酒香說給你知這酒的複雜性,強度在口中和酒香也不錯。酒在口中才給我一些驚訝。首先,酒體豐厚而單寧軟滑,跟年份特色不太像。這莊的特濃風格可能有所幫助。其次是酒在口中的味道,接近全熟果,像是濃縮果汁一樣,沒有受過木桶影響似的。所以酒味複雜性相對低了些,但會飲得好開心的。

酒還有發展空間,但質素已表露無遺。酒香和酒味算強,複雜性也很不錯,餘韻亦長。現在飲有一丁點新酒的酸削,但會感到鮮爽。好味道的,但我相信過多幾年才飲我會更喜歡。

生果的感覺很熟,酒的感覺亦很濃,有一種很熱的果感。酒香強,亦有一定複雜性,相信造酒時受到非常嚴格的選擇。酒在口中強度低了點,花果味也轉輕了些,但仍有一定複雜性及味道,餘韻算長,不錯的酒品。好飲的。

It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and barely medium tannin, a bit green tho. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of wild rose, red berry, vegetal, licorice and earth. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (91) Complexity fading on palate, strange......

酒的香氣誇啦啦,那種複雜情度是令人一聞已覺好酒的。酒的口感有點點枝梗味,單寧亦有點青的。酒味在口中複雜性低了,低得有些奇,否則此酒評價會更高。餘韻亦很不錯。以這年份來說酒造得很好了,亦可能因這年份所以酒在口中表現如此。

豐滿綿綿的口感很易令人滿足的一枝香檳。酒的強度足,不論酒香和酒味也是。味道的層次分明,清晰、直接、準確的表現泥土礦物感,好酒。酒仍可陳年,但這一枝感覺可以早一些飲用,可能是年份問題吧。

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has over medium intensity aromas of lemon, mineral, honey, amber, white flower and touch of beeswax and steel. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with quite intense flavours of lemon, floral, mineral, honey and walnut. Long length with lemony finish. (92) I wish I can taste it a few years earlier.

這枝酒的酒香強度不算強,但有著很不錯的複雜性,酒在口中比酒香更強,而酒味有比酒香吸引,好味道。酒體經陳年後較醇厚,但白酒的清爽感也少了些,如果早一兩年飲的話我應該會更喜歡這枝酒。酒很好喝,是很好的酒,現在要飲了。

一隻香檳莊造的烈酒有點難以想像,更難想像的是那種醬果及類似焦糖的口味。酒身較厚而且酒味重,酒的強度算不錯了,酒味在口中有一點點變化。這酒雖然沒有干邑那樣醇厚的口感,但因為味道方向重而濃,也令人有些滿滿的感覺,不錯。

以這葡萄園及年份來說是有點失敗的,但也不算差得很利害。酒香交到貨,有一定強度和複雜性。酒味在口中強度下降了,更奇的是口感有些鞋,餘韻尚算合格。酒整體不錯,但有點不太像這出色年份和田的風格,可能這解釋到這酒的價格。

這酒的整體平衡性不錯,不太重煙燻味,像烤麥的。酒的香氣強而複雜,口感柔和,酒味在口中複雜性不錯,只是強度下降了些,餘韻亦合格有餘,很不錯。麥卡侖這一系列的酒平衡感很好,很大路,很討好的,好飲。

利害的是這酒的後勁。酒香已經很不錯,花果香料味俱全,而且有一定強度。入口後酒的味道是會變化的,這感覺是很奇妙及開心的, 酒味是一路路的變直至吞下,餘韻比想像中短了些,但已經令人回味,好味道。

老實說這葡萄園的酒我較喜輕柔感多一些的。這酒較厚重,但不是說它不好。酒的強度香氣酒味複雜性也在中上之列,單寧成熟柔順,餘韻更值得一讚,酒的質量來說十分高。只是欠缺了些這村那陰柔的感覺,取而代之的是厚實較MEATY的風格。好好酒來的。

我說過這莊的酒越來越好,其中一項是因為越來越濃。2011年的這酒濃至有強強的醬果味,而且亦有一定香料的複雜性,很吸引。酒體豐厚,單寧成熟,一點也不像2011年,相信他們選擇葡萄時下了一定功夫。酒味在口中保持強度,只是複雜性下降了點,餘韻亦長,好好味。

一枝VOLNAY能做到如此出色,十分難得。酒的香氣強而複雜,亦有一點變化。酒味延續著酒香的複雜性及強度,餘韻長。這酒身的果味及香料味均衡,在現今來說十分討好,是會令人喜愛的口味。酒還可以再陳放一下,但現飲也十分好味了。

