直接一點講我私人的感覺,這不是我想找的Pommard。話雖如此,這酒的香氣不錯,走的力度在口中開始下降了,餘韻也是中規中矩,中中等等的餐酒。可能是年份問題吧,我試過他的其他年份印象比較好一點。

2010年成熟美味,既有一定複雜性,亦有一定強度,餘韻也合格有餘,正。酒體偏厚,口感圓潤,差不多像舊年份的梅索(Meursault )村酒似的。不錯的酒,但要開喝了,不用再陳。
Deep purple coloured with pronounced noses of creme de cassis, violet, graphite, warm earth, licorice, pencil box and black plum. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant, dried berry, violet, sweet vanilla and earth. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94) Decent palate and powerful, good fruit and integration.

拉菲口感一直有一種紥實的感覺,這酒酒力強勁,複雜性高,餘韻長,正值適飲期。有點驚喜的是在口中的果味比香氣更佳,只是口中複雜性不及香氣,是一支四平八穩的高水準作品

有著五大應有的複雜性,不過由木桶引來的幽香感很弱,酒的強度強,不過在口中的強度不及香氣,複雜㘹也不及香氣。餘韻長,好酒的表現。不過有一個奇怪的感覺,就是酒的結構有點鬆散的,沒有它的宏大雄厚感。整體來講仍是很好喝的。

五大的水準,滿滿的複雜性,強烈的酒力,綿長的餘韻,是很令人回味的。這酒仍需要陳年及發展,但現在已經展示出其複雜性及潛力,好喝,值得珍藏,再過五、六年應該更進一步⋯⋯

是一支中上水平的播乾。酒香好,算強力,而且有一定的複雜性,有反映著其花果泥土的表現。酒在中口中規中矩,各方面都算合格,幾好喝,特別係唔睇價錢嘅情況⋯⋯

濃厚強烈的,醬果味出眾,現在還是一個很年輕的表現,香料味足,有一定發展潛力,只是酒的餘韻比較短了點,現在喝仍早了點,多放幾年可能會好些

葡萄品種特色充份顯示出來,紅果特色出眾。酒香亦有一些複雜性,頗誘人的。酒體圓潤輕柔,單寧成熟幼滑,口感不錯。只是酒味在口中簡單直接了一些,強度及複雜性亦下降了。這個表現一直到餘韻之中,整體來說,幾好喝,是一支很好的餐酒。
Medium intensity lemon green coloured with quite intense noses of fresh lemon, white flower, vanilla, cream and touch of butter and steel, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon, cream, butter and touch of limestone. Medium length with lemon custard finish. (89) Simple in palate, pretty strong nose.

酒香不錯,強烈而有點複雜性。酒在口中表現簡單直接,亦即係冇乜複雜性咁解。餘韻合格,一支表現正常的餐酒,相對酒味來說酒體厚多了點,日常飲用不錯的酒品。

似乎呢個酒莊做嘅酒係果味主導,這酒的花果味很好,偏向野生、清香的,好有鮮爽感覺。強度方便中中等等,連餘韻也是,喝得很輕鬆。酒在口中反而多了一些濃郁的果味,但也只是一點點,仍然是花果為主的。不知是不是心理作祟,覺得風格方面有點像他的清酒⋯⋯
A lemon green coloured dry white Burgundy with quite intense noses of lemon, floral, honeysuckle, apricot, vanilla and touches of butter and cream. Quite acidic with medium alcohol, quite full bodied too. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon candy, apricot, white flower, vanilla and touch of bitter lemon. 簡單直接的表現,由香氣到餘韻都有著一致的味道。香氣算強,酒仍有陳年空間,但現在可以喝,是一支不錯的餐酒。酒在口中力量下降了點,但不影響佐餐。日常飲用不錯。

近20年的酒,活力充沛,仍有一定進展空間,很好。酒力強勁,亦有一定複雜性,餘𩐳亦長,好喝。酒並未發展出全熟的風味,仍然有一定醬果味,相信會有一定人仕喜歡現在喝的味道。我對上一次喝時是2011年,今次喝覺得進步了,期待再過幾年喝多一次,應該會更好

成熟美味,酒力強,複雜性高,餘韻亦長,好一支佳釀。以白酒年份來說不是一個好年份,但十多年過去酒的酸度仍然出色,好喝。酒的味道組合已經偏向成熟果實方向,沒有了新喝的那種組合,味道亦已經融和,喝得好順好舒服
This dry Burgundy red has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of rose, red cherry, ripe strawberry, licorice and touch of meat, mineral and cedar. Medium alcohol, acidity and bodied with soft medium tannin. The flavours intensity is quite intense with flavours of red berry, licorice, dried rose, cabbage and touch of wormwood. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92) Good intensity throughout.

