A medium intensity lemon coloured dry white burgundy with pronounced noses of honey, peach, stewed pear, lemon cake, mineral and apricot, pretty mature. Slightly over medium level acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, almond, wet stone, peach, mineral and touch of chalk and oak. Fairly long length with lemon custard finish. (94) Good intensity, round with good acidity

成熟美味，酒力強，複雜性高，餘韻亦長，好一支佳釀。以白酒年份來說不是一個好年份，但十多年過去酒的酸度仍然出色，好喝。酒的味道組合已經偏向成熟果實方向，沒有了新喝的那種組合，味道亦已經融和，喝得好順好舒服

The dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of lemon, white flower, peach, honey, vanilla spice and touch of butter, stone. A good spectrum of noses. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and oily mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of almond, lemon, honey, peach and touch of steel and wet stone. 這是一支合格的夢夏雪，不論在香氣及酒味的強度和複雜性，酒的口感也反映出這酒質。口感豐滿，要彈的當然是餘韻不夠長。感覺上也覺得這支酒比其他的發展較快，相信他的陳年能力並不如正常的那麼長，所以還是早喝一點吧

2012 Montrachet, Bouchard Pere & Fils

Medium lemon in colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, steel, white flower, wet stone and ripe peach. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied and pronounced flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, honey, vanilla, steel, wet stone and touch of butter and lemon. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (93)

深藏不畢，酒香不太強，但慢慢滲出其複雜性，入口感覺豐滿，又不太像很多其他的MONTRACHET那麼油潤，可是酒味的澎湃令人喜愛，酒力是轟進來的，再加上長的餘韻，完全的一匹後上馬，越嗒越好味的，正。

1995 Montrachet, Bouchard Pere & Fils

Medium lemon colour with quite intense coconut, butter, lemon, honey, white flower and vanilla. Quite heavy. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, almond, honey, vanilla and touch of stone. Quite long length with lemon and nutty finish. (93) Good complexity

酒香的感覺頗濃厚，香味較厚重的感覺，令人覺得木桶的影響很大似的。酒入口後表現反而轉向薄的感覺，有點變化，亦多番一些礦物質感，餘韻算長 ，好飲。

口感豐盛，但酸度足，不至於口感膠油油，酒力強而有一定複雜性，餘韻也好，各方面發展也成熟，大勇的感覺，好飲。這酒應該慢慢嗒，好好感受其複雜性。

唔......感覺這酒普普通通的，除了酒香算強之外，酒的味道偏清爽，酒味也有點簡單，餘韻合格。不看酒標會以為是一枝一級田的酒，看完酒標之後大吃一驚。以夢夏雪來說這是我試過的最輕巧的了。

2002 Montrachet, Domaine Amiot Guy et Fils

Quite deep lemon colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of lemon honey beeswax, apple crumble, cream and trace of mineral. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavour of lemon, stewed apple, honey, peach jam, mineral and wet stone. Close to long length with lemon honey finish. (94) mature and good minerality.

大熟大勇的狀態，酒力澎湃，複雜性中，酒的礦物感在口中清晰易見，堪稱教材。餘韻長，令人回味，好酒一枝，會令人留下印象。但2002年的布根地白酒真的令人覺得較熟。

1999 Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche, Domaine Joseph Drouhin

Quite deep lemon colour with quite intense noses of lemon, honey, cream, beeswax and trace of stewed apple and apricot. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, mineral, floral, honey and lots of stone fruits. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (92) Round and smooth.

醇香濃也做到 ，複雜性差了點。這酒已經近二十年了，難得保存到一定的酒味，酒現在要喝了，否則恐怕開始走下坡，現在飲口感豐盈，酒力強，礦物感在口中表現較好，好喝的，但不太建議再陳放了。

Medium intensity lemon colour with pronounced noses of lemon, honey bread, mineral, amber, vanilla, white flower and touch of mineral, very complex nose. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of honey lemon, musky and hazelnut. Fairly long length with honey hazelnut finish. (94)

大勇的狀態。酒的風華正盛，香氣強勁複雜，酒的花果味亦跟木桶味相輔相乘。酒力強餘韻亦算長，好飲，是一枝佳釀，應該慢慢品嚐，以這狀態這酒仍有頗長的品飲時間。

1999 Montrachet, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

Medium lemon colour with quite high intensity aromas of lemon, honey, grass, hazelnut, floral and touch of amber and musky. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives close to pronounced level flavours of honey, lemon, musky, vanilla and while flower. Long length with honey amber finish. (94)

酒是豐厚濃郁的，酒力澎湃，由聞到飲都有很強的味道，餘韻悠長不散。酒香複雜性也很好，只是在口中的複雜性下降了點點。酒的發展好，現在要飲了，因為酒的果味不及其發展出來的味道，所以花果感方面有點不足，但亦令飲者感受到這酒的陳年過程很好。如果喜歡飲老酒的話，這酒還可放多一兩年才飲，否則要飲了。

2010 Montrachet, Joseph Drouhin Marquis de Laguiche

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has barely over medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, sweet vanilla, white flower, toast and almond, still youthful. Medium acidity and full bodied with medium alcohol and round mouthfeel. Fairly high flavour intensity with flavours of bitter lemon, honey, white flower, almond, vanilla and touch of cinnamon. Fairly long honey lemon length. (94) Long way to go

現飲不錯，但早飲了，酒質仍在，仍待時間發展。酒香的花果味不錯，木桶對酒的影響開始展現一些發展，酒味在口中的複雜性也開始成形，加上有一定的餘韻長度，令人期待它將來的發展，酒底好，多放幾年會更好，希望酒主數年後再請我飲，印證一下。

2001 Le Montrachet, Vincent Girardin

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of ripe lemon, honey, butter and touch of peach, cream and white flower. Medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with round mouthfeel. Over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, wet stone, butter, vanilla and touch of roasted nut. Long length with honey citrus finish. (93) Because of length.

