2000 Pauleczki-Vin Tokaji Muscat Lunel Aszueszencia

This sweet wine has medium intensity onion skin colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of apricot, honey, mineral, orange peel, quite heavy tone. Quite acidic with medium alcohol and full bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with lemon, apricot, peach, mineral and touch of Cointreau. Fairly long length with orange finish. (92)

 一定的陳年有些幫助，但這酒的甜酸度平衡好，果味頗重，相信仍可再作一定時間陳年。酒的複雜性不錯，強度亦足，口感豐滿，餘韻算長。在各方面表現也在中上，飲得很開心的。

1996 Tokaji Aszu Essencia, Royal Tokaj

This sweet wine has medium mahogany colour. On nose it has fairly high intensity aroams of maple leaf, grass, dried apricot, mineral, honey, citrus peel and touch of stone. Quite high in acidity, full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. On palate it gives medium flavours of prune, apricot, honey, mineral and touch of breakfast tea. Longer than medium length with apricot finish. (92)

甜酒的酸甜平衡很重要，這酒算是做得不錯。酒香算強，亦有一定複雜性，礦物質感也不錯，酒味在口中強度下降了，餘韻亦算長，幾好飲。可以說這酒本身就是一道甜品。

2006 Tokaji Aszueszencia, Alana Tokaj

A medium gold coloured sweet wine with quite pronounced noses of chrysanthemum, jackfruit, lemon peel, honey, peach and touch of grass. Quite high acidity and full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate, it gives fairly high intensity flavours of honey, floral, lemon peel, and touch of grass and mineral. Fairly long length with honey and citrus peel finish. (93)

高於6桶的匈牙利甜酒果然好甜，幸好它的酸度很足夠，飲起來一點也不膩。酒香強烈複雜，餘韻長，只是酒味在口中的複雜性少了點，礦物感亦欠了點，但已是一枝很不錯的餐後甜酒了。

2000 Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos, Chateau Imperial Tokaj

This sweet wine has a medium gold colour with quite high intensity aromas of raisin, candied pear, pineapple, grapey, peardrop with touch of Christmas cake. Sweet with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied. Quite pronounced flavours of orange blossom, flower, honey and pear. Medium length with raisiny finish. (89) Quite fruity and not complex enough. The length should be longer too

5桶酒的甜度再加上酒較濃的鮮果味幾合適的，但複雜性較令人失望，餘韻亦不對稱地短。

1993 Esszencia, Chateau Pajzos

This sweet wine has medium mahogany colour with pronounced aromas of lemon tea, hay, toffee, honey, raisin and floral notes. It has over medium acidity with low alcohol.  Full bodied though. On palate, it gives medium intensity of honey, orange, floral, raisin and candied fig. Medium length with honey lemon finish. (93) A wine of quite heavy weighted. Very good nose and makes you happy even just sniffing. Extreme rich but the acidity is so refreshing that no cloying is detected. Wonderful aromas and flavours but rather short length.

這酒很不錯，但不至於極好。原因是餘韻令人失望。酒非常濃郁，酒香及酒味異常吸引，聞下都好開心
