Medium copper coloured with quite intense aromas of raisin, honey, stewed orange, cinnamon, vanilla and licorice spices. Water brings our jasmine notes. It is dry with medium acidity and warming alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of orange, caramel, honey, peach, vanilla ans saw dust. Longer than medium length with orange peel finish. (91) Need better length.

這酒的感覺頗新的，沒有老酒的感覺。酒的強度不錯，亦有一定複雜性，餘韻合格，但比想像中短。這酒不像一些大品牌的X O，少了成熟感，多了些花果味，是另一種表現。

Francois Peyrot Heritage Grande Fine Champagne Cognac Lot 55

This cognac has medium intensity copper colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of candied plum, raisins, jasmine, honey and cinnamon. Water dilutes everything. It is still a dry brandy though a touch of tingling on tongue. Well integrated medium alcohol and full bodied. Smooth mouthfeel. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of honey, peach, citrus peel, cinnamon and touch of ginger. Longer than medium length with peachy finish (92) Smooth and soft, nice floral notes too.

有舊酒的風味，但仍有一定活力。酒的融合過程像已完成。酒香強但在口中的味道轉弱了一點，餘韻亦合格，幾好飲。是一支酒味與酒力平衡的作品。

Francois Peyrot Heritage Grande Fine Champagne Cognac 1960

This Cognac has medium intensity mahogany colour. On nose it gives pronounced level aromas of plum, dates, prune, apricot, raisins, caramelized walnut and touch of jasmine. Water enhances jasmine notes. It is still dry with medium acidity, full bodied with medium warming alcohol. The flavours intensity is quite high with flavours of prune, orange, apricot, walnut and touch of butter and almond. Fairly long length with prune finish. (93) Good dried fruit but a bit aggressive on palate.

乾果味很好。酒的力量很強，是一枝很有強勁力度的酒，酒精不算很嗆，但不可以用醇來形容。餘韻長長的，好喝。由於其乾果味出色，大香檳區的感覺少了點，亦令人覺得厚重了點，但其香甜感是令人歡喜的。

1969 L'Heraud Grande Champagne Cognac

A medium copper coloured dry cognac with pronounced aromas of jasmine, dates, raisin, caramel, dried apricot, orange jam, honey, vanilla and touch of pine wood, very complex noses. Water brings out further floral notes but dilutes others. Medium acidity and well integrated alcohol, full bodied as well. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of orange, dates, apricots, bitter almond and vanilla. Fairly long length with apricot and vanilla finish. (94) Good nose with a bit change in flavour on palate. Better not to add any water.

 很精彩的香氣。以複雜性來說是數一數二的。加水後反而溝淡了一些。酒力算強，餘韻亦長，是一枝佳釀，口感豐滿，香料味及乾果味突出，好喝。奇怪的是這酒一加冰或水便溝淡了不少，對酒的表現大打折扣，所以不建議加冰。

1953 Jean Fillioux Grande Champagne Cognac (Bottled in 2010)

This cognac has medium intensity copper colour. On nose it has quite high aroams of orange peel, prune, chalk, caramel, jasmine, peach and honey. Water enhances its floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity, smooth medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected and flavours of prune, orange, chalk, caramel and honey are found, at medium level. Fairly long length with prune finish. (92)

五十多年酒的陳年感不俗。酒香算出色的，有著大香檳區的味道而又有乾果及陳年味，很吸引。酒的口感醇厚柔和，酒味的強度複雜感比酒香弱了點，餘韻亦算長，飯後酒來說是很好的。這牌子的酒比較優雅，如果喜歡人頭馬果類的可能會覺得這酒輕了點。

Delamain Riserve de la Familly Grande Champagne Cognac

Medium intensity copper colour with quite intense noses of floral, honey, apricot, orange, cinnamon, and chalk. Water enhances floral notes but dilutes others. Dry with medium acidity, warming medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of citrus, honey, bitter almond and earth. Longer than medium length with honey and nutty finish. (91) Good nose but a bit weak palate.

酒很香，花香味很出眾，大香檳區特色。酒有一定陳年感，但不像很長很長。香氣複雜性不錯，只是在口中差了點。餘韻算長，酒味亦有點轉化，不錯。

1969 Hine Grande Champagne Cognac (bottled in 1999)

This vintage cognac has medium intensity amber colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of orange, honey, caramel, prune, vanilla, tropical fruit and touch of nutmeg and floral note.  Water dilutes everything. Dry with medium acidity, well integrated medium alcohol, quite full bodied with touch of wood tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of orange peel, prune, vanilla, and touch of honey. Fairly long length with orange peel finish. (93) Good nose but a bit weak palate.

酒的香氣很好，算得上強而複雜，加水後沒有變化，令我打了個突。入口果然是比酒香差了，不論在強度和複雜性也是，餘韻算長，加返點分。整體來說不錯，亦說明了年份干邑始終有點限制。

A medium intensity copper coloured cognac with medium intensity aromas of prune, apricot, jasmine, orange jam, chalk, citrus peel and touch of tropical fruit. Water dilutes everything. Medium acidity, slightly higher than medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected. On palate it gives medium intensity flavour of prune, mango, chalk, jasmine and touch of orange peel. Long length with prune finish. (93) Just because of length