第二次試這酒。相信這酒已經到頂。酒香很好，複雜性很強，相信亦已充分發展了。酒仍有著圓滿的口感，口中複 雜性開始簡單了點，餘韻很長，令人回味的。有貨的話應該飲了，否則我會懷疑酒的質素會開始跌。

1997 Montrachet, Morey Blanc

A medium lemon dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of toasted walnut, honey, stewed pear, vanilla, lemon candy and white flower. It has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with slightly longer than medium length. On palate it gives slightly over medium flavours of citrus, floral, vanilla and touch of honey and almond. (93) Round mouthfeel.

不錯的白酒，發展成熟，酒香出眾，強力又複雜。酒味力度及複雜性跌了點，餘韻亦算長。以 MONTRACHET 來說是一枝合格以上的酒，但有貨的話，我建議可以飲了。

This is a dry white wine with medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has pronounced noses of citrus, peach, honey, white flower, amber and touch of hazelnut, vanilla and warm stone. Medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with fairly high intensity flavour of floral, pear, honey, vanilla and mineral. Close to long length with honey lemon finish. (93)

一枝香醇的白酒。酒香強勁複雜，餘韻亦長，酒味的強度仍然不俗，只是複雜性稍遜了點。酒在口中口感頗豐盈，令人一再回味，好飲。

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour and fairly high intensity noses of lemon candy, honey, mineral, white flower and traces of mineral, musky and hazelnut. Medium acidity, alcohol and close to full bodied. The flavour intensity is fairly high with citrus, honey, mineral, musky and almond flavours. Close to long length with citrus and musky finish. 酒香在力度及複雜性均不錯 ，可是酒在口中的表現簡單了點，以這葡萄園來說應該更好(還是我期望太高?)。酒的餘韻長而吸引，加分不小，整體來說也是一枝很不錯的好酒。

1997 Le Montrachet, Louis Jadot

This dry white wine has a medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives over medium intensity aromas of lemon, mineral, vanilla, honey and touch of musk, toast, and nuts. It is quite full bodied with medium acidity and alcohol. The flavour intensity is higher than medium level with lemon, vanilla, toasted almond and mineral, which attacks your palate layer by layer. Fairly long length with oak, honey and citrus finish. (92)

可以用醇厚來形容這酒。酒力算強，餘韻亦有一定長，而且收結亦吸引，酒味亦有層次感，很不錯。只是複雜性應該更好的，雖然現在已不錯，十分適飲，好味的。

2002 Montrachet, Olivier Leflaive

A dry white wine with medium lemon gold colour. It has medium intensity aromas of honey, floral, lemon, mineral and touch of pineapple and straw. Fuller than medium bodied with medium acidity and alcohol. On palate it gives higher than medium intensity flavours of lemon, white flower, mineral, vanilla and nuttiness. Close to long length with honey and citrus finish. (92)

香氣有點不足，複雜性尚可。酒香並不足以反映這葡萄園質素。但當酒在口時反而更誘人，有酒力，餘韻長又有一定複雜性，正。

2001 Le Montrachet, Vincent Girardin

A medium gold wine with pronounced nose of citrus, floral, vanilla, honey, walnut, ripe apple and touch of pineapple, straw and steel. It is dry with medium alcohol and acidity. Quite full bodied due to its load of pronounced flavours. Honey, citrus, almond, vanilla and butter/cream coating my palate with long length and honey citrus finish. (92) Well developed with good balance of fruit and secondary/ tertiary flavours. Good length too.

複雜得來不失鮮爽，餘韻長，似乎仲有得發展，不至於十分優雅，又不至於十分濃厚，令人有一點點深藏的感覺。

1986 Montrachet, Louis Latour

A medium gold coloured wine with medium intensity aromas of malt, honey, citrus, peach, lemon candy and touch of floral and hazelnut. It is dry with medium sour acidity and alcohol. Still has fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon, grass, hay, vanilla with touch of straw and mineral. Long length with honey citrus finish. (91) Complex but maybe just over the peak. Oxidative characters start to emerge.......

感覺上這酒已發展成熟，甚至有點過了，有一點點氧化的感覺。酒的複雜性仍有的，餘韻亦長，果味亦很成熟，令人感到它的規模及深度，對我個人來說，我希望可早一點飲。

A medium lemon colour dry white wine with medium nose of citrus, floral, vanilla, nutty, amber, mineral and honey. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied. Quite high intensity flavours of lemon, honey, mineral with touch of vanilla, mineral and amber. Long length with sweet vanilla finish (92). Complex and integrated. A good wine, quite big too but still need further complexity to get a higher rating.
