2021 Felton Road Bannockburn Pinot Noir

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with over medium intensity aromas of red plum, cherry, rose tea, strawberry and touch of cinnamon and smoke. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with barely medium soft tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, mushroom and cabbage. Medium length with red plum finish. (89) Decent and good balance. Smooth mouthfeel too

輕鬆、柔順、可口的一支酒。各樣表現中中等等，特別是酒的丹寧不強，搞到支酒有點點果汁的感覺。值得讚的是酒的香氣，其餘各方面四平八穩，四四正正的餐酒。

2013 Felton Road Block 3 Pinot Noir

Medium ruby coloured  dry red wine with quite intense noses of dried rose, mushroom, red plum, cherry, meat, smoke and pine wood. Good complexity. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained and smooth tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, black tea, forest floor, nutmeg and smoke. Longer than medium length with plummy finish. (92) Ripe and soft, though not velvety enough. Good development

十多年的紐西蘭黑皮諾發展得很好，本身年份應記一功。酒的強度、複雜性、口感、丹寧都融合得圓滿，喝得很舒服，餘韻亦合格有餘，令人回味，好酒，現在喝亦好飲

2019 Kumeu River Mate's Vineyard Chardonnay

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with medium noses of lemon, honey, peach, white flower and oak, touch of resins too. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and over medium intensity flavours of lemon, lime soda, peach, and trace of vanilla and butter. Longer than medium length with lemon soda finish. (92) Decent and nice.

好工整喎！雖然香氣不是很強烈，但是交足貨，亦給人一種少少高級的感覺，酒在口中有一點層次，餘韻亦都合格有餘，幾好飲，會令人覺得這是一支靚酒的感覺

2019 Kumeu River Hunting Hill Chardonnay

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite intense aromas of toasty oak, almond, lemon, honey and touch of white flower. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, white flower and new oak. Medium length with lemony finish (89) Simple and straightforward. Some craftsmanship is shown.

以餐酒來說，這酒莊的酒真的很工整，不論是她的各種型號，這酒也是一樣。工整合理的複雜性，新世界酒的木桶應用，適當長度的餘韻，是一支簡單得來直接而好喝的餐酒。

2019 Kumeu River Estate Chardonnay

A dry white chardonnay with light lemon colour and quite intense aromas of lemon, pear, vanilla, white flower and touch of nuttiness. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with quite intense aromas of lemon, peach, vanilla and bitter lemon. Medium length with bitter lemon finish. (89) A simple crisp and sharp chardonnay.

清清爽爽的開飯酒，酒的強度很好，不論酒香或酒味也是，餘韻亦合格，雖然比我想像中短了點。清新直接的一款用餐酒，吃飯不錯，剩飲的話我會覺得有點寡。

2013 Dry River Syrah

Deep purple colour with close to pronounced level aroma of black pepper, black plum, smoke, toasted herb, black cherry jam and touch of nutmeg, rich and complex. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Tannin is soft and dusty at medium level. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavour of black cherry, plum, violet, pepper and licorice. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (92) Good nose and ripe. Palate to be improved.

好可口的酒。口感滿滿，只是味道複雜性和強度在口中不及酒香。餘韻不錯，中上酒品，特別是酒香，很吸引的。亦充分表現出品種的特色，好。

2011 Neudorf Moutere Chardonnay

This wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has medium intensity toast, lemon, roasted nuts, peach and oak. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain toasted nuts, lemon, floral and touch of peach. Medium length with lemon and nutty finish. (91)

清晰的酒味，不俗的 強度，濃烈的新世界風格，這酒果感及木桶的平衡很好。入吸豐豐滿滿的，幾好飲。複雜度欠了些，但以佐餐來說很不錯。

2013 Target Gully Mountain Difficulty Pinot Noir

A dark ruby coloured dry red wine with medium intensity aromas of red plum, cherry jam, cabbage, mushroom, vanilla and touch of earth. It has medium level acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied too. The tannin is soft at barely medium level with medium red cherry length. The flavours contain red plum, cherry, licorice and touch of dry earth and dust. (89)

 如果期望似布根地酒是有點不切實際。酒有著紐西蘭黑皮諾的醬果風格。果味濃濃，單寧卻柔軟，餘韻適中。在口中果感滿滿的，很有滿足感，不錯的佐餐酒。

Quite deep ruby in colour with medium acidity and fuller than medium bodied, this dry red wine has medium noses of redberry, red plum, cabbage, smoke and rose paddle. Medium alcohol and smooth tannin with medium intensity flavours of red wild berry, red cherry, cabbage, vegetal and touch of rose. Medium length. (89)

可口的一款酒。基本上是中規中矩的。但口感順滑，酒的整體表現雖不突出，但平衡很不錯，進餐飲用會好好，輕鬆地暢飲也不錯。但要好有特色或對酒會的複雜性有追求的話兒就差點子了。
