1986 Ch. Ausone

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with intense noses of black plum, mint, vegetal, licorcie, pine and smoke. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied but still quite intense tannin, fine grained in nature. On palate it has over medium intensity of red plum, mint, vegetal, licorice, vanilla and trace of smoke. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (94)

三十幾年酒仍有著強烈的黑果感，酒的發展是成熟的，複雜性也很好，餘韻亦長，但單寧仍強。我會判斷是適飲狀態，再放多一段時間可能可以令口感更柔順，但酒味發展亦要考慮一下。酒是好酒來的，濃郁之選。

2000 Ch. Cheval Blanc

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of black plum, violet, vanilla, smoke, mulberry, sweet spice and touch of cocoa and earth. You can feel the depth of the wine by aromas. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium fine and soft tannin. Quite intense flavours of black cherry, plum, violet, vegetal, licorice and earth. Close to lone length with black plum finish. (96) Fine, good layer and depth. Beautiful one

只聞酒香已知是好酒的東西。酒香強烈複雜有層次。酒的發展好，但仍有些潛力可再陳放，餘韻長而濃厚，酒味在口中與酒香頗一致，好飲，令人回味。

1999 Ch. Cheval Blanc

This dry red wine has quite deep intensity purple colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of black plum, candied black berry, violet, sweet vanilla, toast and touch of strawberry bubblegum. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Quite high fine grained tannin too. The flavours contain black cherry, blachcurrant, toast and vanilla, all at quite high intensity. Fairly long length with black cherry finsih. (94) Surprisingly ripe.

 花果香造得很好的酒。果味很熟，熟得有點像果汁糖似的。強度足、複雜性強，餘韻亦算長。好飲，只是酒味的複雜性欠了點，但其果實感令人口感滿滿，十分滿足的。是一枝直白表現的高品質酒。

1982 Ch. Angelus

Quite deep ruby colour with very high intensity aromas of ripe black cherry, black plum, smoke, earth and touch of cigar leaves. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Tannin is at barely medium level but soft and ripe. On palate it have just over medium level intensity flavours of red plum, red cherry, smoke and wet earth. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (90)

 一枝下山中的酒，但仍有這表現算很不錯了。酒香很好，發展已盡。但仍掩蓋不了這酒的濃厚風格。酒味退色了，但果
 味仍足，餘韻亦長，單寧成熟但已退減了不少。有貨快飲，過多兩年會冇咁好飲的了。

2003 Le Dome

A deep purple wine with close to pronounced noses of black plum jam, black berry, violet, mint, herbaceous and touch of toast, smoke and earth. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at medium level and fine grain in nature. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum jam, dusty, smoke and touch of herbaceous and tobacco leaves. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (91)

肥大厚重的果感，在這個年份的酒已一早預計到，酒沒有什麼層次感，以濃厚果味由頭帶到尾。酒力在香氣中算強，但在口弱了些，餘韻算長但隱隱約約的，複雜性整體也不錯，好飲的。

2000 Ch. Pavie Decesse

A deep ruby St. Emilion with quite high intensity aromas of black plum, blackberry, violet, licorice and touch of mint and dark chocolate. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with fine grained tannin. On palate it has slightly higher than medium flavours of black cherry, licoirce and herbaceous. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (91) Good typicity, rather subtle complexity on palate.

酒香頗出色的，亦令人輕易試出酒的產地，酒力強，餘韻亦長，說明了這酒有一定的質素。可是酒在口中的複雜性跟酒香有頗大的落差，但仍是一枝不錯的酒品。

1985 Ch. Cheval Blanc

This wine has close to deep ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of bell pepper, black plum, violet, nutmeg, smoke and dried vanilla. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied and fine grained tannin with slightly over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain black cherry, violet, smoke and licorice. Longer than medium length with blackberry finish. (92)

蕭芳芳的均衡優雅感很不錯。酒香較隱約，但複雜性充足，酒味與酒體的平衡好，只是酒在口中轉為單調了點，餘韻也算長，好飲，但值不值就有點見仁見智了。

It is dry with slightly over medium acidity, medium alcohol and fine grained tannin. Fuller than medium body with quite high intensity aromas of black cherry, herbaceous, mint, licorice, earth, toast and touch of black tea. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93)

酒香複雜細緻，餘韻亦算長，酒味與酒香頗一致。口感較柔軟，單寧也算順滑，幾好飲。但可能是年份問題吧，喝這酒時令我想起的是他2000年的副牌酒。究竟是2000年的副牌酒太好還是2001年的混合得太似呢?