 要重新去認識的酒莊,這莊做的酒越來越好。最初我是從他的LA GRANDE RUE發現的,2000年左右的我全試過,但不覺得那麼好,近這幾年的真的很不錯。這酒有中上的強度和複雜性,餘韻亦長,好味道。

50年的威士忌,在木桶中50多年已經充分提取了足夠的酒味,酒的強度及複雜性很好,餘韻亦算長 (我加了個算字是因為50年的酒我想像中應該更長),香料味足,好飲。GLENLIVET的酒底本身較輕巧,50年的酒便令至酒的桶味完全主導了,酒味在口中有點不及酒香的吸引,但已經很不錯了。

Tannin is a bit high but fine grained with quite pronounced flavours of rose, red cherry, mushroom, vegetal, licorice and anise. Long length with red plum finish. (93) Good length but not lack of fineness in structure.

完全中伏。這酒的變化是難以預計的。品嚐這酒是盲飲的,酒主說開了四至五小時。初初的香氣很沉,但有隱約的複雜性,酒入口偏酸而且是像蘋果酸那種較削的感覺,高丹寧而酒力強,餘韻長。酒的表現說明是一枝未開放的好酒。但酒體感覺似是一枝較鬆散的意大利酒。開估後當然錯到七個一皮,酒的那種體裁是我還未捉摸得到的99年,DRC的特色也不見得,直到最後才出現那些複雜性。但以ROMANEE CONTI 來說這酒的酒體交不出那結實架構中的柔雅感。99年的布根地紅酒人人都說很靚,但對我來說是很難捉摸。所以要挑我機的不妨拿些99年的紅布給我喝,一定有笑話。

只聞酒香已知是好酒的東西。酒香強烈複雜有層次。酒的發展好,但仍有些潛力可再陳放,餘韻長而濃厚,酒味在口中與酒香頗一致,好飲,令人回味。

Medium ruby coloured with quite intense noses of rose, redberry, strawberry, licorice and trace of red plum, toast and earth, pretty fruity. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, medium tannin too, a bit green tho. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of rose, red cherry, mushroom, and trace of vegetaal and licorice. Medium length with red cherry finsish (89) Good elegance and balanced profile with nice preservation of fruit.

優雅的感覺,各方面也適中的平衡 ,果味新鮮充足,很不錯的餐酒,村酒以這年份說已很好了。別期望有什麼特別滋味,亦沒什麼深澳,清爽直接富果味的酒也是很可口的。

1979 Signatory Strathisla Single Malt Single Cask Cask Strength Whisky (Bottled in 2016)

This whisky has medium copper colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of honey, ginger, dried apricot, caramel, and notes of seaweed and smoke. Water brings our some tropical notes. It is dry with medium acidity, quite high in alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected. Medium intensity flavours of citrus, honey, caramel, hazelnut and ginger. Longer than medium length with honey citrus finish. (92) Good and attractive nose.

OLOROSO雪利桶的酒那種香氣真的十分討人歡喜。酒香很好,強而複雜,加點點水果味更出,酒的口感豐富,餘韻亦長,好飲,不錯的飯後酒。

Quite deep ruby colour with pronounced aromas of dried plum, road tar, earth, prune and touch of rose and damped wood. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with quit high fine grained tannin. On palate it gives over medium flavours of red cherry, plum, clove type dried herb and touch of earth. Medium length of cherry finish. (91)

一貫的濃郁果感,強烈而複雜的香氣,撲鼻而來。酒體均衡,單寧有點強,酒味在口中仍維持複雜性,香料味也頗強,奇怪的是餘韻比想像中短。整體很不錯,可能這酒狀態有點點差,正常的應該很不錯。

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of mint, licorice, dates, black plum, earth, black cherry and touch of prune. Medium acidity and full bodied. Quite high in tannin but ripe and fine. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, earth, meat and toasted licorice. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (95) Full and ripe, very spicy, good layer.

Deep purple coloured with quite pronounced noses of blackcurrant, prune, mushroom, green bell pepper, smoke, earth, violet and vanilla. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium soft and ripe tannin with barely over medium intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, smoke, warm brick, earth and touch of spice and dust. Longer than medium length with black plum finish. (92) Ripe and sweet fruit.

