2000 Dom Perignon P2

Medium lemon green in colour with qutie intense aromas of lime, cream soda, pear, red apple, steel, yeast, toast and walnut, fresh and complex. It is dry and quite acidic, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, cream, red apple with touch of steel. Fairly long length with lime juicy finish. (94) Very fresh

19年酒但新鮮得接近神奇，酒香很出色，強、複雜、亦令人感到新鮮清爽。酸度足而又沒有削的感覺，口感綿餘韻長，酒在口中味道複雜性下降了一點，而果味亦成熟了一點，很好喝，是有一點令人驚喜的好喝。
