2001 La Romanee, Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with intense noses of red plum red berry, rose perfume, strawberry jam, earth and wormwood. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity soft tannin, a bit greenness is detected tho. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red plum, berry fruits, strawberry, wild rose, anise and toast. Long length with red plum finish. (94) Intense yet complex, good development.

令人回味的酒。果味濃淡有緻，香料味也出眾，單寧算柔順，再加長長餘韻，好好喝。要彈的只有年份所引起的一絲青澀的單寧，以及酒味有口中的礦物味小了點。否則會是一枝極品。