成熟豐厚的果感,黑果及醬果味出色,發展亦成熟,香氣很好。酒味豐厚餘韻算長,好味。酒味在口的果味仍足,只是複雜性不及香氣。不錯的餐酒,飽飽實實的。

This cognac has medium intensity copper colour. On nose it has quite high aroams of orange peel, prune, chalk, caramel, jasmine, peach and honey. Water enhances its floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity, smooth medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected and flavours of prune, orange, chalk, caramel and honey are found, at medium level. Fairly long length with prune finish. (92)

五十多年酒的陳年感不俗。酒香算出色的,有著大香檳區的味道而又有乾果及陳年味,很吸引。酒的口感醇厚柔和,酒味的強度複雜感比酒香弱了點,餘韻亦算長,飯後酒來說是很好的。這牌子的酒比較優雅,如果喜歡人頭馬果類的可能會覺得這酒輕了點。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of red cherry, pepper spice, iron ore, touch of dried herbs and blood. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with quite high tannin, a bit coarse though. On palate, it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, dates, dried herbs, mineral, earth and steel. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92)

 隆河的酒香料味真的很出色。這酒的香料味很充足,酒力算強,亦有一定複雜情度,餘韻亦算長,是一枝整體都很不錯的酒.。酒的口感較重,加上重重的單寧,未必人人接受到。

Deep ruby coloured with quite high noses of mushroom, redberry, cabbage, rose pedal, mint tea and touch of earth, quite elegant with depth. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level. On palate it has intense flavours of red plum, cabbage, mushroom, licorice, rose pedal and earth. Long length with red plum finish. (95)

優雅及濃郁這兩個詞很難放在一起去形容同一枝酒,但當這同時出現時,那一定是一枝好酒了。這酒的酒香強,而複雜性是一層層的走出來,口感柔順而酒味強,味道的方向比香氣的重了些,餘韻長長,令人回味,有種由淺入深的感覺,會令人有想像空間的,好酒。

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of black cherry, mineral, violet, mint, licorice and hints of blueberry, chocolate and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained and ripe tannin. The flavours are consistent with the aromas with more damp earth and smoky notes. 這一枝村酒明顯超出村酒質素。香氣及酒味的強度很強,餘韻亦長,徹頭徹尾的一枝濃郁酒品。香氣的複雜性不錯,酒味的複雜性亦可,相對其他梅索村的酒這酒較優雅,可能是乳酸發酵感較少吧。好飲,但看了價錢後才慶幸有人請我飲。

Medium mahogany coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of caramel, honey, malt and touch of smoke and citrus, water brings out touch of floral notes. This dry whisky has medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected with over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain honey, caramel, malt and touch of raisin. 陳年感很不錯的,香氣很強,亦有一定複雜性。餘韻尚算不錯,酒味單調了點點,像是一枝以陳年取勝的酒。可口的酒,飯後飲很不錯的。

A medium lemon green coloured sweet wine with over medium intensity aromas of lemon, peach, peardrop and trace of stone and mineral. Quite sweet and quite high in acidity, medium bodied with low alcohol. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon candy, peach, honey, touch of steel and wet stone. 很多甜酒一聞都有點濃濃的感覺,但這枝較清爽。酒香其實不太強,但仍有一定複雜性。酒的甜酸平衡不錯,精彩的是酒味強度比酒香強,餘韻亦算長,只是複雜性沒想像中好,但整體來說好飲的。

酒的平衡不錯,酒體濃厚而甜酸也平衡,香氣算強而複雜,只是酒味在口中強度和複雜性弱了點,餘韻亦算合格,以 AUSLESE 來說是合格有餘的酒,不錯。

05年波爾多瑪高區真係冇得輸。酒香強又複雜之餘仲展現品種特色,單寧又熟又順,再加上酒味已經發展十多年,餘韻又長,好味道,只是酒味的複雜性比酒香差了點 ,但已經好好飲,是一種可以令不懂酒的人也覺得好飲的酒。

Deep ruby coloured with over medium intensity aromas of red plum, red cherry, redcurrant juice with touch of strawberry candy, mint spice. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Tannin is at medium level with touch of greenness. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of redberry, plum, tea and touch of cabbage and mushroom. Longer than medium length with redberry finish. (91)

香氣有一點深度,強度在酒香和酒味也是中上的, 在這年份是很不錯。酒的單寧青了點,酒味仍維持著大部份的味道,但複雜性不及酒香,清新的紅果餘韻頗誘人,不錯。這年份這表現令我期待他2015年的。
