1996 Dom Perignon P2

A medium lemon green coloured dry champagne with quite intense aromas of lemon, yeast, toast, stewed apple, walnut and touch of limestone. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lemon, cream, red apple. almond, steel and trace of bread. Fairly long length with lemon bread finish. (92)

質素高,平衡公整的, 酒香算強而複雜,餘韻亦長,酒味的複雜性也很好,只是強度低了些,好喝。是一枝令人覺得有一定陳年而又發展得很平均的酒。
