得這酒有所欠缺。
