2014 Chapelle Chambertin, Domaine Pierre Damoy

Quite deep ruby colour with pronounced nose of rose, wild strawberry, cedar, red cherry, wet earth and touch of toast. It is dry with medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, barely medium tannin which is soft but a bit green. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry juice, strawberry tea, herbaceous and trace of licorice. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) A bit weak on palate but elegant.

這酒莊的酒是屬於輕巧優雅的,稍有不慎會給人一個淡淡的感覺。這支酒的酒力很強,酒香的複雜度很高,餘韻亦長,是有一定質素的。酒味在口中感覺上約了點,如果佐餐的話很容易被食物的味道掩蓋,是慢慢喝的一支酒。

2016 Chambolle Musigny Domaine Philippe Pacalet

This dry red wine still has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of rose, strawberry, cinnnamon, clove and trace of wormwood, pretty spicy. The acidity is a bit over medium level and mouthwatering in nature. Medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry, tea leaf, licorice, much greener mouthfeel. The length is medium  with a red cherry finish. (90) Flavours turn green and gone fast.

這支酒的香料味道出奇的複雜,有點令到他不像這條村的作品,酸度仍算強,但酒的香氣和酒味強度也很強,但是酒味在口中的感覺,不像香氣那種濃烈成熟,反而轉為較清爽明澈,餘韻亦比想像中短,幾好喝。我感覺酒莊好像想做一款很濃烈的葡萄酒,在香氣是很成功的,但在酒味及口中轉化方便,似乎仍需要努力。

2009 Montrachet, Domaine Baron Thenard

The dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of lemon, white flower, peach, honey, vanilla spice and touch of butter, stone. A good spectrum of noses. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and oily mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of almond, lemon, honey, peach and touch of steel and wet stone. Medium length with floral finish. (93)

這是一支合格的夢夏雪,不論在香氣及酒味的強度和複雜性,酒的口感也反映出這酒質。口感豐滿,要彈的當然是餘韻不夠長。感覺上也覺得這支酒比其他的發展較快,相信他的陳年能力並不如正常的那麼長,所以還是早喝一點吧

2015 Ch. Poujeaux

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with quite pronounced noses of blackcurrant, black plun, cherry, violet and touch of spicy, forest floor and mint, quite complex indeed. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Medium soft and ripe tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black plum, cherry and spicy box. Medium length with black plum finish. (90) Good mouthfeel, rich and round, but need better length

水準其實是算高的,酒的香氣是出乎意料的強勁及複雜,口感亦很圓潤,單寧成熟,酒味在口中複雜性下降,但令人感到有點失望的是餘韻消散得較快。以這級數來說這是一支很不錯的酒品。用作佐餐是一流的。

2013 Dom Perignon

This dry champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of toasted almond, honey, lemon, floral, limestone and touch of peach. Medium soft acidity with medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, chalk, honey, and trace of limestone. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (93)

香氣強勁澎湃,亦有複雜性,酸度比較柔和一點,並沒有以往那麼重蘋果酸的感覺,酒在口中的複雜性低了一點點,但長長的餘韻提醒你他的質素,很好喝的。現在喝似乎還需要透氣一會。