這酒最大的缺點是酒力不夠強，複雜性很不錯，餘韻很長，酒的陳年感亦有一點，但不強。酒亦反映出大香檳區的特性，口感不算太豐厚，但整體來說仍是一枝很不錯的酒。

Bache Gabrielsen Hors d'Age Grande Champagne Cognac

A medium copper coloured cognac with medium intensity aromas of prune, jasmine, chalk, honey, raisin, mango and touch of vanilla. Water enhances its floralness and reduces the others. It is dry with medium acidity, medium well integrated alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of caramel, honey, raisin, dried peach and touch of chalk. Longer than medium length with dried fruit finish. (93)

酒反映出大香檳區的干邑特色，香氣不算強，但仍有一定複雜性，酒入口後表現比聞酒香好，強度反而大了點，複雜性勉強維持著，餘韻算長，中上的酒品，公公整整的，不錯。

This cognac has medium intensity gold colour. On nose  it give pronounced level aromas of jasmine, honey, citrus peel, orange, chalk, apricot. Water brings out tropical notes. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol, quite full bodied. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of honey, citrus, peach ,mango and touch of chalk. Long length with mango finish. (93)

酒香的複雜性很好，又強勁，只聞酒香會相信這是一枝了不起的酒。酒在口中表現卻只是中規中矩 ，複雜性下降了，強度下降更多。餘韻長，加返些分數，幾好飲。

This cognac has medium intensity gold colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of jasmine, honey, apricot, orange and touch of ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. 酒的香氣及酒味都很好，複雜而強，亦展現了大香檳區干邑的特色，餘韻算長。香料味頗強的一款酒，只是陳年感欠了點，而且酒在口中的口感不夠豐滿，寡了點。總體是好喝的。

Kelt Tour du Monde X.O. Grande Champagne Cognac

A cognac having medium copper colour and pronounced intensity aromas of jasmine, orange peel, raisin and touch of caramel and chalk. Water brings out floral notes. It is off-dry with medium acidity, warming medium alcohol and medium bodied. Touch of tannin is detected. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of jasmine, orange and raisin. Fairly long length with jasmine and orange finish. (89)

像是一枝普普通通的XO。聞比飲好，複雜性也是酒香好點，酒有一點點陳年感。最值得讚是餘韻，有一定長。其他表現沒有什麼特色，可能是酒底的質素吧。

1970 Cognac Grande Champagne, Cognac de Collection, Jean Grosperrin

Medium amber coloured Cognac with quite high intensity aromas of caramel, citrus peel, prune and touch of honey and apricot. Water enhances its floral note. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Wood tannin also noted. On palate, it gives medium intensity citrus, jasmine, apricot and touch of caramel. Slightly longer than medium length with jasmine finish. (92) A bit lack of complexity but beautiful finish.

口感豐滿但複雜性有點點不足的。香氣其實頗佳，但在口中酒味差了點，要讚的是餘韻，雖然不是非常長，但韻味很怡人。好飲，但配合一些餐後。

Paul Giraud 1er Cru Grande Champagne Cognac

This Cognac has medium copper colour and fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, jasmine, orange and touch of vanilla and musk. With water, floral and honey notes are enhanced. It is dry with medium acidity. Integrated medium alcohol, medium bodied and touch of tannin is noted. On palate, it has fairly high intensity flavours of citrus, orange, jasmine, vanilla and honey. Slightly longer than medium length with grapefruit finish. (93) Clean, pure and fruity throughout

雖然酒的陳年感欠缺了點，但它以其清純及豐富果香搶回分數。酒香及酒味一致濃烈，有一定複雜性，餘韻也算合適，其花果味亦令酒的豐富感增加，幾好飲。

Medium copper coloured with medium nose of honey, raisin, jasmine, caramel and vanilla. Water enhances its honey and jasmine notes. It is dry with medium acidity and integrated alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium body with over medium intensity flavours of honey, citrus peel, jasmine, caramel and touch of licorice. Fairly long length with honey and citrus finish. (92)

香氣與酒味頗一致，餘韻亦長。可是複雜性沒有想像那麼好，酒的力度也足，幾好飲。

Delamain Vesper Cognac

This Cognac has medium copper colour and fairly high intensity aromas of caramel, jasmine, honey, raisin with touch of vanilla and roasted nut. Water enhances its floralness. On palate, it is slightly off dry with medium integrated alcohol. Medium acidity and almost full bodied. The flavour intensity is at slightly over medium level. Dried herbs, honey, caramel and citrus peel. Fairly long length with raisin and caramel finish. (91)

初聞時會感覺這酒的陳年好足，酒香複雜性也合格，但入口後酒味弱了點，餘韻算長，但焦糖味較突出，也算不錯。

A medium gold coloured Cognac with fairly pronounced aromas of lemon, jasmine, orange peel, and touch of apricot, vanilla and raisin. Water dilutes the floral note but enhance its nuttiness. It is dry with medium acidity and warming alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied and over medium flavours of citrus, honey, caramel, vanilla, hazelnut and touch of jasmine. Slightly longer than medium length with honey and caramel finish. (92)

入口算醇和，香氣複雜性不錯，酒味也好，加水後的變化未必好啱喜好花香味的朋友，餘韻比想像中差了點，整體也不錯。

LOUIS ROYER 36 YEAR GRANDE CHAMPAGNE COGNAC

This cognac has medium intensity mahogany colour with quite intense nose of raisin, honey, jasmine, orange peel, prune with touch of caramel and vanilla. Water enhances its floral note and gives a touch of pineapple aromas. It is dry with warming alcohol, Quite full bodied and quite intense flavours of raisin, mango, jasmine, vanilla, licorice, honey, pineapple and nut. Longer than medium length with raisin and nutty finish. (92) Complex and good length but the alcohol may need some time to mellow a bit. Good one.