好強的酒力,也有一定複雜性,一貫Grand Cru的表現,餘韻合格有餘,四四正正。所有味道同時表現出來,並非那些一層層出味的感覺的酒。但也是一喝便覺得係一支不錯的酒品,好味道

有著這酒莊一貫出色的香氣,而且十分濃烈,複雜性也不錯。只是酒味的強度及複雜性在口中下降了不少,而且退減得頗快,餘韻合格。一支聞比喝好的酒,佐餐不錯。

濃厚而且強勁的黑果感覺,其強度接近果醬的。 酒體豐厚雄渾,可喜的是單寧成熟,餘韻合格有餘。酒味在口中有一點點轉化,但是仍然以黑色果實為主,接近二十年的酒仍然有年輕感覺,難得,不過複雜性仍待開發,現在喝不錯,但相信仍可再陳一下。

香氣很複雜,有著Grand Cru的級數,強度亦不錯,只是入口後酒的強度下降了,包括餘韻。酒味在口中有點轉化,但複雜性下降了一些,表現返回村酒的感覺。這酒的莓果味較出眾,頗討人喜愛的。幾好喝,日常飲用已經足夠有凸⋯⋯

酒香的強度令人有點驚喜,複雜性也是。酒味在口中也有一定的強度,餘韻合格,不過簡單了一點。這酒奇怪的地方是酒在口中的強度下跌得很快,除此之外,是一支很不錯的餐酒,四平八穩的,不錯的佐餐選擇。
Medium copper coloured with quite intense aromas of raisin, honey, stewed orange, cinnamon, vanilla and licorice spices. Water brings our jasmine notes. It is dry with medium acidity and warming alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of orange, caramel, honey, peach, vanilla ans saw dust. Longer than medium length with orange peel finish. (91) Need better length.

這酒的感覺頗新的,沒有老酒的感覺。酒的強度不錯,亦有一定複雜性,餘韻合格,但比想像中短。這酒不像一些大品牌的X O,少了成熟感,多了些花果味,是另一種表現。

酒的田土特色很好,酒力強勁,而且亦很複雜,一喝便知是一支高級的產品,酒在口中味道有少少轉化,餘韻長,令人有點回味無窮的感覺,很好喝。酒的發展成熟,相信現在進入一個很好的適飲期,這狀態應該還可以保持幾年,好享受吧!

這支酒可以用和諧融洽來形容,而且酒力強勁、餘韻亦長、口感柔順,有一種渾然天成的感覺。酒進入適飲期,而且相信這段適飲期頗長。酒仍有一定發展潛力,現在飲果感十足,複雜性仍可以發展,是一次佳釀,令人不斷咁飲,好快飲鬼晒成支酒

好酒,條理分明,味道清澈、酒力強勁,在陳年感覺與鮮爽口感中平衡有致,喝得出酒的工藝,好好喝,是一支高水準的酒品。如果一定要彈的站可能是餘韻,希望可能長一點⋯⋯

三支之中以酒的強度來說,這支反而最強。香氣強勁,味道方面四四正正,但有點點嚡口,酒在口中的味道減弱了,餘韻合格,但以特級田來說是比較差了一點。複雜性也是差了一點,幾好飲,但不是一支特級田酒應有的表現。

而這個葡萄來說,這一支算是較輕身的類別。酒香不錯,力度算強花果味亦很充足,但沒有太多香料味。這個味道組合一直維持到品飲完畢。整體來說,是花果味充足的一支酒,可能係這個緣故,令人感覺走的複雜性略欠了一點。酒味在口中的力度下降了,餘韻亦算合格,但不是特級園的表現,丹寧亦算強,但有點枝梗的感覺,但不太影響口感。整體表現中規中矩,合格有餘的酒品

一支似村酒的特級田,正正常常,所有方面都中中等等,只是複雜性比一般的村酒好。好處是即開即飲,表現一致⋯⋯死啦,我咁講係贊緊還是彈緊佢?
Deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with fairly intense aromas of rose perfume, red berry, strawberry candy, floral garden and vanilla. Medium acidity and alcohol with medium bodied and fine grained medium ripe tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose pedal, wild red cherry, licorice and touch of earth and mushroom. Medium length with red plum finish. From intense to subtle, need better intensity on palate. Goof floralness (90)

酒香很出眾,花果味都很好,又強又有一定複雜性。但是酒在口的強度下降了不少,味道亦由花果味變得以果味為主,餘韻合格,幾好喝,但係根據這個表現,亦不太像NSG,佐餐不錯,但我也不能說這就很有深度⋯⋯

