2013 Dry River Lovat Vineyard Syrah, Martinborough, New Zealand

This wine has dark purple colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, black pepper, violet, sweet spice and touch of raisin. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of black plum, mint, violet and breakfast tea. Medium length with minty berry finish. (92) Quite peppery and intense fruit, need a better length

頗濃郁的一支酒，香氣很強，亦有一定複雜性，酒的口感圓潤成熟，但是酒的味道在口中簡單了點，雖然仍有一定複雜性，餘韻更是比想像中的短，但整體來說幾好飲，enjoyable

2013 Dry River Syrah

Deep purple colour with close to pronounced level aroma of black pepper, black plum, smoke, toasted herb, black cherry jam and touch of nutmeg, rich and complex. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Tannin is soft and dusty at medium level. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavour of black cherry, plum, violet, pepper and licorice. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (92) Good nose and ripe. Palate to be improved.

好可口的酒。口感滿滿，只是味道複雜性和強度在口中不及酒香。餘韻不錯，中上酒品，特別是酒香，很吸引的。亦充分表現出品種的特色，好。