香氣誇啦啦,入口之後酒味不論強度同複雜性都下跌了不少。餘韻合格,中中等等的一支酒,食飯喝很好,但係會感覺到佢有少少質素,但係不是很高質的⋯⋯

二十幾年的酒友這樣的表現真的很神奇,酒的強度冇得頂。香氣及味道都顯得成熟複雜,亦有強度,大熟大勇的狀態。難得的是,酒在口中的果味仍然充盈,餘韻亦很長,好酒一支,似乎已在適飲期,而且相信它的識飲期很長⋯⋯

酒香出色,係非常之出色,強而複雜,有深度,像在說故事似的。酒的強度一直延至口中,口感柔順餘韻算長,好喝,酒味由濃烈方向轉向陰柔,有一點變化,好酒一支,絕對係適合慢慢品嚐的美酒

始終係我最喜愛的Riesling酒莊,酒力強,複雜性高,品種特性明顯,酒比一般的Riesling豐富濃厚,餘韻亦長,好喝。單純品飲角度來說,這個酸度是高了點,但性質並不尖削,夏天喝一流,好酒,還可再陳年讓它的複雜性更好展現。
如果只準我喝一款Riesling,那一定會是這款

也許是年份問題吧,酒的單寧有點青。不過香氣很好,強烈濃厚,亦很複雜。餘韻亦長,只是酒在口中的味道不及香氣那樣出色。整體來說表現不錯,相信在一個好些的年份,這酒會有上佳表現。似乎我又要出去搵下⋯⋯

第一下印象係複雜性好,但係酒在口中的強度不足。年份可能亦有影響,單寧有些枝梗味。酒的香氣比酒味出色,餘韻合格有餘,不錯,但相信有進步空間,看看好年的如何,才可更準確評估酒莊功力。

輕鬆、柔順、可口的一支酒。各樣表現中中等等,特別是酒的丹寧不強,搞到支酒有點點果汁的感覺。值得讚的是酒的香氣,其餘各方面四平八穩,四四正正的餐酒。
Deep intensity ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose, dried strawberries, candied redcurrant, cabbage and licorice, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is soft at medium level, surprisingly ripe. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, strawberry, rose pedal, licorice and touch of forest floor. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (91) Good intensity and nose, some typicity as well.

酒的力度算強勁,香氣亦很好,只是以這條村來說是重了一點。酒的口味反而更符合這條村的感覺,但強度不及香氣,餘韻亦合格以上,難得的是這支酒的丹寧出奇的成熟柔順,不像2017年的酒,整體來說是一支好喝的酒品

強度戰勝一切的一支酒。接近30年的陳年,仍有着這樣的強度是十分難得的。酒有着標誌性的波爾多左岸紅酒感覺,但是除此之外在沒有什麼令人覺得驚喜的地方,酒味在口中的複雜性簡單了不少,餘韻亦比想像中短,幾好喝。但這酒在口中的複雜性真的令我覺得簡單了⋯⋯
This wine still has purple colour. On nose it has over medium intensity aromas of violet, mint, blueberry, cedar and touch of bell pepper. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium ripe but bit coarse tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red plum violet, licorice and touch of bell pepper type vegetal note. Medium length with plummy finish. (90) Good development and mature. Drink now. Good nose too.

與其話發展成熟,不如說剛過高峰開始有走下坡跡象比較恰切一啲。酒的香氣發展很好,而且亦算有一定強度,當然亦有一定好的複雜性。酒味及餘韻在口中已經下跌了不少,但仍有一定的果味及發展味道,整體融合在一起,是一支老酒的表現,不錯,但不要再陳年了

醇厚,真的很厚,口感很重的。有着標準的蘇岱酒感覺,成熟好味,只是酸度略嫌有點點不足,酒的力量很強,由香氣到酒味都一樣,而且很一致,餘韻亦很長,好喝的

20年的奧比安真係要飲了。酒的香氣已經說給你聽發展完成。酒味充足強度亦算不錯,複雜性在口中來說不及香氣那麼好,但也表現出它是一支造得好的酒品,餘韻有點短,是一個扣分的地方。整體來說,仍是一支很好喝的酒,適合慢慢飲。

花果香味主導了這支酒的一切,香氣強度是中等以上的,酒味的強度比香氣弱了一點,複雜性亦簡單了一點,餘韻合格。這支酒給人輕巧、工整、輕鬆易飲的感覺,日常飲用十分適合。

香氣很好,但是以花香味為主的,那樣便不太像一支這條村的酒了。酒的整體表現不錯,中中上上的,丹寧亦都順滑成熟,令到口感更好,是一支不錯的村酒。

如果覺得美國的黑皮諾好像很厚重的話,這一支酒會改變你的感覺。香氣來說可能仍然有厚重感覺,但其後香味的變化令你覺得有點不一樣。酒有一定的優雅感,特別在口中酒味變得偏向清幽的感覺,幾有趣的,同時亦反映出它的一定複雜性。餘韻尚算好,只是比想像中略短,但是已經合格有餘。感覺是做工幾好的一支
